I contacted Stuart at Big Apple Solutions and was pleased to speak to a very knowledgeable person who spoke to me in "non jargon" language. Stuart was carrying out an appointment local to my home, so very kindly offered to collect my machine. The work was completed very promptly and Stuart also provided a very good back up service with some software issues I had. Very pleased with the service provided."

I was at a loss when my IMac - after seven years of heavy use - suddenly stopped working and was obviously in need of some serious attention. Stuart of Big Apple soon diagnosed the problem and a new hard drive was fitted. Using the Time Machine facility he quickly restored all my data and even brought the machine back to my home. The total cost was much less than I had feared. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, and it is most reassuring to know that their expertise is to hand should I need it again. A very quick efficient friendly service, I now have a Mac Book Pro that is 6 years old working like it was brought yesterday. Prices was very very good too.

I had a faulty MacBook so I contacted Big Apple Solutions and was talked through my options on how it could be fixed. After asking if my laptop could be sped up they recommended that I have a solid state hard drive (SSD) installed which would increase the speed dramatically. My laptop was collected the next morning and then I collected it 3 days later all fixed. Through out the process I was updated with pricing options as well as the time it would take. My MacBook is now faster than ever and I'm really pleased with the service I received from Stuart. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

I had a hard disk failure on my 2009 iMac. I contacted several organisations and Big Apple Solutions were the most responsive and by far the most cost-effective. My iMac was collected from my home, repaired by Stuart and ready for collection the next day. I recommend Big Apple Solutions to anyone with iMac problems.

Definitely 5* service from Stuart - I first contacted him when he was on holiday and left my phone number - he rang back, even though he was on holiday and said he would call when he got back.

He DID call - something quite rare these days - he sent a quote, which I accepted and within 2 days had collected my Macbook, fitted the SSD and then delivered it back to me - all within 7 hours.

I call that EXCELLENT service and would highly recommend him. In these days, when we are so quick to criticise and not half quick enough to praise, Stuart deserves a GOLD STAR.

I would add that I sent him a text asking a question about my Macbook and he answered immediately and said that I was welcome to either text or email with any further queries.

Great service from Erin and the team. I had a MacBook Air repaired, which Apple themselves were unable to fix due to the model being classed as 'vintage'. Service was friendly, prompt and professional.

Stuart fixed my mac quickly and managed to recover all the data and replace the broken hard drive, he was very helpful and helped me reinstall programs afterwards. Easily the best Mac repair i've ever had. definitely would recommend. Thanks so much Stuart!!!.

Excellent service these guys managed to get my Apple Mac pro fixed under the 5 year EU legislation . No data loss etc. I would recommend to use !

An excellent service and definitely worth recomending to anyone needing a hand with Apple products. The service was not only fast, professional and at a good price but I was also offered a local delivery, hence my laptop was back with me within 24 hours and I didn't even need to leave the house. Definitely a positive experience and a care just by Apple standards.

A most disorganised company and the worst service.
My computer was left with an unsupervised apprentice and the diagnostic work was outsourced to a company that I did not know.
My computer was returned to me with all my settings changed.
When I disputed the service I was informed that the owners/technician had been on holiday.
The Apple Store is the only place that I would take my valuable computer.

Great Guy to deal with, would recommend, repaired our Mac the very next day.
