I had a hard disk failure on my 2009 iMac. I contacted several organisations and Big Apple Solutions were the most responsive and by far the most cost-effective. My iMac was collected from my home, repaired by Stuart and ready for collection the next day. I recommend Big Apple Solutions to anyone with iMac problems.
