I took tickets for my 2 children and I at the last minute (early August for a departure to the West Indies in mid August) and I was able to pay in several installments. The price on this site and the payment facilities were very better than on other travel sites .. We are in September and my second sample was taken on the date communicated in advance.

They are scammers. I ask them if I can cancel my ticket to Madagascar, according to the Prime Minister's speech about exceptional and inevitable events, all reservations from March 1 to September 15, 2020 can be canceled, but no they said they will hold half of my money if i want to cancel. The problem I do not even know that my flight not yet canceled or not as Madagascar has closed their airport. No commercial gestures for the payment several times, they do not even answer my question if my flight still held or not?

Wednesday 10 I contact your agency to book a flight for TNR. I came across an agent with whom we found a flight with Kenya Airways for a departure on 10/26/2018 at the price of 760 including tax.
The agent kindly made this reservation. It was agreed that I receive a link by email in view of the rules.
After 24 hours, I unfortunately do not have this famous email which allowed me to definitively validate my flight.

I call the agency, I come across a new contact, responding to the name of Willy. I explain the situation and miss luck, impossible to find this famous reservation. OK let's move on.
We make a new reservation together, we find together a new flight this time with Air France at the price of 801.
We validate together, I proceed to payment.

I check the flight that we have agreed, and I realize that Willy has the wrong departure date for a month near me! Indeed this one to validate my departure date on November 26! Now that I had requested a flight on October 26.

I call the agency again on October 11 in the afternoon, impossible to communicate with Willy, a new person takes charge of my call, Carla offers me a new start on October 25 with Kenya Airways at the price of 849.
We validate and I therefore proceed to the settlement of the difference.
So far the price of my flight has only increased.

I connect on the platform of Kenya Airways in order to check in online and I realize that in reality the real cost of my ticket amounts to 803 .
I am really very surprised by the commercial lie demonstrated by the company Billet Discount.
The agents brag in we are making it clear that they only charge the price of the ticket sold by the company while assuming that there are no additional charges. Which is entirely false.
My problem is not really on the financial disadvantage that I had to fully assume through the fault of their amateur agents but clearly on the lies demonstrated by Billet Discount.
In short. Never again.
