Only been to BJ'Restaurant one time and tge food was good and I really like the place
The wait can be too long and the establishment is a bit pricey, but the food is decent and the drinks and pizookies are nice!
Very very very pleasantly surprised with this establishment. They have appetizer platters that's enough food for days. Jambalaya is better than some I've had in New Orleans. Steak was also juicy and cooked to perfection. This will be my new go to dinner joint!

The service here was terrible. Multiple things went wrong with our order, they offered desserts for free to make up for it and when the bill came, not only were the desserts on it, but so we're the items that were incorrect.

Tables in the bar are shoved in, not much room to move around without bumping into someone.

Loved the chicken lettuce wraps app, but I'd have liked it more had been already assembled, and just put on or dip in sauces.
Are waiter was awesome!! Super nice and came by every once is awhile to ask how we were doing. Me and my friend shared a plate and dessert. We are both very petite and servings are so big we both were stuffed by the end

We love BJ's Restaurant. Barbara was our waitress and she is absolutely amazing!! She is one if the best waitresses I have ever had. Food was great and so were the drinks.

I ordered a large vegetarian pan pizza that was short on the cheese. If I want scarce cheese I can order from Pizza Hut, but at $30 there should be sufficient cheese to make it a real pizza. Very disappointing! I am posting a couple pics that show some of the bare spots. I have always liked BJs pan pizza but not sure if I will ever order again!
First time at this BJ's. Not great. Had the Bison burger, very dry. The slaw that came with it was dry and tasteless. Only upside was the waitress was a good one, very friendly. Can't say we will come back to this location.
When you come to eat here on a Monday afternoon between the hours of 3-5 PM, you would think service would be more efficient. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food, and I did not like the Sriracha Brussels sprouts they cooked; I would recommend you not to get that. However, I absolutely loved the berry burst beer they served here; my all time favorite sweet alcoholic drink. The peanut butter cup pizookie we had was good also. I would recommend that you eat at the bar when you come here on the not-so-busy hours, because service seems to be more prompt over there, and they serve great drinks and offer great deals for happy hour at the bar tables only.
Got unlimited soup and salad...salad was not fresh. Tomato was frozen! Yes .. they serve frozen tomato!

During our last visit, service was slow. Some items were missed and brought later than the rest of our food. And once again the brussel sprouts were burnt, which is my favorite item.
I had some night craving for BJ Restaurant so I went to this one by the outlet. The food was very good and the service was really awesome! I will for sure come back here another day!

I m only giving this location one star for the service of trying to book the reservation for 30 for next week. He didn t seem like they even wanted to try to help me with the reservation. I was put on hold then told they had to speak to the manager and said that they would not be able to make my reservation as they are already accommodating for a lot of people on Saturday. What does that even mean? So you will be turning away every single customer that walks in on that day?
Only gave one star because I had too. This used to be a great place to get lunch. Second time in a row I had preordered food and waited 30 minutes and the food still hadnt arrived.
Spoke with manager and didn't seem to concerned.

Generally speaking their services are good for the locations I've been to. Food is average for the amount paid. They do have a few good in-house beer which can be the highlight for some. All and all, the amount paid matches the value received.

This is by far the best place for delicious, fresh, authentic sushi in Springfield. It's a hidden treasure, and like a slice of Japan dropped into corntown. The restaurant is clean and feels happy. The sushi chef and waitress were friendly. The food was well prepared, and beautiful to behold. I'll be back. Gochisou sama deshita!!

Great sports bar. Great food, on good game days it gets crowded, fast and attentive service at the bar. Pan pizza, root beer glazed chicken wings and ribs, the salads are good.
The one is for the waitress other then that the food sucks.
I ordered on 5/15/20 around 7:15pm through uber eats. I am missing the kid's pepperoni pizza. And to top it all off my sweet potato fries are hard and dry. Super disappointed. I spent $106. I know the kids meal is only $6 but when you have a 4 year old sad because he didn't get his pizza, sucks!!!

Arrived at restaurant and used the APP to join waitlist. Upon receiving text message from restaurant that the table was ready, waited at the frint for another 15 minutes while host staff talked with each other about a large party that called ahead but was late. Hello? We are right here waiting! Hosts were lacking in personality, friendliness, not even yielding a single smile.
We pre-ordered our food using the APP, and the server was confused, and took the order again. Drinks arrived 8 minutes after orders given a second time. A manager visited our table and apologized for their perceptions of inconveniences (we had not complained about anything at this poinr). A full 35 minutes later our entree salad and parmesan chicken dish arrived.
Salad was very good, parmesan chicken dish was tasteless and the mashed potatoes were instant, clearly.
Bill arrived and the $5 discount I had applied from my loyalty account had been removed and a 20% discount replaced it giving me a $2.43 additional discount!
Very disappointing experience overall, the server gave up trying to be attentive delivering refills for our drinks at the end of the meal.
I absolutely love the team work and electronic ordrink system the servers use. You order, they put it into their ipad...and someone brings you the item immediately. Very efficient.

After long day at Disneyland, decided to grab takeout from the BJs brew house at Orange. Location completely forgot to bag one of the kids meals, unacceptable takeout experience!
Food and beer us just fine. Problem is letting a 7 year old baseball team into the bar for a lunch. I go to the bar to avoid the large group of kids in restaurants. Manager or hostess need to wake up and be aware how many people left because of the out of control kids with parents at other tables.
My buddy and I went here a few nights ago and sat outside. Great outdoor space. I accidentally spilled my beer sampler but they brought me a new one without making me feel bad at all. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating was because they took forever to bring us our first round of beers and took 15 minutes to come back with our checks.
