Our friends have bought over 4 bikes in the past 6 months from city bikes. But Bad Customer Service. Someone please teach him to put up a smile!!The sales person did not respond to our questions, was very hesitant and acted like we would steal the bikes when we wanted to test ride them. He did not show us the models even though the bikes were on the rack. In short will never go to this shop again. I prefer the fusion-pro bike shop(we had bought 3 bikes earlier). Friendly decent discounts and they offered 2 complimentary maintenance. They greet us with a smile each time we go there for maintenance.
