I contacted Stuart at Big Apple Solutions and was pleased to speak to a very knowledgeable person who spoke to me in "non jargon" language. Stuart was carrying out an appointment local to my home, so very kindly offered to collect my machine. The work was completed very promptly and Stuart also provided a very good back up service with some software issues I had. Very pleased with the service provided."
