The restaurant is great. They have great food options and the beer pairing guide is helpful.

My family and I recently went to Disneyland and the wife wanted to take a day to go shopping at the Factory Shops nearby. We got done around dinner time and I wanted a decent restaurant to sit down and also enjoy a beer. We found BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse nearby. It sure hit the spot. They had a wide variety of beer and food options and service was fast. I would highly recommend this restaurant when in the area.

The food was just ok but the service was excellent. The pizookie was really good.

Decent food and drinks here. I'm not a huge fan of the pizza as I don't think it has much flavor overall with the sauce and crust. Catch them during happy hour for some good deals, 3-6p. They also have good daily specials. Be sure to eat light and have a Pizookie to finish things off. It's definitely the best thing going there. OH... the beer is good too!

I frequent BJ's. Perhaps this was an off visit.

The service was poor, the wait time between appetizers and entree was WAY TOO LONG, and the food wasn't as good as it has been in the past at other BJ's.

The location was not convenient and required some negotiating of the parking lot. I can't imagine what it would be like during the Christmas holidays....

Management only provided free pizookie coupons to offset the poor experience. I won't be visiting this location again.

Man our waitress was horrible!! She had hardly any tables and was bitching to go home. It took 15 min to give our drink order and another 20 minutes to receive our drinks we got our appetizers before our drinks. Ridiculous to say the least. We had to wait another 20 minutes to give our order. I am extremely dissatisfied.

The service wasn't good and they took forever to bring our order.

Bad experience . The wait was ridiculous and it wasn't even busy . Once seated it took forever for the server to get us our drink and once we placed our order it took even longer to get our food which was cold and nasty . Not coming back anytime soon

They have good management they need to speed up certain servers . Not going ack for abit

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Spent 2 hours there just waiting on the waitress to come attend me and my son. Ordered a small pizza for myself and the chicken Alfredo kids meal. They brought me the wrong kids meal, then took another 20 mins to bring the right one. After we finished eating it took about 45 mins to see our waitress again!!! Once she brought the check and left I had to wait again to tell her that she over charged my check! (Charged the kids meal twice). Then I had to wait some more to get it fixed. I won t be coming back here at all, and I love BJ s.

My first time eating here and definitely I would recommend it, waiting time was a little bit tight but but other than that Great restaurant

Love this place! From the awesome beer tasting to the appetizers to the wonderful waiters, you won't be disappointed.

With a large selection of beers on tap, both imported and brewed in house, there is something for everyone here at BJ's. I suggest the Jeremiah Red or my personal favorite, the Brewhouse Blond. Sit at the bar and ask the bartender about the different choices for beers. They are all well informed about the brews and are friendly and helpful. I have not enjoyed dinner here, so I can't comment on the quality. I can tell you that the appetizers are tasty and the draft beers are clean and fresh. Ask your bartender if your favorite beer is available to go. Some of them are and prices for 6-packs are reasonable. With a large parking lot, access and exit are not a problem. Located in the Outlets at Orange, this BJ'S is very popular with the locals. Happy Hour starts at 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The drinks are better than the food. Ordered the sirloin steak; it was dry and the sides were tasteless. I was expecting something top quality, such as, Cheesecake Factory. This place is no where near that.

It wasn't the fact that the waiter didn't bring out utensils or napkins with the food. It was not that he continually asked what else we wanted after we order appetizers. It was the sad excuse for an appetizer. The sliders were one single patty cut in fours atop the saddest excuse for a bun. Mind you the burger chunks were mad dry and lukewarm. This was served with a side of the saddest lettuce and pickles. It was truly sad and disgusting. An appetizer is supposed to be appetizing and this was anything but appetizing. I am disappointed in the service too. It was like pulling teeth to get basic eating utensils and napkins. I also looked over at other tables who had been given utensils and napkins with their meals. We are not animals nor did we act like animals to deserve such terrible service. I am saddened by the service. Thanks for keeping me away and allowing me to spend my money elsewhere.

This place is unquestionably one of the most attractive restaurants in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am awfully happy. They keep their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Very recommended.

It was empty but they still made us wait 15 minutes ( I guess for the look it :/) and when we sat for 20 minutes neither the waiter came to get our order, nor they brought us water

This was my first-ever visit. Going with a friend who had Saturday birthday, we both had the lunch spaghetti special with glasses of Pinot Noir to compliment the meal. We were ably served by both Katie & Jessica. Very impressed!!!

Great service. Lost track of time and we stayed even when it closed. Didn't feel rushed. Servers were really nice towards us.

