Great concept and beautiful, but been here several times, and they seem to have a problem turning the rooms over, and sheets missing or dirty, and towels all wet in drier that is plugged with lint and not working. Then lift lines can be frustrating. Could be organized better. But good snow and lots to do.

Big White was our first real travelling snowboarding trip and did not disappoint.
This place is absolutely HUGE. This is great as it does not feel as close to as busy as Whistler and also accommodates something for everyone. The runs are extremely long which makes you feel like your hardly ever having to grab the lifts and also offer some real gnarly terrain. I personally also love the gigantic freestyle parks they have.
The village is also awesome, plenty of feel-good local places to get some grub and enjoy a cold one with buddies.

Great place to ski. Lots of family fun. However, there have been a few deaths on the hill which make you almost reconsider hopping on that chair lift. Watch out for those pesky Australians m8 they'll bite ya Fingas!

I love Biggie. Lots of terrain, great for newbies and experts to share a day of riding on the same mountain.

Lift lines are short, patrol is a hard-working and dependable crew, and the snow has been killer!

Would love to see one-night accommodations come back. It s always expensive at a ski resort, but a world class ski resort like Big White is very expensive - be prepared!

Lots of powder runs with some groomed runs. It is a big mountain with lots of runs and a few chairs. The only downside is the fog. It can get very foggy and be difficult to see where you are going but is still a great place for skiing and boarding.

We just spent a weekend at BigWhite and we loved the entire experience. Every staff member we came across was friendly and helpful. The lifts are very well maintained and the runs are excellent. We are a family of 5 and our kids loved the different activities, restaurants and fun runs like Ogopogo.

Had such a good time here. The staff were all friendly and the automatic gates worked well. The snow was amazing and the terrain was great. I will be returning for sure. They have lots of stuff to offer besides skiing. Ice climbing, ice skating, tubing etc. Fire pits with beers.

Weather has been quite warm so a bunch of snow melted, I think there was 2cm new snow for the last week or so. There has definitely been better days. Still a great mountain and I will definitely return.

Best family ski resort in Canada! Village is huge and amazing. So many things to do other than ski and snowboard. the terrain on the hill is great. Everything from nice and easy green runs too some of the best glad skiing in North America. I ve had a seasons pass here for just over 30 years and I am looking forwards to at least another 30 more.

Amazing place to ski with family and friends, there's always somewhere to stay and I highly recommend the New years Eve and Christmas day celebrations. Going early in the season will reward you with nice weather and beautiful and sweet skiing, so, go check out these slopes, I'm sure you'll love this place.
It has a wide variety of stores in the village and support centers and shops.
Getting the best out of your season pass is key, if you're an international or foreigner that comes to visit, make sure to rent skis long term or buy some, the rentals at the village are very expensive each day, so you should get some of your own and save around $350.
Have fun and enjoy the Winter!

It's big white. Awesome place to board or ski. Lots of variety of foods. The snow is perfect, you don't get hurt when you fall like some mountains. One of our go to spots that's not super far away.

The powder is pretty nice and the lineups weren't too bad. However, I showed up in the late afternoon and payed around $80 for my lift ticket. While on the mountain, I heard from other boarders that there was a night skiing special that day for $10. I felt a bit ripped off, having not been informed about this at the window, especially since it was already fairly close to that time of day. If I knew, I would've just got the night skiing pass and killed time, since I had to get my board waxed anyways.

Also, I wished there were more runs open in the night. I didn't know this before coming, but they close off what seemed like 90% of the mountain at 3:30 and kept only a handful of runs open. I felt like I should have been able to see/do more for what I payed.

On the plus side, the freestyle terrain park was open all night, so that was cool.

Beautiful, long runs. The only downside was that the runs weren't labelled well at all, and it can be confusing sometimes determining which way to go...or if there is a flat stretch coming that you'll need speed for etc...

But the weather was beautiful and the snow was fresh!

Love the skiing at this place. So much snow! Automatic ticket scanners at the lifts make the lines move fast. The only downfall - the road to get to the mountain can be quite sketchy after a big snow dump. Plan to travel in the daylight if you are staying in Kelowna.

Skiing conditions are great - dry packed snow. Nicely developed trails (signage could be better) and great grooming. Many things to do including snow shoeing, etc. There are always events to grab your attention and keep you busy. Many restaurants, varied and good, round out the appeal. 1 hour drive from Kelowna, which is 1 hour flight from Vancouver. We much preferred Big White to Whistler. More down to earth and laid back, friendly, and affordable.
