I'm not a pro nor amature rider I ride long distance at much slower pace then most at first o was kind of intimidated to walk in there with my regular mountain bike after seeing all these pro bikes outside and others walking in with gear on like there just coming from tour da France I was like let me go to Walmart lol seriously since day one it's worth spending the money to learn and pay to get your bike serviced by these guys all customers to them are just as equal no matter who they are one day I'll get to that amateur level.
