Food wasnt bad, however service was absolutely some of the worst I've ever had.

I liked the food here and our server was very attentive

We had a wonderful lunch outside with our two friends we had not seen in months! Our waiter was great, he took awesome care of everyone of his tables & was very good with keeping up with us & our needs! A++ from me!!

Great food and service. Try the deep dish pizza, it's amazing.

Our waiter took forever and made excuses. Conlin sense mistakes like asking if they took are drink then leaving without our appetizer order. She tried to smooth talk us into believing her "it's busy story ". Just a first time experience but a pretty bad one.

They have great service! Also get your pizookie at the end of the meall

1 hour wait for an order for only 6 people, the only saving grace for BJ's was our server, somehow he made the experience not so bad.

Good consistent food but unfortunately you can count on consistently poor service as well. If you're in no rush, it's fine. But don't plan on getting out in a nor.al amount of time.

Waitress never came back after we got our appetizer arrived. We had to flag someone down 10 min later. At that time we finally got refills on our drinks and utensils as well. When all the food arrives, they tell me that they don't have Turkey for my sandwich. So I order something else... mind you everyone else in my family has finished eating already. Waitress was not friendly at all or understanding of our frustrations.

food is okay and the place is loud, but the servers are very nice

Food was ok my steak was a little tough waitress really slow to. Come take our order was a weekday not full but food came out pretty fast

We are visiting from Arizona and wanted to eat at a familiar restaurant where each of our party of five would get an enjoyable meal. We were told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. The hostess asked if patio seating was okay, and we said first available was fine. While waiting, a few parties of five or six were seated inside. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, we were seated on the patio.

Everything seemed all right. Then the music was turned up and we could no longer talk across the table. The order went fine, and then the chaos happened... after a long wait (busy, so this was expected) we received our meals.... except for the most important meal... the five-year-old 's. When asked if we needed anything, we asked for a side of mayo and our kid's pizza and broccoli. My daughter has a crazy penchant for broccoli. Almost ten minutes later, we received a half-baked pizza. She dropped the slice because it was too hot. The mayo finally came after we asked again for it and reminded twice about the broccoli. In the end, they did remove the charge for the kid pizza... but we still have a hungry kid.

Fav place for pizza and drinks. Their buffalo wings are the best. Amazing for happy hour or just an after work quick bite and a drink

Our server tried to pull a fast one and short my change we gave him $71.00 to cover out bill which was $61.45 he came back with $4.00 when asked about the rest of the change he looks at the receipt to play off what had just happend he pulls a fresh five out of his shirt pocket and says "oh youre right sorry bro here is your change" once he puts it down he says hey do you want me to break up that five for you I was actually happy with the service but that fast one they tried to pull on me ruined the outing

BJs said they did not have a delivery service, but yet have it printed on their bag. This is what their manager had told my wife. When you get your order make sure everything is all there. I'm giving them a 1 because of their customer service. If this is coming from their manager then it's a good indication of what the rest of the establisment is like.

Dissapointment after being a regular since they opened i ate dinner there 3 times a week. Not anymore. Too bad cuz there 1 mile from my house and food though not totally consistant, but still worth going back. There service makes me decide to go further out to dine.

This is our go to for happy hour! Pink Cadillac martini and sriracha wings are the best. Our server Michelle always takes amazing care of us.

Great food, good price to portion ratio. The atmosphere here does not make it a place for a quiet family meal. The eating area is spacious and clean. Parking has never been a problem. The waiting staff tends to get swamped often and forces them to make tables wait longer than your average sit-down.

The food was excellant. Had the Seared Ahi Salad. The ahi was seared to perfection. The salad was fresh. The dressing was delishious! Staff was friendly and professional.

Great food and great staff! I was there on a busy night and short of staff, so I waited quite long time to pick up three doordash deliveries consecutively. I had a shake missing item and a salad missing item. However, the male server/cashier staff was very friendly towards me, and he ran out of the store to give me the missing item. The male staff also helped me rush the chef to cook my Doordash food asap as I have a delivery time deadline to meet. Thank you to the server who I dont even know the name as he did not have time to talk to me much because there were so many customers waiting after my turn.

Bar area service seems to be lacking. Have had issues with the current staff in the booth/ table bar area. Much different service on the restaurant floor. If you don't mind not getting bar specials get a table. Managers and Bartenders are always attentive.

The lighting was a little dark inside and was a little difficult to read the large menu for the first time. So I would suggest to get a look at the menu early if you are one that feels rushed to make a selection.

The cost is slightly higher than average but not excessive. Between $40-$50 per person with a drink and appetizers along with dinner.

The taste of the food was actually better than expected and I would not mind visiting this restaurant again the next time we are in town.

Nothing done right the first time. To busy paying attention to the bigger table than our party. Asked for birger a certain way and didnt get what we asked for. Asked for straws 3 times before getting them. Food was so so and I go to BJS all time and thus time not impress

Great beer but the food is still just your standard chain probably frozen food. Huge variety of beers.

The first restaurant that I try fresh food, good seasoning, exquisite natural lemonade and very good service too.

Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Food was awesome, for a cheat day and hangover food! Just beware that its child centric, for those of us without them. :)

Nice, upscale "sports-bar" atmosphere with a good menu.

