24 minutes... I sat in complete silence on hold for 24 minutes hoping someone could answer the phone and at least give me information. I'm literally 1000 miles away, and this is baffling how there is no customer service personnel

Got our marriage license here and the wait was minimal and the employees were polite enough. Any shortness they may have is understandable considering the number of people they talk to a day and the amount of people that don t have the correct documents they need and give the employees attitude, as we saw during our visit.

Tyranny and bullying are the order of the day if you want to record a video of the exterior of the public building as per 1st amendment protected rights.

Terrible excuse for law enforcement. The clerks office is understaffed. The staff that is there takes there time assisting you. They are unprofessional, slow and are not willing to help. I waited 2 hours for my number to be called. No one has a sense of urgency.

Went for a waiver court was supposed to start at 1:30. His doors opened at, 1:45. The bailiff was extremely rude yelling for everyone to have a seat. Sat for 1 hour while bond court took place. Then the judge gets up and leaves. . I had to turn in the motion and sit until 4pm for the judge to return and call more cases.

THIS COURTHOUSE IS A JOKE. STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, LAZY AND DISGUSTING. IT'S ASHAMED THE TREATMENT YOU RECEIVED AT A COOK COUNTY COURT HOUSE. THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO NOT HAVE JOBS.

These people dont answer the phones when im trying to figure out my court date. The people who work there are impatient and always rush you. I dont understand what to do when i cant get help from a clerk from a courthouse they close at 4:30 i ve been calling them since 12 this morning.

They will not answer the phone their staff should be fired ASAP I been calling for weeks and I live hours away so I can not just take time off from work to go there to pay a ticket which I can just do so over the phone it s crazy

The staff lacks professionalism they answer and they hang you call 5 times and the five did the same to me and then they say and they play that the wrong ones are us

Waited 1 hour and no one answered.. Okay guess I'll be going to jail for poor services... smh my call isn't important to you because if it was customer Service would have picked up.

I get that there s a lot of foot traffic in and out of the building and sometimes the staff dealsnwith rude people; however, staff was rude and short and extremely unhelpful today. I appeared for court and was misinformed every step of the way as to where to go next and spent more time here than necessary.

Called about my ticket, a lady picked up and right away she said "one second" And I was waiting for good 20 minutes and still was waiting so I just hung up and been calling back still and no one is answering now. They need to get fired ASAP.

I appeared and court. I checked in and was dismissed by the judge. A week or so later I received a notice stating I did not appear in court when I did.... I called this number and waited on hold for 2 hours and 6 plus minutes and no one answered...

If I could give NO STARS, that would be my real rating! How can u get away with not answering peoples calls? I know that they might be "understaffed" but for the people who do "work" (if you can even call it that) at that courthouse, learn how to do it damn job, and dont be so miserable doing it! I am pretty sure you weren't forced to take that job, you chose to do that job! So DO IT ALREADY! How do u get through? Keeping people on hold for ever never answer the phone, so what is it your actually doing there?

Just want to know how is this logic? Spent most of my day trying to reach the office and all I heard was " your call is important to us. Your call will be answer on the other it was reciced." Over 5 calls and all of them over 30 mins wait and no answer. Why am I even paying taxes for this?

terrible service, a word of advice don't get arrested around that area or do anything that will lead you to go to that courthouse. Everybody drags ass out there and apparently nobody can give you the correct information you seek but they sure know how to take your money and process it...smh.
