Horrible customer service, I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and another 10 min before I decided enough was enough.

It was super busy, I first felt I was lost in the midst of the people but finally made contact with a salesperson and then it was super quick, found the bike, paid, and done deal. Asked if I needed accessories, and I said I would leave that for the ownwr of the gift bike. All in all good place... Gave it 4 stars only because it did take a little while to get noticed as a browsing customer.

I m super happy with this store. Nice people, very good and excellent service specially a guy called Miguel. I went for a fitting without knowing the person who did it and left happy with the result. If you ever need a fitting go and ask for Dwayne he is dedicated and he knows a lot. Not only about bikes but also about tips to avoid injuries.

Recently got my new bike at our local store in #aventura. This people is characterized by great customer service ,knowledge and professionalism. If you are cyclist , triathlete or MBiker this is the place to go. Also doing your fitting is a game changer Dywane knows the stuff. The improvement in your performance and enjoyment in every ride is guaranteed....

Was there yesterday with my wife looking to by Trek for her...walked in and there must have been 10 employees...not one came up to us to ask what we need it or how to help us, not one of them did so. We walk the whole store and still no help from anyone on the contrary like we were not there at all. Very disappointed and needless to say loosing business...we went this morning to another Trek dealer and we both got new Trek bikes since ours were stolen Monday...our new bikes will be in this Friday coming up...my bill was $3,800 for both bikes and some accessories...YOU'RE MISSING OUT AND LOOSING MONEY...your employees need to be trained better.

All the guys over at City bikes are great. Miguel and the crew were extremely helpful. The passion, the knowledge was off the hook, I'm returning to the sport after a lot of years away and they were all very nice, unlike a couple of stores that I've been to, they are completely understanding and patient with someone who is starting from square one.

If you're looking to get back into the sport or are just looking for a good local bike shop, you can't go wrong with City Bike.

This bike shop is awesome! Bought a bike (Cannondal Hi-Mod Evo Team) from Anais and the customer service support from start to finish was second to none. She was personal and available anytime for me to ask her questions from bike order to arrival to post purchase customer support. Although I do not live in the Florida, I would go out of my way to buy a bike from her again!!! Your not just buying a bike you are buying a headache free purchase. She also went out of her way to call a bike shop in Atlanta for me to get a issue resolved.

City Bike has to be the best bike shop in the South Florida area. The staff is extremely helpful. I can't recommend this place enough.

I've never purchased a bike in my life before and after this quarantine started I decided to buy one but wasnt sure what route to take. I called City Bikes Aventura and Saul answered. He helped me find the perfect bike for me after patiently listening what I wanted to do with it. I didnt know there was so many details about a bike until Saul clearly explained everything. City Bikes Aventura is lucky to have someone with the knowledge and the great customer service like Saul. If you need a bike definitely go see him. I'm very happy with my new Trek Marlin 6. If you need to buy the parts for your bike ( tire,pedals, chain, etc) don't waste your time because 4 out 4 items were not available although listed as IN-STORE on there website for the Aventura location.

Great store. Called the store about a bike and Omari was very helpful in finding it in the warehouse. Got it delivered a week later and the fitting was very thorough. All around, it was a great experience. Couldn t recommend this store more.

Went in for a simple question, came out with a brand new x caliber 9. Upgraded from a entry level Marlin. Initially Miguel helped me out. From the start he was extremely attentive, patient, and nothing but professional. I asked him a question on a specific model and introduced me to Saul after he humbly admitted he knew more about treks in general. Saul was extremely busy, but i was impressed on his professional service as he multi-tasked between clients. I verbalized all my questions and concerns to Saul. He is extremely knowledgeable in the sport and heavily experience with treks. I asked him every question under the sun, he was patient, honest, and completely transparent with me. Both Miguel and Saul are 2 reliable businessmen who will treat you like family. Thank you guys for my experience, i will be a life long customer. 100% highly Recommend.

After 35 years away from bike riding the experience of purchasing the correct equipment compared with the multitude of information and misinformation available online was overwhelming.

I reviewed endless sites, manufacturers, reviews, videos and bike forums, In the end, I consider myself fortunate to have found Anais with City Bikes in Aventura who had the patience to deal with my multiple emails and helped me narrow down my choices.

The great thing was that Anais didn t focus on selling me expensive bikes but those that were realistic for my age and specific body measurements. In contrast, without her I would have listened to what my mind wanted rather than what my body would ultimately have to endure.

