They have excellent service and their staff was just really helpful
Great experience since most of the other places take a while, granted I'm here a Lil late but Joseph our server was super awesome and made sure we were taken care of, will DEFINITELY be coming back soon!!
Horrible! Never use their online ordering. I ordered a meal online through their website and they use door dash. I got the wrong food and they said they d remake it but I had to pick it or call door dash to ask for the delivery or pay again for the delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. If they cannot guarantee the delivery service they partner with, that s their fault.
Horrible. Host didn't have any energy to serve. Unattentive, bad service. We had a large party (reserved)Very sad experience for being in from out of town.
I thought this might be a place to order a pulled pork sandwich. Wrong. Pork was dry tough sliced chunks not pulled/shredded. I was told (and menu showed) it came on a french roll. If you call that a hamburger bun then yes. served with a 1/2 oz of onion rings that were cold. Oh dont forget two teaspoons of coleslaw which was ok but I have to put the dressing on (I assume). My clients lunch was fine (he had a salad) and I did not want to make a fuss (also short on time) Place was not very busy at 1130 am on weekday. Got busy later so really no excuse there. IF I ever go to another one I guess Ill play it safe and get a salad or burger. Sad
Great food and service. Happy hour prices make it an excellent value.
Very slow service, for food thTs not all that great. Seems to be a common problem in all locations we have been to.
First time ordering a burger from here, burger a bit dry and just okay. Great Service tho!
Not a big fan of $13 martinis and a badly prepared salad after a 30 minute wait just to be served by clearly over-worked wait staff and surrounded by wall to wall people straining to look cool in skinny jeans and pot bellies. Not really into the brand. Especially when there are so many other places to get better food and service at a cheaper price and with better ambiance. Don't get me wrong, they were good martinis , just not 13 dollar good.
Wish the items were a bit cheaper. But overall really good.
We are visiting from Arizona and wanted to eat at a familiar restaurant where each of our party of five would get an enjoyable meal. We were told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. The hostess asked if patio seating was okay, and we said first available was fine. While waiting, a few parties of five or six were seated inside. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, we were seated on the patio.
Everything seemed all right. Then the music was turned up and we could no longer talk across the table. The order went fine, and then the chaos happened... after a long wait (busy, so this was expected) we received our meals.... except for the most important meal... the five-year-old 's. When asked if we needed anything, we asked for a side of mayo and our kid's pizza and broccoli. My daughter has a crazy penchant for broccoli. Almost ten minutes later, we received a half-baked pizza. She dropped the slice because it was too hot. The mayo finally came after we asked again for it and reminded twice about the broccoli. In the end, they did remove the charge for the kid pizza... but we still have a hungry kid.
This was my first time here, their service wasn't very good, I guess they were to busy to bring us a box for our Large BJ's specialty pizza (which was mostly bread not a lot of toppings, like the delicious pizzas at BJ's in Newport Beach), and when they finally brought it, they brought us a small box. When I told the lady the pizza was too large, for the small box; she looked at me as if "take it or leave it, ain't nobody got time for that!"
I guess the waiters don't work as a team, because although we were surrounded by five of them, they're very good at ignoring us, and avoiding eye contact.
The great thing though, is that I glanced to the TV screen, and I saw that they sell discounted movie tickets; so we were able to buy two tickets for $10.25 or so, a piece, so we actually saved about $8.00 by buying their discounted tickets.
To be fair though, maybe we were rushing to leave on time for our movie.
If I ever go back, I'll make sure to tell them to bring me a large box at the same time with my large pizza, and the bill right away .
Love the great food choices and great vibes, happy faces.
It is a very popular place because the food is very tasty, you usually have to wait because it is very crowded, and sometimes the service is slow.
I love Bjs I always go with my family for any reason. My location is normally in Downey Ca I never have no issues. I was in the OC today. I must say this location has the best customer service. I m a store manager myself and my hat off to this location. They are awesome I will be back.
Good place to see a game and have a drink. Only giving 4 stars, because ordering an appetizer at the bar shouldn't take over 30 mins to come Which was the case the last few times. But, bartenders arw always nice and apologetic though. It's probably just a miscommunication in the kitchen somewhere.
