I'm not a pro nor amature rider I ride long distance at much slower pace then most at first o was kind of intimidated to walk in there with my regular mountain bike after seeing all these pro bikes outside and others walking in with gear on like there just coming from tour da France I was like let me go to Walmart lol seriously since day one it's worth spending the money to learn and pay to get your bike serviced by these guys all customers to them are just as equal no matter who they are one day I'll get to that amateur level. The best bike shop in south florida PERIOD! I have experienced a level of service here that can not be matched by any other shop. They are real world class cyclist and true professionals. Sales and service are top notch. They specialize in high end road bikes this is no secret. However ! If you want anything from a weekend beach cruiser to a high end road bike or mountain bike this is the place. Owned and operated by a true cycling staff that all pedal. A great place, excellent customer service from the cashier to the technicians. I was scared to take my bike anywhere for service and was dreading the drive there; when I went in with my bike they treated it like a Formula 1 pit stop, they took it in and worked on it immediately. Ludwig was the technician and did more than I asked to it, and was excellent in the way he interacted with me; the cashier gave me a discount on the products I bought! Please keep this up, you are a breath of fresh air!!

Went to city bikes about two months ago to buy my very first mountain bike. A gentleman by the name Arnardo assisted me. He listened to me, worked with me, gave me a great price and was done with the transaction in no time. He didn't try to sell me useless stuff or fill me head with crap, he was direct and prompt with any of my concerns. I hate shopping, when I shop, I tend to go for I want and leave as soon as possible. I've returned a few times to buy equipment and every time was taken care of promptly. Also, I dropped by one day for a service matter, they told me that they will take about two hours to fix my problem, I replied that I was pressed on time and lived too far to just leave the bike. They ended up attending me then and were completed within minutes. This place is great! Wish I lived closer to it.

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT SERVICE. WENT FOR A TUNE UP FOR MY BIKE, AND GOT ITBACK LIKE A BRAND NEW BIKE.

I started cycling about 5 years ago, and my first experience at a bike shop was City Bikes in Aventura. The folks there were so awesome that I must blame them for what has become my obsession with cycling and beautiful bikes and great equipment and gear. I live in the Bahamas and whenever I travel to the Miami area I must pay homage to City Bikes and I always find great buys there. The staff is well informed and super helpful. The store is now expanded and such a great atmosphere. The shop rides are reason enough for me to travel to miami for weekends. In the short time I have been riding I have amassed a collection of 6 road bikes and tons of other cycling gadgets and stuff. I swear by the place and direct all my cycling buddies to shop there, so you should too....

Our friends have bought over 4 bikes in the past 6 months from city bikes. But Bad Customer Service. Someone please teach him to put up a smile!!The sales person did not respond to our questions, was very hesitant and acted like we would steal the bikes when we wanted to test ride them. He did not show us the models even though the bikes were on the rack. In short will never go to this shop again. I prefer the fusion-pro bike shop(we had bought 3 bikes earlier). Friendly decent discounts and they offered 2 complimentary maintenance. They greet us with a smile each time we go there for maintenance.

Very good place good service, a lot of variety and the collaborators very attentive

Went there to look at a bicycle for my girl and we found one she liked. Staff were friendly and the sale price was reasonable. My only complaint is that no safety/function check was performed on her bike. It was just taken off the rack and out the door it went. I checked the bike myself to ensure it was put together Ok and function properly but the the shop should have done that before it went out the door. Small things like that make the customer feel safe in their purchase and keeps them returning back.

Got my first road bike and starting gear with Yunior s help. I drove all the way from Orlando to that store recommended by my brothers who recently became interested in the sport of cycling, and had a great experience at this location. I was not disappointed, to this day I walk into my local shops here in Orlando and they can t believe what a great deal I was able to get...
I won t hesitate to recommend friends and family to this shop because I know they won t let me down.

staff is so helpful! when i bought my first spin shoes for indoor cycling i had NO idea what fittings i needed - they made it super easy telling me which to buy and even installed them free of charge for me.

Ordered bike on website.... called store to confirm order... the guy took my number and said someone will call me back... then got an email 2 gays later... I'm sorry but we are out of stock on the bike you ordered. We had an issue with the system putting back bikes into the system that are not available.

