I normally love BJs but this location was not good at all. My chicken tasted as if it had been microwaved way too long and was hard to chew. My husband ordered a medium rare burger but it came back well done. And there was a hair in our avocado egg roll! I'm not sure if it was a one time fluke, but I wasn't happy.

On Tuesday 10/09 we came in around 9:20pm and we are told the wait was about 40 minutes. After almost an hour and a half of waiting we are still waiting to be seated and we start to notice people who arrive after us are being seated. When we ask why we haven't been seated yet the host acts surprised but doesnt give an explanation just turns to her screen and writes something in leaving us standing there wondering what's taking so long. It seems like she forgot to input out name onto the waitlist but she didn't bother to explain the mistake or even apologize instead she turns to her screen taps in our name and turns to talk to a coworker without answering our question. We had to ask her again how much longer before we go seated. She turned to us said a minute and then turned to talk to her coworker again. We got seated after a couple minutes but at this point we're upset and have lost the desire to eat there, so we decide to leave and eat elsewhere. We normally enjoy coming to this BJs but that night was not a good experience.
I ordered the broccoli and cheese bread bowl and when it came out, they had accidentally sent out the calm chowder instead (mistakes happen, I wasn't upset no big deal). Since it was a different person who had brought out our food, when our waiter came by to check on us (nearly right away), I brought it to his attention and he took it away right away and went to figure out the problem. In the meantime, the manager came over and apologized and offered me a house garden salad while I waited for my correct order to come out.
Basically, when the hiccup happened, they handled it absolutely correctly and were very genuine in their concern and I highly recommend this location not only for the food and atmosphere but the service as well.

Every time I order the mini pizza here it comes out under cooked. I want to like this place but value to taste just doesn't match.
5 Stars because they have the best tasting thickest deep dish Pizzas and one of the most flavorful darkest of Beers around.
I ordered food from their website. I never got my food. After having been hung up on twice from calling the store the manager Jay said there is nothing he could do. At first I was going to order it again and just go pick it up but after talking to Jay and his inability to manage I will never go to this place again. I will also be telling everyone I know not to go to this location either. I better get my money back in 3-4 business days or I will be escalating this further.
Can never go wrong with this place. Full bar, great food, craft beer and pazzookies!
Nice atmosphere and the wings are fantastic, better Thanh the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings.
However, out waiter was sweating profusely which was a bit gross.
The prices are average for this type of restaurant.
Love the shrimp and arugula tacos. But I go there for the Brewnette. Hard to find a good brown beer.
Pizza didn't have enough toppings. Feel like their quality has gone down from the olden days.

Phenomenal experience. Kasey our server was superb. I had come in for a lunch special and he had recommended the guac burger with jalepeneos and i loved it. Good job bjs. Best staff good friends anf kasey made me feel at home! :)
This spot provides superb service and delicious menu. One of my favourite spots in the city. The meals served quickly and the prices are economical. Recommended.
First time at BJs and i am DISAPPOINTED. Called in 1 hour prior to make a reservation for 7. A friend also got here at the same time as me and checked in with a group of 7. He got called first while i was not. Even though i made the reservation 1 hour prior. Don't think ill be coming back here any time soon. I also felt discriminated as others who got sat 15 minutes after us got their 3 soups before our 1 soup. EDIT: I WON'T BE COMING TO BJs ever again.

We odered appetizers we never got them. Our food came still no appetizers. Finally we got them when we finished our dinner. Never got our drinks refilled. Took 15 minutes for dessert. Dont go to this place. I was at BJ's for mothers day in Brea and the service was out of this world.
Long wait,... and we had a reservation! Still had to wait about a half hour! Service was slow, people in our party did NOT get their food at the same time... and it was just so-so, not as good as we remembered.
Typical BJs with the only exception that there's much better places in the area to eat and drink..
Loved the food. Staff was friendly. Wait was normal. The wait for the food however was ridiculous. I could not believe how long I had to wait for the appetizers and then, they came out the same time as my entree. I would still try this place again because I feel like the mishap with my food might have been a slip up and the food is so good I feel like giving this place a second try. The calamari is to die for!
BJ's is always fun to go and relax. A glass of wine, appetizers and my love.

I just can't recommend this place. It looks "fancy" but Denny's can make better American food. Either go to Denny's to save money or go to cheesecake factory. Idk who would think of going here. Nothing great.
Amazing service! I love the food and dessert here they have so many options to pick from. We were sitted very quickly the atmosphere is nice with a high amount of monitors to view with different channels.
Attempted to have a late lunch. Waited 38 minutes for a not very busy day... Tables dirty, still needed more time to bus.. Waited 10 more minutes with no help from staff. Second time in three months. Will never go back. Friday's next door got us in with a much busier restaurant in 5 minutes. No idea how BJ's has a high review.

