I took tickets for several members of my family. The flight being canceled by the airline company, a part of the travelers was contacted to warn them, the other not. When we call, we are hung up on the nose. We are given different (or even opposite) information. Some say that the flight is canceled, others that it is continued. In addition, we offer some of the assets only, others only carryovers, or both of your choice and some even a refund. Less than 20 days before the trip, it is inadmissible. It is unfortunate to get there but I will be forced to go to court to assert my rights.

Flights are canceled without even being notified. Customer service is deplorable, long wait (fortunately the call is free). When we try to have explanations concerning the cancellation of our flight, we are answered very sharply, the man on the phone was very rude (no excuses, no compassion). Following the covid my trip was canceled, call, email no response but when you put negative reviews it asks us to send them an email thing done still no response it has been since April that my trip was canceled following covid.

I advise you to avoid them at all costs, friends who have had canceled trips have already been reimbursed by their respective agency.

Payment facilities can be obtained with or without charges (non exorbitant fees). Depending on their partnership, they can give you 2 x 23 kg of luggage (instead of 1 x 23 kg).
