Great food and it came out quickly! The waitress had to come back and ask our order multiple times, but she had just finished training so I will give her 4 starts

The food was delicious and our SERVER was FANTASTIC !! went to celebrate a BDAY. It was a large group, but he took great care of the whole group !!!

I would give it 1 star but won't. Waited for 25 minutes while tables were clearly open. Was taken to a table that still needed to be wiped! Table next to us remained dirty the entire time we were there! Manager and others just walked past like it was clean! Bad customer service!

Do not go on a Monday, too much over crowding and the staff is not capable of dealing with it.

Was here twice. The first time, everything was fine. Not too special, but not too bad either. This time, my waiter was not very attentive. The salad contained cheese (which was not written in the menu) and the recommended beer was not so good. Overall an "okay-ish" experience, rather than a good one this time.

Good place to eat with decent food options. Pricing is a bit high... Service was quite good...

I spent the day shopping and enjoyed a late lunch at BJ's. Had the avocado rolls to compare to another place that has the same thing...very good. Came out hot & fresh. Ask for double of the yummy sauce that comes with as you'll want to drink the stuff. Oh, and I recommend a 'mini' cookie dessert...that way it's all yours & you don't have to share!!

Very slow service. Very slow. And forgetful of items. Atmosphere is good. Good music and just loud enough. Not overbearing.

Chaz gave my family and I an outstanding service even though it was busy

Service was absolutely terrible at this BJ's location. Service took so long that they brought me a cold pizza. Unbelievable. 2 stars might actually be a little generous.

Excellent when it comes to customer service. Manager came and arranging seating for 7 senior citizens despite it's fully packed. That's what you call going out of way......

We went starving lol, they were quick to get the kids their complementary fruit and bread, and their food in first. Nice waitress and service all around from everyone. Highly recommended! Our food for excellent. Parmesan crusted chicken, Chicken tortilla soup(Mm!!), and Cobb salad. Kids chicken and fruit was gone quickly by the kids. :)

I was trying to park when an employee thought it was cool to stand in the parking stall to save the place for her co-worker. I summoned the manager regarding the incident. He refused to do anything because he said he had no authority over employees who were off duty. He didn't bother to see who were the employees involved.

I've been to the establishment a few times. There are some good people who work there. I'm not going to judge the entire staff because of three people who are clueless when it comes to the meaning of the term "customer service."

I ordered take out soup and they didn't include a spoon. Not good customer awareness.

it was a refreshing change.The restaurant was very well contained, maintained and thought out.

Good food selection and beer. Lots of sports on their multiple tv's.

Never miss the cookie ice cream it's super yum .

Sometimes, the service and experience are excellent, and sometimes not. When its not great, the kitchen easily backs up, and then you wait 30-45 minutes for your meals. Wide range of menu items and beverages including exclusive beers.

20 minute waits consistently end up being closer to 45. Much better luck at the Irvine location.

The food was acceptable but the service veryyyyyyyyyy Slow ... A little disappointed ..

The wait was bearable, the interior is commendable, though be wary- it tends to be quite crowded. The service was personable and conscious, even under the tussling circumstances. But, if you were to take anything away from this review- TRY THE PIZOOKIE

A friend who has been living abroad came to visit and few of us went here to BJ's to catch up and have a good time. We really enjoyed our time here, we came on a Saturday night and we were able to get sat pretty easily. We mostly ate appetizers and drank beer as we talked for a couple hours or so. The food we ordered was really delicious which makes me curious about the entree's. They have a wide selection of craft and regular beers. If you love trying new beers, BJ's is definitely not a bad place to start.

It's not the service this time.... This time it was the food. They brought me an old pizooki

Came in on Mother's Day weekend without a wait. The servers were very nice and apologetic but when they switched servers they forgot our food and we waited a long time.

Service is ok, great beer options, food is good but nothing out of the ordinary.

BJ's is usually the go-to restaurant for my friends and I. So it made sense to try the one at the Block. But the service here was surprisingly very slow compared to other BJ's I've been to. Our server never really came to our table--my friends didn't even get water refills from our server until we paid our checks. We were very dissatisfied with our visit here that we won't be coming back.

Took about 45 min for our appetizer to come it was luke warm. Then 30 min later our pizza showed up it was not very hot either. The service and food was not very good. It was my husband's bday so we were disappointed. They did give him a puzuki so that is why I gave them 2 stars.

Excellent customer service. Solid menu with plenty of light, flavorful options. I prefer the location on Jamboree in Irvine for food quality (5-star).

