Very good value for a nice, clean, basic room. I like being able to park right next to my ground- level room. But I didn't appreciate the 5.00 a.m. wake-up call-- that I didn't ask for.!!!
We were surprised to receive a hot breakfast ( the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, tater tots, b & g.) Served to you at a table or as a carryout. But, no decaf coffee...really?!! Pool and spa is still open...nice. Free wifi and coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room.

Rooms were kind of run-down, the lightbulbs were missing from all the lamps & the mini frig in two diff rooms did not work! For my troubles, they have me some stupid "reward points" that are the equivalent of $10 off my next stay! Ha! As if.....

Tina at check in gives this hotel all of its 5 stars. She is an amazing person very nice very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. She definitely makes giving 5 stars very easy!!

5 miles from Will Rogers Airport and a straight shot at that, very convenient.
I was in a newly remodeled standard two queen room on the ground floor. I was able to park directly in front of my room and there was never a parking problem.
The rooms are nice with a fridge, microwave and small desk and chair.
The air conditioning worked fine and had a wall mounted thermostat.
The room was generally quiet and the blackout curtains worked fine.
The bathroom was clean with a tub w/shower and all tile. The toilet is in with the tub and the sink area is separate. The water pressure and temperature were always sufficient over my 4 day stay. The TV was a large flat screen. The remote was sheathed in a germ protective sleeve. There was no TV channel listing guide I could find in the room. There was new carpet on the floor of the bedroom area.
There was plenty of restaurants and fast food places all around the hotel and traffic is usually light. Good access to the interstate.
Free buffet breakfast in the mornings. Managers reception with cheap draft beer and finger snacks ( crab cakes and fritters ?) in the lounge in the evening. Did not eat in the restaurant on the property although the menu looked good if you did not want to go out anywhere.
Overall very good value for your money.

AMAZING!!! They were beyond accommodating!! Helped us after a HORRIBLE night. Courteous staff, clean rooms and we had THE BEST night sleep in weeks!! Better than our own beds!!! We only were able to get about 4 hours of sleep but woke up feeling amazing!! Highly highly recommended!!!

We arrived and checked in after making reservations for our one night stay via phone while traveling. Front desk woman who assisted us was professional, courteous and welcoming. She gave clear instructions on how to locate and park for our room. Breakfast was well presented with attentive staff who kept ice water and coffee refills coming. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very close to the airport which was key for me. They welcome pets, lack of which would be a deal-breaker. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and in the pet friendly areas they have pet poop bags it couldn't be less complicated or more pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable .This is a perfect place to stay if you are a pet Traveler.

Disappointed in the buffet service. The food was just as good as always but the waiter was not. Bad attitude, ignored us and obviously annoyed. Room eas okay but might find a new hotel next time

Everytime I need to stay in OKC, I stay here. Awesome hotel that is spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff is always so kind; be it 2am or 2pm, you'll be greeted and welcomed with honest respect and love. I completely recommend this hotel.

This place offered a wonderful weekend getaway! We live in the metro but needed a cool spot to disappear too. The objective, somewhere with a cold pool, (that was a difficult task to find in reading reviews, & none existed) as the heat index was above a hundred degrees. The pool was nice and cool, gets to 5 and 6ft. The hotel has a cool temperatured indoor room/w hot tub that was also very nice. There's a restaurant and bar on site as well. Would have ate at the restaurant for dinner but personnel on 8/10/19 lacked some needed personal customer service skills (idk maybe she was going through something). We left and went to Chili's down the street. In the a.m., there's a large breakfast buffet that's very welcoming. The Manger Wilneka, proved to exhibit exceptional customer service skills, who was very attentive to her guest needs, thank you. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed however was a bit too firm for me. The only suggestion that I have for room 1038, the air conditioning system is very loud, we adjusted but wished it was a bit quieter. The overall visit was excellent, we fulfilled our mission and will be back. Thank you!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. The restaurants were good and the staff are great. The hotel overall is showing some age and in need of and in need of some repairs/upgrades but the housekeeping staff do their job well.