Just bought my Pinarello dogma F-10 , nice machine! Great crew at the store , everybody has their speciality and good knowledge. Just did a good bike fitting with Dwayne who know very well his job . I recommend the store for any budget .

I rent a high-end road bike a couple of times a year when I vacation or have a business event in Miami/Aventura area. Each time for the past 3-4 years, I have had a great experience with the team at City Bikes. For example, the team remembered (correctly) what size bike I rented previously even though I incorrectly filled out the rental form. The road bikes are well composed with top-tier, durable components. The bikes I have rented do not leave me feeling like I had to compromise on performance or comfort versus my bespoke road bike. I log between 30-60 miles per day for 3-7 day trip. I recommend just calling the store a few days before you need the bike and they will set you up to be satisfied. All-in (bike, components, service, availability on short notice and price) points to a pretty good value as well. The team has earned my loyalty for sure.

Worst customer service ever!! I've been trying to get a hold on David about a claim for a warranty and he's never there. He's always at lunch at almost 5pm!!! and the manager doesn't even care about it. Only nice when they want to sell!! Its a shame!!!

I had the bike purchase experience of a lifetime today (7/2/20) at City Bikes Aventura. Shout out to Miguel for taking such good care of my brother and me with my new (BMC RM 01) bike purchase and our accessories. Because we flew in from Atlanta on a tight timeline, Miguel and his team went overboard to ensure all our needs and questions were handled so we could make our noon return flight on time. We were like kids in a candy store with all the enticing inventory . All we ve talked about since being home is when cane we go back. Everyone there was engaging, personal, and polite. The #2 thing to note behind Miguel and his team s excellent customer service, is their amazing prices. What a fun day! Thank you CB-Aventura.

I purchased a bike at CITYBIKES Aventura this August. With the help of Jaime, Miguel and the crew, they help me select the proper bike for triathlons training. It was an excellent experience. A few days later, I called them for a fitting on the bike.
An appointment was set up with Dwayne. A wonderful gentleman as well as very knowledgeable about bicycles. We spent a few hours with the fitting and telling stories about rides. Turns out we are kind of neighbors.
Anyway. Wonderful serves as well as very professional.

I recommend this place 100000% I ve been coming for 10 years. They truly know what they are doing. They are efficient and thorough.

I wish I could give City bikes a 5-star rating. I wouldn't have doubted 4 or 5 years ago, but these days it has overgrown itselg. Customer service has definitely taken a plunge and sslespeople are clumsy. I placed an order for a bike and days later they called me to inform that it was out of stock. It's not the first time this happens. Therefore, I honestly regret, but I will no longer purchase from City Bikes.

I've been coming to City Bikes for many years, when they were a small local bike shop. As they grew, unfortunately (for customers) that personal treatment they were famous for, seems to be gone. Nothing bad, but the old timers don't feel at home anymore. I guess that happens to every business that expands too fast.

Adam is the man! I met him while I was dining in a restaurant in the Diplomat Resort. We got to talking about bikes. He told me about this bike shop CityBikes that he works at and told me to stop by if I was interested in buying a quality bike. I stopped by to have a tire of a baby carriage fixed 15 minutes before closing time. They gave me a new tire and filled up the other ones. Staff were very professional, very pleasant, courteous and accommodating.
My first and so far only experience and I'm very impressed.

I was shopping for a bike using their website, but I limited my search to what was available in stock in Aventura. I called the store to confirm the availability, but I was told they did not have that specific model on their floor and he will call me back in 10 minutes . The person never returned the call. Same day, I was doing some errands near the Aventura location and decided to check the inventory. I asked for the specific model that showed in stock at that store and right out of the bat the sales person was saying that they did not have it. He painted the a Doomsday picture that you can t get a bike now and needed to wait until the next year. For my surprise, I decided to look what they had on the floor and found the bike myself. I told the salesperson that the website was right and the bike was there. Oh! yes, yes we have it. I asked some questions related to that bike and the salesperson was clueless. All the information he provided me was wrong. Luckily the bike had hydraulic disc brakes and not cable ones, as he pointed out. Also, the bike came with the integrated speed sensor, he said it did not have it, and did not bother to look. I ended up buying the bike they had there, but it was a different color. The person did not bother to check if the other color was available in the warehouse. I should have received the sales commission myself. If you are planning to visit the Aventura store, expect to find lazy sales personnel not willing to help, and clueless about the product.

Replaced my back tube and when I asked to fill up my front tire he insisted it was fine. It was at 25 PSI on the chuck and I had to ride like that home. The whole place gave off unfriendly vibes. It was $7 so there s your 3 stars.
