Departure in less than three weeks, the borders are closed in my country of destination but discount ticket persists in saying that the flights are maintained. I contacted Air France who confirmed that there was no flight in July.
Late issue ticket, no reservations in my name.
This is the first and last time that I take my tickets from you.
No need to ask me to contact you by email, I did you never answer!
My family and I paid you nearly 12,000. We demand a full refund for everyone!
