Following the covid my trip was canceled, call, email no response but when you put negative reviews it asks us to send them an email thing done still no response it has been since April that my trip was canceled following covid.

I advise you to avoid them at all costs, friends who have had canceled trips have already been reimbursed by their respective agency.

So they walk you around from duty to duty saying I'm not the one dealing with it.

Even by sending an email supposedly to their Directeice we have no news

I am telling you clearly FLEE this is advice
