I would give the service department zero stars if ...

I would give the service department zero stars if I could. We called to have recall work done on our truck. We were scheduled for two months out. We took it in on a Saturday at 8:30 as instructed and was told it would be ready around lunch. I guess we should have asked lunch, what day? We called and sent text multiple times starting at 2:00. We finally talked with someone who said it would be ready at 3:45. We showed up, guess what? No truck! My husband asked why - they said they had an unfortunate circumstance and could not get to it. What?? It took the entire shop for this circumstance ? He said it would only be 10 more minutes. We finally got our truck at 4:40.

We will take our truck to another state before we will ever come here again!
When Michael Odom was alive we bought, and had serviced, every Dodge vehicle we owned. He was an honest man who made sure that you were satisfied. When he died this place turned into a dump. Michael would be ashamed of what his business has become. The service advisors are simply liars, there is no other way to say it. They lied to us multiple times in one day.

We are contacting Chrysler to file a complaint!
