Definitely 5* service from Stuart - I first contacted him when he was on holiday and left my phone number - he rang back, even though he was on holiday and said he would call when he got back.

He DID call - something quite rare these days - he sent a quote, which I accepted and within 2 days had collected my Macbook, fitted the SSD and then delivered it back to me - all within 7 hours.

I call that EXCELLENT service and would highly recommend him. In these days, when we are so quick to criticise and not half quick enough to praise, Stuart deserves a GOLD STAR.

I would add that I sent him a text asking a question about my Macbook and he answered immediately and said that I was welcome to either text or email with any further queries.