I've been to several BJ's and quite honestly eat out alot. We had such a fantastic server. Kiki was amazing. Great personality and so attentive. You could tell she truly was concerned with making sure we were completely satisfied. Great asset for BJ's.

Good food, friendly, helpful wait staff, but super slow service for lunch around 12:30, tuesday November 15th, 2016. It took 2 hours for a table of three.

Great service at the bar with happy hour specials. I was there til closing and no one was pushing me out of the door.

I stop by for a quick lunch and was impressed with their specials. I received A+ service. I will go there again

Awful service two thumbs down.. not worth for what i paid for.. expected more customer service

4 of us went to lunch after church on Sunday. We ordered our lunch waited 25 min. Food arrived on dirty dishes. One plate had caked food on the botton 3 had crusted food on the plate. Called waiter over (Josh great waiter) he aplogized, took everything back. Brought out new plates, same problem again. Asked for management Josh told us they had 2 managers working. One was on loan from another location,the other manager of this store refused to come to our table. The waiter really helped out our situation, but needless to say never got to eat. BJ's as a rule,is a great place to eat,we love the restaurant,but will never eat at this one. Have a feeling the board of health is on their way.

I like that they are running the credit card AT the table here. Better security, and faster.

Nice place bad service,it took 40 mins just to get our appetizer and the food its nothing to remember.2 stars for the ambience.

Had appetizers at 9 p.m. with some drinks. Busy crowd on a Saturday but to be expected since its next to the Outlets of Orange. A cool place to hang out.

Love the Rolls that they have as well as the Pasta!

Had a birthday dinner at BJ s last evening and it was awful! Ordered a filet medium and it came served with a medium rare flag. Had to send it back. My husband ordered regular fries and received sweet potato fries. Waiter should write the orders down if he can t remember them! Asked for the cornbread muffins that were suppose to be served with our dinner and was told they would bring them when they were out of the oven. When they did bring them they were hard as a rock and obviously were reheated from being served to a previous table. Gross! The waiter insisted we order dessert since it was my birthday and said he would buy it. When we received the bill he had charged us for the desserts that we hadn t even wanted. Took forever to get our credit card back. The waiter had it stuck in his hat while he was taking orders at other tables. When we finally got our card back the waiter quickly disappeared. Definitely a very disappointing experience and will not be back! Too many good restaurants in this area......don t waste your money here!!!

A little expensive, mainly southwest cuisine, spicy, long waiting to get seated

I HONESTLY would never recommend this place to a family or friend. I waited 50 min after she told me 15 mins only and the worst part of all was the food. Most disgusting food I have ever eaten at. My daughters plate had old oil from their fryer

Overall place is decent, good food and good drinks. Prices are not too bad either. Although I would say I've had pizza from this place twice and it was completely unsatisfying. I would recommend it to friends just not the pizza.

Love the open seating bar area. Pizza and steaks are the best.

Visited this place on 08.08.2020 and the experience was very disappointing, the food was not the best compared to other Bj's I have visited. We wanted to have a good time, but didn't happened

Bad Had sunday brunch for my twelve-year-old daughter's birthday service is horrible Definitely would not recommend this place for Party for 10 people I would explain more but it's just not worth it

Food was great, slow slow service 1.5 hour lunch, bill was wrong took multiple trips to the cashier and manager to fix. Don't think I can spend my lunch hour here.

Go for happy hour. If you like ipa's get the Aurora hoppialis on tap. The avocado spring rolls are awesome too.

Excellent 7 course meal. Everything perfect from the appetizers to the main course to the desert. The meal is prix fixe. Perfect for any special occasion. Truly a dining experience since we were there for almost 4 hours.

We love BJ's! This one has steadily gone down in both customer service and quality of food. It's very sad. The one in Huntington Beach still maintains the superior quality that we've become accustomed to from BJs. It was incredibly disappointing this time because it's so close to our house, we are often trying to get our friends to come to this one. But after the service we received, everyone agreed that we shouldn't patron this one again. This makes us super sad because we have a one-year-old and going all the way down to Huntington and coming back over here at night messes with her bedtime schedule. But we have to do it if we want food at night after our meeting. So from the waitercassim's completely inconvenience to buy our arrival to the hostess who seemed apathetic 2 because staff running around unhappy oh, the whole experience was awful. The food was greasy which never happens at BJ's normally and the pizookie which they are known for; wasn't very good. also they discontinued one of the best pizookies ever which is the peanut butter s'mores. That was ridiculous. four people at our table wanted one and when they didn't have that kind, only one of us got a full size pizookie and one other purchased a small.

Consistently good and one of the few places I can find a hoegaarden

Not sure if they've been reading the reviews but my last visit was actually really good. Wait staff was attentive, friendly and knew the menu well. Even during the busy dinner rush our food did not take long to come out.

We did get an upgrade to our mini pizzas to a small since they 'ran out' of the dough.

What stuck out this visit was the manager came around to tell us our potatoe skins came out over cooked and they would be redoing them. They also took it off our tab for the inconvenience, that was the step above and beyond what you expect from a chain.

Other than that appetizers were good especially combined with the happy hour prices.

It's BJ'S, a $$ class resteraunt, not $$$ like some seem to expect.

For me the service was top notch and I will be visiting again when I'm in the area.

Dont go if you have an out of state ID and plan on drinking a beer with your meal cause they wont accepted it absolutely ridiculous
