This is a shining example of what a bike store should be. They're a very busy store and they still make sure they have incredible customer service. Miguel is the man, he helped me pick out my next bike - ended up with a BMC Roadmachine 01. Then you have Duane, the fitting master. Dwayne is a great guy and does great fits. I've had to go back a couple of times to tweak a couple of things and he also makes time and explains the process. I really love this store, so much I brought a friend to go see Miguel and Dwayne and he got his first bike, Pinarello Paris. Don't bother going to other stores, just go here and ask for Miguel and make sure you get a fitting with Dwayne.

Like many people, I started riding a bicycle in the quarantine. I went to this store and got a great Trek bike at a great price. Much lower even than on the official Trek website. Now I needed the Rack to transport the bike. I was attended by Miguel and I must say that I am 100% satisfied with his service and attention. This guy takes his job in a very professional way and they explain to you with enough patience which products can be useful depending on your needs. Miguel recommended a Rack Kuat Sherpa 2.0 to me, which was perfect in my truck. He also told me about the maintenance of the bicycle, about the things necessary to go out and ride safely. And I got a better price than the one found on Amazon. This store is by far the best in Miami.

The worst ever experience I had with a business in the US since I moved here in 2004. Bad service at all. They played with my time and my patience. On October 15th I made and order on line for a TREK Marlin 6 color blue, in their website said they have available and I choose the store (Midtown) where the bike would be pickup, I made the payment and got the confirmation everything went thru. I Asked via email if I can sent somebody to pick up the bicycle. I got a replied from Anais, saying they would help me with that. I always track the transactions on the bank and I saw that specific transaction for the bicycle was disappear. Then I called the bank and and ask why the transaction did not went thru. They told me maybe the store void the transaction. Then I called the branch at Aventura that is the one from I got the email ; and they told me Anais who is the daughter of the owner will contact me, and she will help me with all my questions, because she is the person handled online purchases. She never contacted me to give me a reason of the cancellation. So on Saturday Oct 17th I made another purchased same bicycle and check first if they have it in stock. So I called the branch in Midtown and their answer was yes, and one of the staff told me to sent a copy of the email to them so they can reserve the bike for me. So I did same process. Tuesday I found out order was cancel same thing Anais will contact you etc. I called again the branch at Midtown and asked if they still have it so a friend can stop by to purchased the bike for me, their answer was" ....no, bicycles will be arrived next year". On Tuesday 20th I sent a friend to stop by at the branch at Pembroke and surprise surprise , yes!!!!, they have it in stock the bicycle. Midtown branch never offered to check for me if they have it in their other branches. Anyway we paid the bicycle and told them we will pick it up on Thursday 22nd So Yesterday my friend went to pick up the bike for me and they do not have it ready. After many calls today Friday 23rd and a lot of headaches finally my friend picked up the bike for me. I never going to recommend anybody to go to this stores. All of them are the worst bicycle store in Florida. The worst and more awful experience.

excellent place to buy your bike. A lot of variety to choose from, staff and Owner were Extremely helpful, I was indecisive yesterday what size mountain bike would fit me best, after a few hours of their staff explaining all details and I was able to make the correct decision, I definitely Will be doing business with this store again, I highly recommend them.

Great service and overall experience. Buying a joke during this pandemic has been challenging due to ling delivering times and shortage of components. Jesus and Guido were able to provide great advice and service to get the bike I wanted in very good time considering the current delays in delivery. Yes, you have to wait.. but they manage to reduce waiting time while providing trusted and reliable advice and service. Thank you Jesus! And thanks Guido! Love my new bike Trek Domane SLR!

The store and employees have honestly taken a dive for worse. It used to be my favorite local bike shop, friendly staff, good mechanics, and the owner always available to answer any questions. Recently I ordered one of their bikes online, only to find out days later they did not have it. I was refunded but they made me waste a lot of time. On top of it they were very rude to me when I personally went to the store to find out what was going on with my cancelled order. I will NO longer buy from City Bikes. Shame on them.

A few months ago I got to know the store and was attended by Mr. Marcio, who is also a Cyclist. I spend a lot of time to find out and locate what I was really looking for and he sold me the most fantastic bicycle in the world, of which once you get on you do not want to get off and even less go up to another brand of bicycle. The Cannondale ...

Look no further! Jaime and his entire team at City Bikes are the real deal! The quality of service and the top of the line bike brands they have in store is bar none! It s truly a pleasure to have both service and the bike you love work out so well. You know that you re in good hands with Jaime because he takes great care of you and that then reflects in how his staff executes service as well. There is no dilly-dallying with City Bikes. Like any other store, when you go for the first time they serve you very well, after I buy a bike, I have gone 2 times one for mechanics and another for fit, in none of the 2 opportunities they solved me, they only made excuses and were evasive. I do not recommend this store.

The bike had a delay but team was great and Miguel was on top of it all the time. Best bike store in the area.

I have been in many bike shops and the mechanics of this bike shop are excellent. I always had problems with my Campagnolo shifting and I have been in many bikes shop looking for someone to fix the problem. City Bikes with their Campagnolo certified mechanics have done a great job on my bike, I feel a big difference in my ride. The owner has done a great job in selecting good products and selecting good employees.

