I was at a loss when my IMac - after seven years of heavy use - suddenly stopped working and was obviously in need of some serious attention. Stuart of Big Apple soon diagnosed the problem and a new hard drive was fitted. Using the Time Machine facility he quickly restored all my data and even brought the machine back to my home. The total cost was much less than I had feared. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, and it is most reassuring to know that their expertise is to hand should I need it again.
