Food was good, but the waiter kept forgetting parts of the order. We came with a group of 5 and he forgot one appetizer, one soup, one entree, and two drinks.

I had a great experience. Claire M was very helpful and friendly! She quickly took our drinks and order. She helped us with checking out and would constantly check on us to ensure that we were doing great and weren t missing anything! The food was amazing and overall a great experience!

The happy hour is well worth it here. The foods and drinks are great and reasonably priced. The only thing that sucks here is the service... Takes forever to see your waiter and to get your check...

It's always a great choice for a diner! Food is delicious, Bazoki is awesome and the Jeremiah Red is the best Beer ever!

Bad service. Waited an hour to be seated. Waited over an hour for food. Food never came. Asked to speak to manager. Mangaer never came. Walked out.

Great experience overall. Alex our server was amazing. He had suggestions when we didn't know what to get. I ended up getting a steak. The jambalaya is also amazing. Just dont forget to get a pizookie. It's an amazing combination of icecream and fresh out the oven cookie.

Food is filling and good, relaxing dinnertime atmosphere.

Food took almost 50 minutes to show up after we ordered. The waitress apologized and said she was sending the manager over to talk to us. He also apologized for the long wait. He comped my meal AND a dessert. Food was excellent, waitress also did well, just a slow cook. Mgr said he sent him home and he had 2 people that replaced him. I'll be back again.

Arrived at 7pm and waited for 2hrs to be seated as a party of 10. It took over 40mins to process the check... it s after 11pm and we re still waiting for the guy to come back! No toilet paper in the restrooms.... very dirty! We came here to celebrate a birthday and it s been a huge disappointment. I do not recommend this BJ s

Always come to this location. Blonde bartender could be a bit irritated or give off a sense of urgency to do somwthing else. Other than that. Food is great. Bar servers are consistent.

Blended drinks had chunks of ice in it. Rushed to order before u can read the menu. Food was just ok

I thought I did not like BJs. This was the only location I had visited. Bad food and service. I went to the Brea location for a school event and was pleased to find excellent food and service. Location really made a difference here. Stay away from the restaurant at the Outlets.

How is it that we are sitting waiting for food the past 90 minutes and all we get is a sorry it s gonan take longer every time the server passes by I didn t mind the 45 min mark but now its horrible

Was seated in between 2 parties when there was plenty of booths available. Sat at the table for 15 min without a drink. Guest that walked in after us got drinks and served way before us. Food was delicious!!! Just wish the service was better.

The girls and I come here during our shopping days at the outlets and even tho the food is pretty decent the service just falls short. We've been unfortunate enough to have 2 really bad servers and it really hampers our whole meal. Luckily we have had 1 or 2 amazing servers but the bad ones were just so bad. Get it together over there people because we don't really have much else to eat around there.

Initially the service SUCKED!!! I ordered sweet potato fries and when they came out they looked old and they weren't hot AT ALL! Sent those back and the next order came out the same 20mins later, smdh.
I ordered my food 15mins b4 everyone, when everyone else in my party ordered drinks and a few appetizers. I was the last person to get my food after over an hour. The lentil soup was good though!
My sister went and talked to the manager and he really did a good job of taking care of things. He changed our server and comp'd some of the food.
This will ABSOLUTELY be my LAST TIME ever going to a BJ's PERIOD!!! I said tht the last time I went and I thought a different location would be better but NOPE!!! NEVER AGAIN, EVER, NEVER EVER EVER!!!

Nice selection of beers on tap. Has both imported and brewed in house. Friendly and helpful bartenders. Try a glass of Brewhouse Blond. Made in house, smooth and refreshing. Have visited several times and always enjoyed it. Go for happy hour and sit at the bar.

Don't come here for lunch,yuck poor service. Food was good! Management was not good, or very helpful..too bad, I left very disappointed :( boo two thumbs down

Waitress was attentive and helpful. She was friendly and knew how to answer our questions about food.

Go often, this time both entrees were totally cold, had been sitting I'm guessing . Picked up order exactly on time as directed. Even tried to reheat fries..probably will not do take out again. Ordered sliders and bbq chop chicken salad our usual choices.

We love BJ's. When ever we meet friends we go to the closest one! Great food and drinks!

Food is ridiculously overpriced and service sucked. The waitress didn't check on us, WE had to be asking her to come.

A great restaurant with varied options of entrees and the in-house beer brew is awesome! I love the cheese bacon burger and fries! A lot of good options for kids aswell! Always a great time when I come here!

Their $6 take out deal is a scam! You have to order $10 from their regular menu deal so don't fslll for this bait & switch, go somewhere else that is not utilizing false advertising

Best BJ'S I've been to in all of California! And I've been to many. The staff were all so welcoming and really made me feel at home. I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out exactly how I like it. Defiantly would recommend coming here before the 5pm rush though, after that expect an 30 minute wait at least. Oh and the hostess (Jennifer I believe) was the most welcoming and kind person I've ever met! Love seeing her face every time I come in!

Stopped by last night to a busy restaurant and received excellent service in the cocktail lounge. The few mods we made we're all delivered to perfection. Thanks! Great experience!

Manager was awesome, server kept bringing our refills...order was messed up and so dessert was on the house. They're awesome!

Wonderful dinner great severs waiting time was over 40 min but worth it

Amazing customer service, Amanda was really friendly and helpful in explaining the services and prices they offer. She helped me set up an installation day. The day of instillation was quick and I was shown how to use the control panel system.

