Great facility. Improvements to the concession stands, food options and local craft beer options...right on.

Great experience taking in a Blackhawks game. Arena was easy to access from a local hotel. Food selection was above average for an arena. Prices were as to be expected. Had a great time and would visit again.

Always love watching my Chicago bulls play here. Bring my family is great but very expensive parking. I was here for the rising stars game sat at the highest part of the arena and I still was not disappointed with the experience. Good job united center!

Great location! Clean and easy to get around in. The only strange part was the seats don't have cup holders. Lots of food, easy parking, great beverage selection, and friendly staff.

Not bad....miss going here for events and concerts.

Not the best venue acoustically, but fortunately we were there for Sebastian Maniscalco. (he was fantastic!) Parking and traffic are absolutely horrendous and you will get nowhere going to or leaving the UC unless you're inconsiderate and cut people off. Not nearly enough organized control or supervised flow of traffic for a sellout crowd on the weekend. I personally am not looking forward to going back and will avoid it completely and go elsewhere for entertainment.

Had a AWESOME time with my grandsons, their 1st game. Wished my Bulls won but we will return...it was sooo exciting

It is everything one can dream of, and more.
Facilities are top notch and the store (located in the first floor), is organised and easily accessible at all hours. Overall the visit exceeded all expectations. Without a doubt; the house that Michael Jordan built...

Terrific venue for concerts and sports. Lots of watering holes within, but prices are steep.

Saw Kevin Hart at his best.... The top seats can make you dizzy but I still had a good view.

Best food of any sports venue yet. Was my first Hawks game, pulled pork nachos filled me up for the whole game. My buddy got a brisket sandwich that I know looked real deal and he said it was great. Great full bar setups too. Awesome lights and sound. Fluff Yeah United Center!!!

Really nice arena. Saw Tool here, and even though my seat was way up in the nosebleeds, the audio was stellar. Heard and experienced everything. It was great. Lots of options for food & places to get drinks. It's all overpriced, but that's standard for any arena/concert venue/event center.

Had a great experience here. I was seated in the nosebleeds for about ($20 NZD) but still had a great view of all the action. Coming from New Zealand this was an amazing experience. Additional entertainment was great and the atmosphere was awesome for a regular season game.
The facilities were clean and it was easy to get in and out. The GOAT statue was easily accessible as well! Thank you, Chicago

This is a very nice place to watch either a hockey or basketball game. I would suggest it to anyone wanting to catch a hawks or bulls game. The sight lines are great, the food is nice, the place is clean, and transportation to the arena is good. Prices are not too high for being in one of the largest cities in the US. A great place to watch a game, and a wonderful experience.

Super helpful staff. We have a daughter who is in a wheelchair and the staff bent over backwards to make our event (concert) a pleasant one. Everyone was super helpful, polite, and in control despite the chaos around us. Look forward to our next concert at the United Center!

I saw a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert here and the venue was spectacular. Couldn't have asked for a better stadium show.

Very smooth handling of a large crowd. Security very friendly. Great at stopping traffic for street crossings too.

It's the home of the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks... Most importantly the support they showed for local veterans was superb.

One of the best places to see any kind of entertainment. Whether that be a Bulls game, a Hawks game, or a concert, the Madhouse on Madison is one of the greatest venues and stadiums to be at. Also, amazing to be able to get on the court and play as well! So much history in that building, and it isn't even 30 years old!

I wasn't even in the building. I just used a parking lot to teach my girlfriend to ride a motorcycle. It wasn't that great of a parking lot. A lot of gravel and sand.

Love the Bulls but besides being the House of Jordan. UC is not impressive to me in any way.

Like all fingers of this type, not enough bathrooms, not enough servers. Their treatment of the handicapped I noticed is extremely good. Kudos!

Always a great time watching the Hawks win. So many food choices and fan apparel and gifts.

Saw Chainsmokers and 5SOS here and it was the best concert ever! The sound and acoustics are amazing here, as well as the atmosphere!

Best entertaining in the world . Travel from Europe for hockey games here . Love evey here ! Atmosphere, food, drinks and of course, the Hawks.

Blackhawks games are a ton of fun. Get there early and hang out in the atrium.

The United center was great for concerts! Alot smaller than other venues so it was more personal

First time there for a Concert. Felt it was clean, safe, and well staffed. Easy to get to from Rockford. Westloop area was fun to explore before the show. I would go back for sure.

OMG, the United Center was amazing. They had so many places to go drop a load, and they were nice and clean. Even though the bulls lost, the facility was top-notch and grade A

Because it's not too big, the United Center is a good place to watch a concert. I've sat in the nose bleed sections and still enjoyed the show. The floor seats are great if you're in the front rows or if the performer is using a runway otherwise shorties like me can't see anything when everyone is standing. Your best bet for concerts where performers only use a front stage is the seats on the left and right near the stage, but like I mentioned if you can't swing an expensive ticket you're going to have a great time regardless of your seat.
The women's bathrooms suck, they need to add attendants like they have at Wrigley field, they move women in and out of the bathroom quickly.

The guys in the middle of the street for easy out parking are not official UC employee's. Avoid unofficial parking if you can.

Big open arena. Perfect for concerts, had a lot of fun seeing The Killers perform recently. Would recommend.

Amazing venue for any event. Very clean and fast service with friendly employees! I came here for The Weeknd in November 2017 and it was incredible. It was my first time here and I can't wait to come back. Best place around because they have great things here with a wide variety from sports like Bulls and the Hawks and even other sports that go on here to of course the concerts and more! Very impressed with this venue.

Great place if you don't mind your car being robbed

Huge place, easy to fin BFS your way with all the staff, but they didn't allow any lyfts or ubers in to the main entrance so you had to way walk a little bit. Over all a great place though.

Worth the price of parking, especially if you get there a bit early. Aventura concert was great but had to wait for main performers. Easy access to our seats and lots of bathrooms. Plenty of food and drinks. Recommended.

Great Bulls game even though they lost but the drinks were cold!!

It's a sports venue. Beer is crazy expensive but the food options are pretty expansive and diverse. Not what I would consider a cheap place to eat but if you do don't get anything outside the UC you'll pay for it inside. Parking is decent and close. The goose island bar on the 100 level is great for a meeting place. Make sure to check out the atrium.

Went to hockey game. Great hockey game experience. One of best in NHL

Had the most amazing time at the Blackhawks hockey game! It was my first time at the United Center. It was easy to navigate, parking attendants were knowledgeable about where to park according to where your seats were, bathrooms were clean and stocked and the club's food was not only fast but amazing! The crowd was energized, the ads were NOT overwhelming, and the lighting was perfect!

Fans were friendly. Entertaining environment. Friendly staff. Glad to visit.
