They changed rear tire on electric scooter before but this time the employee refused to do the front bc it's too time consuming. Really? The employee tells the manager it's not worth his time! Hello don't you charge hourly or for the job difficulty? Sounds more like the employee was too Lazy or Lacking in knowledge to do it bc he claim motor is in front tire. So what? It's still just two screws to pop it out and replace tire! He's not moving or fixing motor. Either way, very unprofessional to not even attempt it. Charge me double the rate as rear tire then just try at least. Don't be afraid to learn something new!
