I had a faulty MacBook so I contacted Big Apple Solutions and was talked through my options on how it could be fixed. After asking if my laptop could be sped up they recommended that I have a solid state hard drive (SSD) installed which would increase the speed dramatically. My laptop was collected the next morning and then I collected it 3 days later all fixed. Through out the process I was updated with pricing options as well as the time it would take. My MacBook is now faster than ever and I'm really pleased with the service I received from Stuart. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!
