Friendly and helpful staff, excellent fruit and vegetables

Disappointed meats only free range and not organic no gluten free section and not sure if veg are organic or not ?

Disappointed with coffee shop. Choice of 4 tired looking cakes. I do not like to have the staff sweeping up around me while i'm having my coffee, why not close off the one room??

Always have friendly staff, knowledgeable butchers and the cafe staff are great too.a great selection of fresh vegetables, deli counter and gift and garden items.

A really great farm shop with a really good selection of produce and very reasonably priced too! The cafe is also really nice with a good selection of cakes including some gluten free options.

Strawberries are delicious also expensive but its a nice place to take the kids and the strawberries are really fresh. They also sell other fruit and vegetables.

Superb value for amazingly fresh produce. Quality of the meat here is second to none and all prepared while you wait. Great range of products aside from the usual farm shop food and would highly recommend a visit

Love visits to Malt Kiln Farm Shop. So much fresh produce available. Great quality at a fair price. The cafe Rebecca's Kitchen is very well set up to deal with the current regulations and feels safe. The food is tasty and fresh and service outstanding.

Lovely outdoor fruit picking @malt kiln farm. Spent a few hours picking strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and broadbeans. They have a picnic area where you can chill after walking around picking fruit. A very nice way to spend time outdoors in a socially distanced environment. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely selection of fresh vegetables, also deli, meat counter and frozen foods. Locally produced flour, fancy pasta, plants and quirky gifts etc. Also a cafe, but didn't stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. A farm shop with soul. Loved it xXx

Slightly confused visit today, whilst I appreciate the sense of social distancing there didn't seem to be any logic inside the shop, people walking in all directions, stressed workers behind the counter, and I get the point of leaving a 2 metre gap between the person serving and me, but to then hand me the small receipt... what was the point in that, I knew what I had bought and didn't need a receipt so why not ask me or was that too much to ask?

Very disappointed in the cafe department as we were there at 3pm ( cafe closes at 5pm) to have tea and cake only to find they only had very little left of one choice of cake left vegan chocolate orange , unfortunately we left .

Farm shop is good, with a wide variety of fresh food/frozen food/alcohol/pet food/plants and gifts.
Masks must be worn when in the shop.

Its been a while since I last visited kiln farm. I was impressed with the layout off the shop and the selection of goods/produce for sale. His prices were good as well.

Well organised for the present situation. PYO is up and running but you maybe required to book. Rebecca's is open.

Been here twice so far! The kids absolutely love coming here, strawberry and raspberry picking. Excellent value for money.

The farm shop has everything you could want, plus PYO.

Excellent range of groceries, plants and garden products.

This is a well stocked farm shop in a newly rebuilt, custom made building. All the vegetables are beautifully fresh and the butchery section is clean and well presented. Prices are competitive but even where they appear high they are worth paying for the excellent quality. Their in-house cafe serves locally produced fare and is very welcoming.

Nice place to visit but eating out at the restaurant can get expensive.

Not the shops fault just the fools who do not know what 2 meters are and space themselves 20 feet from the person in front

Great Farm shop bought some meat to try and pork pie from the deli. Homemade fruity coleslaw and fresh cheese. Best tasting meat I ve had for a long time the T bone steak was divine. I ve now placing my Xmas order as I was so impressed with the quality. Recommended

Easy to get to .. Easy parking, friendly staff lots of local farm produce as well.. I well recommend it..

I have been using this farm shop for years as it's local to myself and sells local produce. Always great quality and the staff have been friendly and helpful

They are rebuilding after a devastating fire. A temporary shop is open and the lovely butchers and cheese counter are both there. They told me that they hope to have the rebuilding finished by Easter 2017

Always a nice experience at the Malt kiln. We visited the cafe and the staff are working really hard to keep customers safe in these difficult times. Highly recommended

I Love this farm shop. It has everything you can imagine. The meat counter is lovely and they have a great selection of veg. Also a good selection of cheeses.

I love to visit to the Malt Kiln Farm shop and pick your own. It s nice place to visit field. You can pick your own seasonal fruits and vegetables. There is friendly staffs. We can get fresh meat , plants, grocery shopping, also have nice coffee shop with plenty of outside seating area. Mostly kids they can enjoy at Malt Kiln Farm Shop.

Brilliant Farm shop, Bakers and Butchers. Homemade sausage rolls are better than any other I have tasted. Bought hot, I defy you to actually get them home!

Visited the cafe during a bike ride, great covid safe setup and great food as always

We shop at Malt Kiln regularly. The produce is fresh, all meats are tender. The various other counters are well stocked with high class products. Last, but definitely not least, the staff are always friendly & efficient. What is not to like about Malt Kiln?!

Absolutely love this place. Amazing food, lovely gift shop and very friendly and helpful staff

It's a great place. Especially having to start back up after the devastating fire! They started back well and planing to be open in the new shop on the 7th July!! I think that it is reasonable that they now charge for the Pick Your Own considering people used to just go in an eat some products then leave this helps to cover that, it isn't expensive and it can be taken off the price of the products that are picked.

Always fab food with a good variety of ingredients prepared on the premises.

A cracking cup of tea in the cafe. Good selection of fruits, veg, meats and frozen food. All a little bit different. Lovely atmosphere too.

Good place to pick up some PYO fruit and veg and then have a look around the garden centre. Has a cafe.

Very clean and tidy,lots of choice of food, gifts ,and plants, also went in Rebecca's kitchen which have a wide range of food and drinks all at reasonable prices, the staff were very friendly and helpful and closely followed Covid guidelines

Superb fresh tasty vegetables, excellent butchery, pies, breads, cheeses, superb; and not forgetting extremely helpful, and pleasant staff. 10/10.

Love this shop, in particlar the range of cheeses. The fruit and veg are top quality and tempting as are the meat products. As well as this there is a nice range of gifts and garden decorations

We always try to shop for our meat and vegetables at the Malt Kiln,as everything is fresh and top quality,the cafe is very good too

Tasty food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are not allowed indoors, but if you speak to a member of staff in the shop they can open a side gate to allow you access to the outdoor seating of the cafe - speak to them to let you leave also.

We have been waiting all summer, what with lockdown etc it's been a real . Excellent to see that you are finally able to open, just in time for strawberry season. We have a wonderful time, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The quality of the fruit is fantastic much better and cheaper than any supermarket. Excellent.