Avocado egg rolls for appetizer is always a must. The jambalaya was delicious. Oreo pizookie for dessert

Went to lunch today due to going to the one in irvine and the tennesse wings were awesome and customer service was awesome also so i decded to go to this one my table number was 812 at 12 noon. The waitress was awful. Furst i asked for peach tea. And placed my order. Waiting for drink nothing fonally my salad comes and i said to the girl i havent gotten my drink yet she said ohhh thats still brewing. Finally my waitress comes and says ohhh by the way the tea is still brewing. Ill drink water got my wings the salad needed more ranch. Waited and waited. Finally i holler for her to get me more ranch. Still waiting for ranch she slams it down on table and walks away..im waiting to check out. This waitress hasnt even checked on me the whole time im there. So i decide to go on my app to check out there the prach tea still on it. Now its my first time using it. She finally comes and i say i want a box for wings and check out because this app still has peach tea on it. Darn it she says i told him to take it off. Then she shows me her devise and says mines not showing the tea. I pay and my first time in my life i dont tip and left note saying worst customer setvice ever..i will go back to the irvine
One. I spoke to the mgr there of what team work and customer service. I deserved better then that as a customer. Please have a meeting and discuss customer service ask customer how they r doing this is so sad sorry but i had to write this

Great beer good servers went with a huge group and all was happy with drinks food and outside seating. Great for the area

Usually BJ's is great, but not this one (The City Drive) on a recent Friday night. Went to celebrate a birthday and the waiter started out seeming extremely attentive. We were so busy visiting that it escaped us that it took 45 min. to get our order after our waiter came up to say he'd check on our food. Once it came, our orders were all mixed up... Condiments added where unwanted, cold food, dry burgers, etc. I could tell when my $12 burger was set in front of me that it would be awful. It was. Embarrassed waiter avoided us the rest of our meal. Kept us waiting even longer for the check. Manager took 1/2 off my and my daughter's plates. Not nearly enough to satisfy me. Am not coming back any time soon. I expect more from BJ's... And BJ's should , too.

Decent middle of the road restaurant. Lots of menu choices to pick from. Friendly staff. Didn't give it 5 stars as both mine and my wife's steak was pretty tuff. Pretty chewy for ordering it medium.

My visit at BJs very disappointing. Got on the preferred waiting list and still took like 45 minutes to get seated. Ordered the porkchops and they were out. Drinks took forever to get here as well as the food. The restaurant ran out straws for the drinks. To top it the baby back ribs seemed to be not fully cooked all the way. Today at BJs the service was disappointing.

I am never disappointed with the food quality of this place. I stick to the usuals like wings salads pastas and steaks.

The serving is very late on weekends and there s lot of wait but the food was excellent as usual

This just happened to be a convenient place to meet up with a friend--I definitely knew what I was in for: crowds, noise, and so-so food. As such, it served its purpose. I got the fish and chips and a beer; my friend just got a pepperoni deep dish. It wasn't great, it wasn't horrible--it was A-OK. Our server was super-nice though, and all in all it was perfectly fine. Sometimes you may find yourself at these kinds of establishments and there's no need to fear the reaper here.

My go-to place when traveling on the road. The menu offers everything for any type of diet. You can't go wrong at BJ's!

Went here on the Labor Day weekend with a friend. We both enjoyed the Cherry Chipotle Salmon entree (pictured), Peach Berry Iced Tea & dessert (Beignet).

Best view of Orange County to enjoy dinner. We had a table right at the window for a great view of the sunset and vista. The place also has a welcoming koi pond welcoming you and fire pits with tables to eat outside as well. That is the best part of the restaurant.

Service was great, food was good. I always get the same thing parmesan chicken :)

Food was okay, service somewhat lacking for a place that can charge what it does for food. Clean restaurant, overpriced food, mediocre service.

If there was a reating for negative stars I would do it. We've done delivery from this location 3 times. Each time the order was missing items and was OVER 1 hour late. When calling the restaurant, we're dismissed by the manager with them saying we have to allow for them since they are busy. My suggestion is avoid this restaurant at all costs, especially if you want a delivery done.

The monkey bread dessert was the best part of our meal. Overpriced food, poor service, and will probably not be back anytime soon.

Courtney very gorgeous girl probably one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant I've been to. She was always there when we needed something was very Friendly and funny. I honestly wont forget how great it was ! That's what I call perfect customer service... hats off to her :D. Will be back forsure and hope to see her again.

Great service!! Our server was Frank and he did an exceptional job. Always an enjoyable time at BJs but the service made it Fantastic for us tonight.

The hot wings were really good but the beef dip was cold as were the fries. Both tasted like they had sat around for a while. When we said something about the fries they got us new ones that were just as cold and old as the first set. Waited about 15 minutes for a refill on our drinks but the server was very polite. The hostess was very rude & snobby, overall it sucked & we will never come back again.

The weekday deals change daily and are an amazing value. The service at this BJ'S is outstanding. Will be back again and again.

Usually go to the Anaheim Hills location, but happened to be over this way. The beer selection is fantastic and the service is great too.

Here on business, ordered food and returned to hotel room to find my food so raw it could walk off my plate. Returned to have it corrected, where I bought a drink while I waited. Zero compensation for their mistake, got food and returned to my hotel. Take a guess, yep meat raw again. I won t be back, nor will I be back to the one near my home. BJ s aka BS!
