Very disappointed with service standards, food quality, and follow-up.
Arrived at restaurant and used the APP to join waitlist. Upon receiving text message from restaurant that the table was ready, waited at the frint for another 15 minutes while host staff talked with each other about a large party that called ahead but was late. Hello? We are right here waiting! Hosts were lacking in personality, friendliness, not even yielding a single smile.
We pre-ordered our food using the APP, and the server was confused, and took the order again. Drinks arrived 8 minutes after orders given a second time. A manager visited our table and apologized for their perceptions of inconveniences (we had not complained about anything at this poinr). A full 35 minutes later our entree salad and parmesan chicken dish arrived.
Salad was very good, parmesan chicken dish was tasteless and the mashed potatoes were instant, clearly.
Bill arrived and the $5 discount I had applied from my loyalty account had been removed and a 20% discount replaced it giving me a $2.43 additional discount!
Very disappointing experience overall, the server gave up trying to be attentive delivering refills for our drinks at the end of the meal.