Very nice staff. Layout is different from most BW locations. Very good hot buffet breakfast. Bathrooms are very small and the sink is outside of the bathroom. That's only thing I do not like about the rooms.

Long black hairs on our 2 towels. Gym has no free weights but they have a sign that says they have fitness in a bag, called front desk told no weights. Checked out and asked and was told that yes they do... it would be great if all your staff understood your amenities.

We have stayed at this hotel before and have always been well received and satisfied with the accommodations. The staff are friendly and congenial, the rooms are clean, well kept and the beds are very comfortable for a good night's rest. The restaurant was closed the night we stayed but the lounge area was serving food. Unfortunately, there was only one person who was tending the bar, answering the phone, waiting on tables, and running to the kitchen to collect orders that were ready to serve. This led to long waits. Plus the kitchen was out of some menu items so I had to change my order. If you don't mind sitting at a tiny table in a lounge this would be a fine stop.

Gave a quote for $267 a night for 3 people including passes to Frontier City. Arrived and they wouldn't honor the quote, even said it was an employee but they don't know why she gave that quote. Ended up costing a lot more.

Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the location that this BW provided us! We did learn a valuable lesson, sofa beds are not very comfortable, but I bet ya'all already know that:)
It would be fun to come back after the remodel is finished. Nice Pool!

Best Western calls this a "Hotel". I disagree. It is more like a "Motel". The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft, & lots of hot water with good pressure. The drain in the tub ran very slow. We tried to order room service but they (room service) had already closed down for the night. The ac worked well and the lighting in the room was nice. The reason I refer this to a "Motel" is due to curb side parking and plate glass windows in front of the rooms. For what I paid for the 1 night's room was not worth the $$$. I have paid less $$$ for better rooms and service.

Conference rooms were small. The maids gave us some snacks for breakfast and provided coffee. Signs were confusing and we couldn't find the rim at first. Everything was fine. Not great just fine.

Chezelle at reception did such a phenomenal job and made our stay fun, we felt so welcome and right at home! She answered all of our questions about the hotel and the city! She even had treats for our dog!

Relaxing stay, right off the hiway. Not a cookie cutter hotel.
Tho Best Western, Saddleback Lodge features several authentic local decor touches.
Large Rooms are of a bit older design. Conference facilities make it feel quiet despite being right near airport.

The hotel is really conveniently located for work purposes bit it could do for a bit of an update. The great thing about the hotel is that they offer free breakfast and wifi. OverLl a good place to stay but it's definitely not a top of the line two star hotel.

Don t let the outside fool you with the building being older! I have never left a review before at any hotel that I have stayed at, however I wanted to give this hotel a five star. Room s are very clean, and you can tell they have been remodeled. Pool area is beautiful and very inviting. My husband and I didn t go to the bar or restaurant, however next trip we will.

Compared to other Best Western Plus locations, this one falls a bit short especially when you pay $150 for a suite. The room doors are exposed to outside, so you can't navigate the property or go have breakfast or go down to the spa without first going outside. The room was decent, but covered in fake wood paneling everywhere... like stepping into the 70s, even the mini-fridge door was covered in wood laminate. On breakfast, I very specifically asked Michelle about the classic Best Western waffles. I even "joked" that if they didn't have the waffles it would be a deal-breaker, and was assured all was well in the world of waffles... but when I went down for breakfast (having to bundle up, because you gotta go outside to get down there) there were no waffles or waffle maker and the staff seemed confused at the concept. Also, good luck finding a place to sit down to eat during prime breakfast hours. I would still give it a 4, but the only other thing I asked about was pool & hottub and was told they were both working. The pool is outdoors and freezing, the hottub was under maintenance, and even if they were both working (and the pool was inside) you would have to bundle up (or freeze) to get down to them to start with. Final thought is that I didn't get any bonus for Platinum rewards... every other property gives a free room upgrade and/or gift bag with treats.