Horrible Experience!!! I took my family for dinner after a very exciting day at Disneyland. First, It took a long time to be seated while the hostess was busy serving alcohol. It also took a long time to be attended by the waitress and to have our food served while the waitress was also busy serving alcohol to other clients. What I hated the most was that there was alot of seat opened and they sit us at the very corner near the restrooms. I won't recommend this place unless you want to have your night go to waste.

We stopped here before a movie and were happy with our lunches. There were a lot of food options and a lot of beer options to consider. My salad was tasty and came with the inclusions/on-the-side requests that I made. My mom and dad meal was also good and in a large portion. He also enjoyed his beer flight. I appreciated that the service was fairly speedy, and they offered us discounted movie passes, which also let us skip the line at the nearby theater.

Does anyone remember when BJ s was this converted home on Bristol street in Santa Ana that served the best pizza Ever in these quaint little rooms. I m glad they kept the recipe

The food was good. The seating and food took a really long time. The waitress was nice and efficient.

BJs is one of my favorite restaurants. This particular one is pretty much exactly as all others. Plenty of seating, the food is good, bar menu is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

The service at the BJs in the Outlets of Orange is a little slow, but our server was friendly.

I love this location even though it has a lot of traffic and sometimes long waits. To avoid waits try to book a table on their app and arrive there at your convenience

First I would like to say how much I appreciate the people currently working here and I understand how difficult it is with all that is happening with the world. The only good thing about this is the server named Brennan (sorry if I m misspelling is) and his attention to detail. The only thing I order here are the loaded nachos, I am very specific with what o like in it but I always make sure to be clear about it. The only person who checks to make sure it was made right is Brennan and one other guy. It s not an issue that is why I always request to sit in his area. Today I called in with a quick question about whether or not loaded nachos could be for take out. The lady Joy cuts me off and says she is placing me on hold After 15 minutes have passed I disconnected it and called again she then answered and I asked and she just said no and i said okay thank you and she hung up. The customer service isn t great and they don t get your order right.

Pasta noodles were dried out...almost as though they used a microwave to reheat precooked noodles.

I was in tonight, everybody who we dealt with was professional and polite. Unfortunately the Ahi Poke appetizer was off- the tuna was old and fishy with a mealy texture. Then we found dark black specks in a soft drink glass. We didn't wait for the entrees. We paid and left. The front of the house looks ok- but there is a big problem in back.

We got there at opening time (11:30 am), party of 12, place was empty but we were told we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. After 20 minutes l went to ask about the status of our table and was told it'd be another 10-15 minutes because our waiter server still wasn't in. Finally got seated at around 12:10 and the service wasn't the best. We didn't get utensils (my Friend got them from the waiter station), asked for a beer and they forgot to bring it, one of our dishes didn't come but it showed up in the tab, etc.... I was surprised because our local BJ'S is so good with service and food. Not this one.

The food was ok, but i ordered food for curbside pick up. After arriving on time i called the number and no one picked up after 5 minutes . I went inside where i waited 6 minutes before someone showed up and said someone will be out soon. I went down to ask for the MOD, i was told he would be sent to me. 10 minutes later someone finally came out and told me it would be another 10 minutes. Before my order would be ready, then she spent the next 15 minutes talking to another customer about what a horrible job it was and trying to get another job. I finally received my order, which was wrong. The MOD Jay never came to talk to me.

Service is always great when I come. Happy hour at the bar is the best. Pricing is pretty good during happy hour too

Great beers and the brussel sprouts are yummy! They will honor happy hour in the seats IF the bar is full. Dont forget to leave room because ordering a pizookie for dessert is a must!

BJ's is my go to restaurant. A great place for a nice dinner or the avid sports fan. They have tons of beer selections on tap and yummy pazookies to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Dinner date with my wife while sitting at the bar. I prefer to sit at the bar now at this location because I feel the service is a somewhat better. Nothing against the waiters and waitresses in the dining area, but they just seemed to be bogged down with so many tables and are a bit slower. (from past experiences).

Seems like they've changed their menu a bit as well. I've never seen Brussells sprouts before and it seems to be the new fad. I was leary about trying them because, well, it's an item I haven't seen before and I've had amazing brussells sprouts elsewhere. So I decided to give them a try, since they were a fairly good price. Surprisingly, they were really good. The Brussels sprouts were a creamy and crunchy and toasty, like the were sauteed in butter, there was fresh grated, melted cheese over top and it was plentiful. ( BJ'S do not change this recipe!)

Had to wait 15:mins with our food sitting in front of us with no silverware. Poor server had to come and tell is he was waiting for silverware to be clean. I mean that's just ridiculous.

A large specialty pizza is now $29. Last year it was only $24. It was an excellent pizza though.

Really good food. The Pizookies are the absolute best tho!
