I am really disappointed I usually travel at least twice a year with my family On several occasions I contacted the service for information regarding my flights that I had taken I was told that the flights were canceled from that I did the necessary I sent an email to the Covid service I still have not received a response and concerning my husband's ticket also I wanted to change the dates I was told that was going to contact me to fill out a questionnaire so far I still have no answer I think I will go directly to the agency to be able to have more information and I find it really unacceptable to consider clients like this Never again I will take my tickets in this agency It's a shame to lose clients like that
