BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Review

Great pizza appetizers, the quinoa shrimp bowl is excellent, awesome jambalaya, and the steak is pretty good too. We'll be back and I highly recommend this place.

Curbside service was terrible. They didn't answer the phone and we had to walk in to get it. The order was incorrect and the meats were raw. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Good food but way overpriced. $7.50 for a bowl of soup. Ridiculous!

There deep dish pizza is one of the best in West cost

Bjs is normally good but this time and specifically this location wasn't. Had probably one of the worst service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. From the host to the server and even management. They were busy but seemed like they didnt want there at all. It almost seemed to bother them that people were dining in. To paint a picture. We saw the food runner more than our server. Also he's the only one that actually had a good attitude and provided great service.

the only reason i go to this location is because of DENISE one of the managers . shes amazing, i love her personality and professionalism.. bjs has been one of my fav restaurants since a long time 4 stars for this location but 5 stars for the restaurant in general.. wish they kept the quality of the prime rib cause when they added to the menu the quality was amazing n now its chewy and hard.

Excellent place very rich pastas and burgers and desserts

I went on a Saturday evening. It was fairly busy but service was still good and fast. Food came out in a timely manner but the taste wasn't as good as I remembered it. I hope it was just that day. I usually like the food at BJ's.

Don't waste your time or money wuth the pizza... Ordered half an hour ahead of time get there and then they make me wait another half an hour until i complained about getting cold pizza.. Amd that's exactly what I got cold pizza.. It was all crusty pizza they are falsely advertising as deep dish.. Truly disappointed bday dinner.. The waitress was good but thr hostess was not the most customer service oriented ... Never coming back to a BJs..

Food was ok. Menu is confusing. There are many specialty drinks on the menu, with no prices. Seems deceptive to me.

You simply can not go wrong here, super tasty food and great beer selection. Their menu selection is out of this world, its like reading a book, so many choices. Highly recommend, good service too

Ribeye steak came out burnt and extremely tough. Sides were great but if I wanted to eat carbon I would have ordered it well done.

The quality of food is above average. Though the cooks have so many orders to deal with, they resort to sloppy plating. Love the root beer though.

Sorry, Just not my fave. Went there out of convenience and wished I had spent those calories on anything else. Had something like a southwest roll that I sort of knew I shouldn t. The salad I ordered to follow was pretty good but can t remember what it was called. Waiter was overwhelmed and could not be as attentive as he should have but I don t hold him responsible for that.

Went to this restaurant after a day at California Adventure, which was a Sunday night around 6:30 PM. It is one of the larger BJs I have seen, and to be completely honest, it is the busiest BJ's I have ever visited. The food was good, but not great, and the service, especially for the number of patrons, was good. As this was the first time I have visited, I have nothing to compare this visit with. And adding a simple heads up, the bar appears to be very popular. Leaving the parking lot was difficult due to the number of Uber/Lyft drivers parking wherever to drop off/pick up riders. Again, not holding that against the restaurant.

Well you did it again, first time in the area and you lead us here. Wonderful, cozy, interesting building with great food. Prices and serve is amazing. Step back in history and enjoy the experience.

This BJ's is as any other BJ's. The food was okay and the beer could have been colder. I take away a star for the waiter in the bar area who was to overwhelmed and stressed us out by his stress. I also take out another star because when a waiter dropped glasses and wet the floor, the cleaning crew did not clean so well that my girlfriend actually fell down on the same spot an hour later. I take out another start because the waiters looked the other way. I just wonder, why do I need to ask for a manager when it is obvious that an injury happened?

Good service better than average bar food. Massive menu.