The service was slow and disorganised. We were seated by an employee and after about 5 minutes the "service manager" came over and accused us of moving from another table without asking and said we would have to move. Drinks were slow to arrive, waited close to 10 minutes to get the beer I ordered! The food was all very good when it finally arrived but the problems with management at this location make dinning here a challenge.
STAY AWAY this place as a whole is bad from the server/manager/foodrunners. The server Ralph F doesn t know how to work in a restaurant. It took him 15 minutes to greet us. Another 10 minutes to bring drinks and a happy hour menu that never made it to the table. I ran out of soda half way threw my dinner asked for a refill 2 times never got it. My girlfriends food was cold couldn t find the server or any staff 5-10 to help us until I saw 2 staff members dropping off food and chased them down so they could reheat the food another 10 minutes. We saw the server 4 times the whole time we were there!
1. To greet us
2. Drop off the drinks
3. Drop off the check
4. Drop off the check for me to sign
After we had paid and we re driving home I wanted to tell the manager about our visit it took them another 15 minutes to pick up the phone and was told the manager doesn t take calls after close. this place is a joke save your money and go to Carl s Jr. There will be better service there!!!!
Short wait time, for Mother's Day dinner. Server was polite and attentive and went out of her way to make sure we got all the things that we requested. Food was excellent and for dessert, the Pizookie, was awesome.
Outstanding service, food came out fast and was on point, great portions for your $$$, beer was just right! Crazy Kids enjoyed it, this bj's is outstanding. Military friendly business!
Great place to eat. Lots of great food on the menu and a great beer menu.
BJ's is always a good place to eat and they are open late.
It's a mixed bag. Sometimes you get a server who loves their job and other times you get a zombie. We always go in with a good attitude and half the time we get someone with a personality and the other half of the time we get some frowny heel.
The worst experience! I had dinner there tonight and the customer service from the beginning (walking in) to the serving was horrific! As a former hostess, cashier, and waitress I know the importance of doing the best we can not everyone takes their job seriously!
I visited this place yesterday and overall had an ok experience. The food was satisfactory, I ordered a salad. My issue is restaurants that still charge you even if you ask for no meat..I'm a vegetarian and I dont believe in paying for meat I will simply not eat. There are other of establishments who will make accommodations for my dietry needs. How does it make sense to charge me for something I will not eat, nor will i be served. Yet you will take the same meat meant for my plate and serve it to someone else, making more profit. The better option is to charge lower price and have the meat be an additional charge. Therefore, I will not over pay for something I know I will not eat. The server was also too sassy for my taste. While he did stop by and check on us, there was a bit of attitude for splitting the check.
Bilingual service, you do not pass squeeze, well presented and delicious dishes. It was worth knowing.
This BJ's is the best in Orange County. Great kitchen staff and first rate servers. Especially in the bar area. We love BJ 's in Orange
Their pizza is really well done and everything is very clean.
Good food, good atmosphere, waiting time was a bit long, would visit again.
Although service was a bit slow, the staff made up for it with their friendliness and delicious pizookies
Always a good time!
Great beer selection, but we stay for the pizookies
We had a family birthday we had a great time. Food was delicious
Food was raw, wrong food served three times, material napkins had someone elses buggers on it. The manager just said "what would you like me to do?" sarcastically he says I didn't see anything wrong with what was returned. Hahahaha.
The bomb , the best place to eat and drink .service was outstanding and the food was hot and delicious .Thx B Js..
Worst customer service. I actually left without eating. Over 15 min and nobody even acknowledged us or even brought water.
Horrible service, our appetizers were burnt and brought the the same time as our meal, we had to get up to find someone to bring us refills and silverware. It was as if we were a bother. It was early afternoon so It wasn t crowded so they had no excuse for poor service
Nfl playoffs are on. Waiters are standing around watching the game.
Wonderful!!! So nice to sit down and have others take care of the cooking and cleaning. Alot of customers, but not with the feeling of being crowded. Food was delicious, ate all we could. Our waiter Chris was very attentive and helped make this meal a wonderful experience. Good job BJ's.
Tri-tip and ribs (mmmmm) and BBQ chopped chicken salad. How about the size of that decadent cookie and ice cream dessert. WOW!!!!!