Love this place. Bought a few bikes and regularly have maintenance there.

Bike City recently helped me get dialed in with a 2019 Trek I had been drooling over. Adam C was extremely helpful and professional in ensuring I understood everything I needed to and helped guide me through the whole process as a first time buyer of a new bike. Definitely one of my favorite shops here in Florida. Great selection of products, good prices, and excelente service with anything you may need. I have been there a few times: bike fitting, tune up, gear, and even for nutrition. The guys are welcoming and nice, 100% recommended.

Can say enough good things about them. Level of personal attention, giving that they extremely busy, is unparalleled. I have been mostly dealing with David and he'd been on top of things all the time providing best customer service I have ever encountered.

For the last couple of month David recommended me to do a personal bike fitting but I was always reluctant to do it because I thought it was a little expansive and I would rather spend this money on the new toy for a bike. Finally I gave in and had a personal session with Alberto. I never realized how much time and detail goes in to it and how much difference that makes. After 2 hours of measuring , video recording and adjusting I got my personal measurements and recommendations that were later transferred to my C60. That same day I took my bike for ride and WOW, I never felt so comfortable and powerful on it. I was completely blown away and wish I had done it sooner.
If you a serious rider I would strongly recommend to talk to Alberto and get it done. !!!

I went with my unarmed bike and tremendous equipment ... work ... !!! 100% guaranteed you must talk to GUIDO ... he is a crack, the truth is that I was very satisfied although they left me owing a little but that is manageable ... !! I want to make it clear that the service is tremendously good, there is everything for everyone, Wow, I entered the store and it seemed like a child in a toy store, I am very happy with my new bike. Awesome bike shop with a great selection of high end road bikes and excellent service. I visited from out of town recently and needed to rent a road bike for a group ride on a Saturday. They were out of stock in bikes in my size but unboxed a brand new bike for me to rent for the day. Excellent service I highly recommend.

Had a great experience..Adam Cohen was huge help getting my bike ready for an upcoming moutain bike race.. I live a bit away and it's worth the drive .. I'm actually looking to go back before my next moutain bike race again.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND City Bikes ..

Purchased a new bike from Marcio and had the opportunity to work with Dwayne on a bike fit using Precision Fit. Not only his experience, willingness to help and patience answering all my questions made a big change on my position to increase comfort without sacrificing power. After a few rides, came back to minor adjustments and hear his feedback. Very happy with the bike and the fit. Everyone at City Bikes know what they are talking about because they have been riding for a while. Thanks again City Bikes!

I understand that this is a business but they want to get the most of you like sharks and service is awful or not worth the money.
I have a $500 dollar bicycle< i ask the sales representative if there is something to improve he told me to buy a new one

Very good assortment but the attention was not very friendly. They ran us out because it was closing time. Added to this, a helmet that we liked had a price that did not correspond to it, so we had to retract from buying it.

Fair prices in the service department and no one tried to trick me into buying anything I didn t need for the bike that was being repaired. Thankyou for the honest service guys!

Came in to buy a used mountain bike..they were 4 salesmen in the store n two other customers. Waited 15 minutes to get served. someone came in after I did n they took care of them right away. From what I gathered, if you re not looking to buy an expensive bike they are not looking to take care of you. Plus I didn t speak Spanish so there you go.

I was looking for my new road bike and I went to several places until I found the right place and of course the right sales guy, so Miguel was the winner for that title he took the time to explain everything with the new bike, gave me the right prices for it. I can t thank you guys enough for the process, it was so easy for me.

Recently bought my first road bike over there and did the precise fitting, great experience!!! Everyone was very supportive! Saul and Marcio from the sales team during the process of buying the bike and acessories, Guido (store manager) who helped me to get a good deal and Dwane who was AWSOME on the fitting process! This place is terrible. I came to the shop with a flat tire . They changed it for a new one and next day I had it flat again . They make me pay for it and telling me that was me and I didnt use the bike . I make sure that won't come back and never recommend anyone to get robbed like me.

Wanted to charge me over $80 just to check my bike and clean up the chains.

Went to another store in Hollywood (on the 1) instead and they only charged $5 bucks, no appointment needed.

The Nicest Shop I Have Been In. Friendly and Extremely knowledgeable. I was down here for a while now and was in the market for a new bike. I walked into the store and started looking around. After speaking to David "He is the man" he showed me a couple deals they had. I didn't know what I liked more. We ended up custom building me a bike from scratch. I picked up a Felt F1 With Zipp 404's NSW'S Sram Etap And Carbon Bar and Stem From Zipp. He also helped my wife pick out some accessories for my son. We bought a helmet and pump for my kids bike. He was extremely patient and helpful. The mechanics area top notch. When I came back for my first service they walked me through everything that I should look at for. I will be coming back in to buy some more gear and probably a new bike for my little guy. Check this place out it's worth the visit.

Bad overall experience. As soon as the tech learned that I didn t speak Spanish. He started trying to sell me things that I don t need. I called ahead of time to get pricing and he gave me completely different pricing. What a scam!