I took my 6 and 8 yo kids with me to try out some bikes. We are not at all experienced, or serious bicyclists although this store clearly caters to that audience as well as regular every day people who want a bike.

The staff were so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, helping with frame sizes for all 3 of us, allowed my kids to try out a bike outside before purchasing, and patient with all of our questions.

Walked out with 3 bikes - one for me, and 2 for my kids!

Contrast this with trying to get any kind of help at the big box sporting goods store, there is no comparison.

Bought a bike online, received an e-mail and then a call from Anais with EXCELLENT customer service, who helped me get the right bike for the right price. Delivered to my home in 1 day. Beautiful and Amazing bike and customer service.

We were very happy with City Bikes. My wife and I did a triathlon and Guido at the Aventura shop made sure her shipped bike was assembled and my rental was ready, and that it was the right one for the event. The people at the tri were very efficient in bringing them more than on time for the event. Competent and careful work throughout.

I was charged 20$ to replace an inner tube in my sons bike .

Nicely organized store. Clean and professional. Sales people are patient, informational and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced bike maintenance plus they did a great job.

I had my bike tuned up at this shop. I must say it needed it badly... However the results were mixed.
On the upside, I was pleased to see that it was squeaky clean and that the chain looked and worked a lot better.
On the downside, I'm sorry to say that nothing had been properly tightened. I had to check every bolt and screw on the steering, the frame, the saddle... As it turned out, my bike was definitely not safe to ride.

Had a recommendation to go to City Bikes from a friend and had the pleasure of meeting one of their employees named Miguel. He was fantastic and helped me choose the right bike for me. Went in trying to buy a Trek Marlin 5 but he showed me the Trek Dual Sport which suited me better for my road needs! He even got me a great price and had the bike looked over by their in-house techs before delivery! Thanks again to Miguel and City Bikes

Having visited almost every bike shop in the Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale area I can say without a doubt that City Bikes is the best! Great selection of bikes and accessories coupled with awesome service and quick response times.
They recently opened the Trek Precision Fit Studio where I had the opportunity to get a new bike fit done with Guido. As a fellow triathlete, he understood the nuances of a tri-specific fit and spent a lot of time and attention on making sure everything was perfect. I ride a Trek Speed Concept 9.9 and it helped that the system he used was Trek specific but it can work with any bike...I'm not sure about the science and data behind it but I definitely feel much better, aero and aggressive on the bike now compared to all my previous fits including with the Retul system.
I'm leaving Aventura so slightly sad that I won't have them as my local bike shop anymore! All the best guys

I was told my bike would be ready at 6. I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for the bike to be ready. Poor experience

Horrible service, don t try calling looking for a part. Right away they will tell you they do not have it. Without knowing the whole spec of the part. Then they will keep you on the phone for almost 30 mins, then someone will answer the phone with an attitude. I guess they are not interested in making any sales, or even how to bring customers in.

Been coming to the store for over five years and I have always gotten treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Not to mention they great deals they give me :)

As a Trek Manufactering employee my job is to do supriseds inspecions of all trak othorized dealers. I did a surprise inspecion yesterday and I was horrified the way I was treated. Customer service is non existent, the nologe of the trak product is not there. We are going to have to look at alowing city bikes to be able to carry the track brand.

They changed rear tire on electric scooter before but this time the employee refused to do the front bc it's too time consuming. Really? The employee tells the manager it's not worth his time! Hello don't you charge hourly or for the job difficulty? Sounds more like the employee was too Lazy or Lacking in knowledge to do it bc he claim motor is in front tire. So what? It's still just two screws to pop it out and replace tire! He's not moving or fixing motor. Either way, very unprofessional to not even attempt it. Charge me double the rate as rear tire then just try at least. Don't be afraid to learn something new!

Went in on 4 AUG 2020 and Saul was loud and clear saying how can I help you? And welp it was a wrap after that. I love the bike and the service went in to pick up the bike and the whole crew at this location is beyond helpful thankfully Saul was in again to help me get some more accessories. Big up the Aventura city bike crew!!!