I ordered here a month ago. Turns out you can order your burger more rare or well done. One of the burgers my party ordered was more rare than we had asked for and they corrected the mistake efficiently as possible without any hesitation. Also the service was friendly. It's a great place for getting a good drink. I got a watermelon mojito and it's actually really good. They have a bunch of brews and their burgers are great. I'm definitely coming back to this one.
I have been to a lot of BJs and this one was not good. The service was fine but the quality of food was not THERE!!! I had a party of 4 and all 4 of us where not happy. I live in the Dallas area and where here in LA so maybe that's the difference.
Food was not that good, restaurant was dirty and service was bad our server kept forgetting our order.
Delicious plant-based options on their menu! Something for everybody
The southern comfort sandwich is ridiculously delicious
Loved it. Great yummy selection of food. Even if your vegetarian. Great service and Wisconsin cheese curds are to die for. Loved their Rose wine.
Great food and must get tge Pizzokie! Family friendly environment!
I love BJ's. They are awesome. They are great supporters of RAD Camp.
Getting out of a concert hungry arriving 15min before closing and shout out to the waiters for still being so polite and serving is with a smile... #sorrysolate
#onmexicantime
Good food and service. One meal came out slightly warm, but fully cooked.
Their buffalo wings are my favorite in the entire world! No lie!
The server was outstanding. It's the environment and the management & chef's, I imagine. There were ants on our table and one of the hostesses was pretty rude. The one with fake lashes. The other one was nice and helpful. She attempted to be accommodating. The food is good there it just takes a long time for it to arrive.
Re, ricooooooo fascinates me the food especially the BBQ spare ribs
Thanks to my friend Lindz, it was very much enjoyed. So if the review was of THE COMPANY ATTENDING DINNER WITH ME, 5 stars Xo.
SERVICE REVIEW: water was given AFTER first round of drinks were received AT THE TABLE. Four of the drinks weren't received until the first drink brought was half drank, And appetizers weren't brought until we had almost finished our drinks.
They only gave us one server for our large group. He did an excellent job considering. Otherwise everything was great.
The best visit I've had @ a BJs in a long time! They all went above and beyond for my birthday / anniversary Dinner... I didn't care for the bison burger but everything else was great
I've eaten here a dozen times or so to have lunch and catch-up with friends.
The service at lunch time is always fast and friendly. It's a very consistent experience.
They have a number of tasty dishes with the menu rotating things in and out occasionally.
For apps, I enjoy the the avacado egg rolls, the honey Sriracha brussel sprouts (I normally dislike sprouts) and the boneless wings with rootbeer glaze (so yummy if you like rootbeer, but sweet, so share this one). I could have each of them as a small meal and be satisfied.
I don't have a favorite entree. I tend to try something new every time. I've enjoyed everything that I've ordered, which is rare. It doesn't blow me away with novel concepts or flavors, but it's always well made and flavorful.
The prices are average for this type of restaurant, no surprises.
I can't speak for the dinner service, but at lunch they earn all 5 stars, every visit.
The consistency and quality of the food, despite the large menu, makes coming back a no brainier. Add in the excellent service and I'm left without a complaint to offer.
(Note on parking: Tons of space during the day. At night, especially on the weekend, everything gets overrun by mall parking. Plan accordingly.)
Tables and floors were dirty at 10 am on Sunday. I had to ask our hostess to clean my seat before we sat down. Then I noticed the floor had bits of food under the tables. Like no one cleaned last night or in the morning. Before we ordered, I smelled the odor of decomposing oils in the air.
We got up and left. On the way out, I told the hostess why we were leaving and to inform her management that the condition of the restaurant is unacceptable.
Not recommended at this time.
My son was craving for burgers and this one showed up first in the Yelp search. May be arrived at the right time, there was only 3 people ahead of us in the line. Ordered Chicken Sandwich, Vegetarian Burger and Fries. By the time we placed our order, there were at least 10-15 people in the line to order. It's considerably a small place, with very limited seating capacity. We had to wait for a few minutes to find a small table for ourselves.
This salad right here was the best! I highly recommend this location. The waiters were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The food was GREAT and the restaurant was very clean.
A little long wait, steak was a little overdone, but still a great restaurant.
One of my favorite dinners. Always crowded. Friendly staff, great food.