Awful service tonight. Received the wrong dessert and it was MELTED. Waited for new ones to come out for 30 minutes and we asked for them to go instead because of the wait. These were also brought out cold and without to go containers. Not to mention our server didnt bring water. We had to double ask for everything. They were busy so some of the wait was understandable but they didn't seem bothered.

Half price large pizzas on Monday! Pepperoni Extreme.

Turkey bacon club was tasty, chicken tortilla soup was good, caesar salad was fresh and crisp. Large menu including pizza and lots of beer choices.

For my first time going it was good. Just wish the service we had was better.

Very disappointed with the service from that specific location. Other locations have been great.

You can never go wrong at BJ's!! Craft beer, deep dish pizza, pizookies (their signature desserts ) and did I mention craft beer . As for pizza, I usually get pepperoni, green peppers and BACON...cuz bacon makes everything better!! If I'm feeling spicy I'll add jalapeno. Here's a tip for you: if you like them extra spicy have them cooked on the pizza, if you can't handle too much spice have them on the side. The oven brings out the spice a but more. As for entrees the pork chop steak is delicious as is the Chicken Parmesan!! Our go to appetizers are avocado rolls and cheese sticks! I like to sit at the bar vs getting a table. The atmosphere is better there...and so is the beer

My Sister and I were in last weekend and sat in the Bar for lunch while waiting for our movie. Vic was our Server. Probably the BEST service I have ever had at ANY location. He was POLITE. He addressed me everytime he came to the table. Kept coming back to make sure we had everything we needed. Or, needed anything else. He was respectful and overall, just a good, kind human. We will do this again. And, we ask for Vic again! What a GREAT employee! A+ so, if you go to the location at the BLOCK ask to sit in his area. You won't be sorry. Oh, the food was good too!

This place is one of my favorite hang outs, to have a tasty meal or to spend time sitting at its well tended Bar. The wide variety of their own brew beers is just great. The Female Bartenders are wonderful: very professional and friendly. This is a great place to visit often any day, but specialy on Friday and Saturday nights.

I've always loved BJ'S! I've been in CO and AZ. So when I saw there was one near the hotel we were staying at I was so excited! It was a little loud for me (the games that were playing had the volume pretty high plus the crowd of people) and they didn't have any of their root beer which I love. However, the food was great and our server was awesome about keeping me hydrated (back home I'd been drinking a gallon of water a day but in CA the hotel water was gross so I was pretty thirsty lol). Also they had great gluten free options for my husband- including a gluten free pazookie!

Great menu,first time I went there,great drink and beer selection,full bar.i really enjoyed the spag&meatballs-spicy.I look forward to hearing a steak there,prices are above average but not expensive.lots of TV's everywhere.

Great service at the bar even though they were extremely busy. Ashley was on top of everything and provided excellent customer service.

The food at BJs is always really good. This was our first time at this location, we were seating on the high top tables, it was memorial day and they were very busy. Our server was great but she had way too many tables. We got our food before we got our drinks. The fries were okay but they tasted like they'd been sitting out awhile and so they stuck them back in the fryer to get them hot. So next time there is a holiday I would suggest an extra waitress there.

Love BJs!!! I can always find something I like with their extensive menu. I usually go for their Parmesan Crusted Chicken however because it s so super good!! Their pizooki (sp?) is AMAZING!!!!

One of my Go To places to eat! My favorite is the Bison burger!!

Good food but the waiting time was horrible and parking the same.

Dirty, lazy, rude, disrespectful service from hostess to server. Quality of food not worth the price.

Delicious food, wonderful waiter and variety in beer.

A three because I like their pizza but if you get a steak, it might not be hot like you want it.. for whatever reason. Jambalaya is also incredibly salty.

I think I'll stick to getting the deep dish pizza at BJs.

Food was decent, except the cold calamari. Service was slow.

Food was great, as well as the service. Really appreciated that they brought out a pre-meal snack for the kids, and fed them first.

Ice cream (vanilla) one of my mostest and tippy toppiest favoritiest flavors ever. Most all of their baked goods that go with it are scrumptious too and even though I'm convinced they get their foods frozen they have to defrost the chicken proper compared to every other location (-minus Placentia) and i adore their taters. It'd be considered a waste of money time and appetite to try a diff location in my opinion. As a whole: a gawd awful and horrendous place to do anything but kill time and get a overpriced beer.

Excellent 7 course meal. Everything perfect from the appetizers to the main course to the desert. The meal is prix fixe. Perfect for any special occasion. Truly a dining experience since we were there for almost 4 hours.

The new parmesan crusted chicken is off the charts very tasty and delicious. The server we had was awesome. She was very nice and always made sure we were good. When I go back I will always ask to sit in her section...Her name is Barbara

Good food, the waiter didn't really come to our table and we waited for more than 10 minutes for the check, I just got up went to the person supposedly attending us to give the check as she was just standing there talking on the phone.

Service was great and they seat you quickly for the lunch hour. Try the Santa Fe salad with the blackened salmon. Awesome dish and is prepared quickly.

Great pizza and salads, and lots of good beers to choose from. Our wait staff was really friendly, too!!

Love BJs, just not this location. Service has always been terrible here, left waiting on the patio for over half an hour and never even got water, let alone our ordered taken and we left. This time we ordered a pitcher of beer and were brought the wrong one, we questioned it but were assured that it was the one we usually ordered. Deep dish pizza was undercooked, which should be okay when we reheat the leftovers.

Unfortunately our food was not good. They forgot to refill our drinks, they took o long to bring to us some knives and forks. And the place was not crowded.

Food is OK but nothing special. Good ambience, waiters are nice too.
