There is nothing good about this place.
I bought a house from O'conner it was a huge rat race from day 1.
Not only did I get a house I was lied to.
I got stuck with a whole lot of trash from the renters that patty said she would take care of she did nothing but tell me 3 weeks later that its is my responsibility to take care of it.
Go some place else.
Dont go to Frank at
Realty executives home towne.
He is a pos also.
I do not recommend eather place at all.

What should have been a short process actually ended up taking almost two months, but not on O'Connor's end. It ended up being on the loaner's end. Thanks to O'Connor Realty, they were able to keep things on track and help expedite the process of what should have been half this time. I appreciate their endless support and always checking in, as well as them helping keep the process moving. I would highly recommend working with this company, especially if you're a first time home buyer. They're very nice and professional.

I ve been in the title business for years and have closed many transactions with O Connor Realty. They are a top notch group.

I set up an appointment with one agent, I believe Amy. I got there and she never showed up so I ended up meeting with Jon. He was nice and gave me a list of properties and said Amy would be in touch. She never followed up. A week later I called Jon back with some questions and he said Amy would again be in touch. She never called me back so I went on searching for a new home on my own and found one with a great agent from Coldwell Banker. Maybe it's because I am a single mom or maybe it's the fact that I was a vet and only wanted a va loan, but I'm glad I found an agent elsewhere who keeps me informed and cares.

THANK YOU AMY. IT HAS BEEN A BUMPY ROAD. I'M NOT SURE I COULD HAVE MADE IT TO THE END WITHOUT YOU.