I thought I'd write a review after reading all the negative comments about how long people had to wait for their food. Good grief. Whatever happened to patience and being okay to wait for your food to be freshly prepared and cooked? We had a great experience. It was full and busy, but the wait was about 15 minutes. Our server Jeremy was professional, attentive, but also left us alone and didn't try and chat us up. Our food arrived quicker than we expected really. If you're in a hurry, don't come here. But if you want great food, good beer selections and time to enjoy going out, even if you have to wait (God forbid) for your food, I highly recommend this place. Get the brussel sprouts.
The pizza is always on point, I love the cheese pie with extra tomato.

Just got a "medium" rib eye steak from this joint. Went straight to the stove because its practically Raw. Not sure if you guys care less because there is no one there to send food back but you guys need to step it up.
I have eaten at this restaurant multiple times, just never this location until 2 nights ago. I have never had issues until then. My husband, daughter and I ordered appetizers and meals. My husband's and my meals came out before any appetizers were served and were cold as can be. When the waiter came around to ask if everything was ok, I said no, we were missing appetizers and my daughter meal.
They then brought out my daughter meal (cold as well) and said the manager would be coming with our appetizers and to talk to us about the mix up. The manager served the appetizers(also cold) apologized then walked away. After all this, my daughter gets sick, Vomiting in the middle of the night. The food she was served was the only thing out of ordinary of what she usually eats daily. And the next morning my husband was sick. Never thought I'd say this being such a fan of the restaurant before, but we will not be going back. Something seriously needs working on in the kitchen at this location.
Went here for sister's birthday and the beer pizza and service was great. Plus you get a free dessert on your birthday that is delicious.
Reservation system confusing. Phone tree message says groups of 7 or more welcome for reservations yet person answering the phone says no reservations same day for 7. What???

So I got here with my family expecting to enjoy a nice meal but I was extremely disappointed. I stood in the waiting area for 10 min waiting for 1 of the 4 people at the register to attend me. In addition, an employee who was not working came right in and was seated immediately by his fellow employees before us. Then finally, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes in the lobby... Not everyone working there is oblivious to the customers needs but some lack the initiative and the attitude necessary to satisfy their customers. As a result, I neither enjoyed my meal nor did I receive the quality of service I paid highly for.
We were told that if we sat outside our wait would only be 15 minutes as opposed to 25 minutes. We agreed because we had a show to go to at 6:30PM. We arrived and checked in at 4:14PM and did not get seated outside until 4:51PM. So 37 minutes later, we're finally having a seat. When we asked about the wait we were told that there was only one server for an area inside and the outside.
How is it that we mess up on the wait time by almost three times the wait??? Not a good experience at all.
Great restaurant /brewery. A friend took me there and I was pleasantly surprised. Great location right off the highway and next to the outlet mall. Lots of seating and very clean. We sat outside and really enjoyed the weather. Staff was very friendly and encouraged us to sample the beers we were deciding on. Menu is a bit large, but not one thing we had was not hot ,fresh or delicious. Great place to hang with a group or enjoy time with the family.
Great experience, the wait time was not long. They said 20 and it ended up being 13. Food was delicious and it's worth the time and money coming.

Last night, us with a group of 7 (3 kids) saw other parties with same amount of people get seated ahead of us, then after 50 minutes the person escorted us to a table that was not clean, went back and waited 10 more minutes. Finally got a table.. took about 20 minutes for a waiter to check on us. 20 more minutes to get our food.
This has been so far the worst service i ever had at a BJs.
So bad..... our kids went to sleep by the time our food arrived..

BJ's Brewery is a great place to eat. I love to get their deep dish pizza or boneless wings. They have all kinds of options, maybe too many for some. Lots of drink options to pair with you food. I don't go here as often as I like but love it when I do. A good place to eat that gives you a lot of food. Definitely on the higher end for pricing but worth it.

We ordered avocado egg rolls. They were made fresh and ok. Our chicken tenders were chicken but not so tender. All in all meh.
The fettuccini alfredo was pretty good. Not the best I've had but good. Also it took them a while to get our food to us so there's that.
Went for lunch and took a lil over 15 min to be acknowledged. Food is always amazing. Lunch service is terrible.

This place is great and variety of food is pretty good too. I am giving this place a 2 star rating because they don't seem to have it together!
I called to make reservations and they confirmed it. And when we got there at 1st they said there's no reservation and till they found it after 5 min. Than it took them another 15 to seat us because they didn't have our table ready.
To top it off, I ordered a burger to be cooked medium. I got a burnt burger, and they changed it only to get another that was almost burnt again!
