Best Western Saddleback Inn & Suites Review

Breakfast is the best around! The room was very nice. Movie channels are great. The pool and spa are very inviting.

Breakfast was great but asked for a roll away bed and they didn't provide one. Called front desk to get one and the person was clearly annoyed but we eventually got one. Also only had 3 towels after stating we had 4 guests

Clean, very nice rooms. Nice hot tub and sauna. Good breakfast and great staff.

I stayed about 4 days and the room and front desk people where great my only complaint is the breakfast. The biscuits where always hard and not very tasty the gravy needed more sausage and the only three pancakes I got was like card board all 4 days. May I suggest that if you making your own pancake batter that you use a touch more baking powder, baking soda, sugar, a couple of eggs, a little milk and water this will make your pancakes more fluffy and please put more than a dozen out cause some of the other guests don t think anyone else would like any. And please fix the biscuits who wants to eat rock hard biscuits

I think this is a very mediocre Motel with a mediocre restaurant. Attend meetings there every 3 months and it's not the most comfortable of places we have held meetings in the past

Staff is very upbeat and ready to help with anything you need. The blonde shuttle driver is very energetic and engaging in conversation. Place is going through some remodeling to update some of it's features. Restaurant and front halls. Nice place with pool.

Hotel staff incredibly friendly. Had issues twice with the air conditioning. Both times the were quick to respond. Replaced the thermostat and not a problem since!
Breakfast was hot and good.
Renovations the hotel are ongoing but not disruptive during my stay.

Excellent value, in my opinion. Property is always clean and welcoming. Easy check in & out. Breakfast is usually the highlight when we stay here. Road noise may be a little too loud for some in certain parts of the property but not a deal breaker for me. The pool and sauna are a nice bonus at the end of the day.

I had a wonderful time. This place is great for family reunions. There was 2 other reunions including our and everyone was comadated. No one ran over each other. Clean, friendly guests and staff the food was great what else can I say other than I had a great time.

I looked at rooms and air bnbs for 2 months prior. This room has everything. Plus i smoke when i booked room it asked if i could be downstairs by smoking area. They even accommodated my wishes. The pool , hot tub, sauna? Restaurant, and bar are fantastic too. Cant wait till breakfast in the morning.. bed is also great .

The room was clean, breakfast was delicious. The pillows were so comfortable. The foyer was beautiful.

I have stayed several times over the years at this hotel it used to be great but recent stays not so much. My biggest complaint is the customer service at the front desk, have yet to find a room where the AC is working properly, several stays the toilet has ran all night, being a platinum member but yet they do not even attempt to honor any requests for specific location of room. Upon my recent stay there was two of us with two different reservations had asked if possible to stay in side-by-side rooms they were able to accommodate but did not advise us it was a pet friendly room, Upon Our request to have one of the rooms relocated they honored but once again a room with a improperly working AC plus the TV was not working. This particular stay I was charged an additional $50 hold for incidentals previous stays since I was a returning customer had only been $25 when asking the lady at the front desk she had no explanation. The only good thing still going for the hotel is the breakfast buffet other than this I am a very frustrated loyal customer thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

My family and our small dog stayed here on our road trip back home. We were grateful there was a 2 queen beds room available on 30 minutes notice. The room was located on the ground level and we were able to park our car in front of it. The room was clean and very icy cold! We had a difficult time finding how to switch off the a/c from the wall, but it finally worked. Then, we realized why the a/c must have been on -- to drown out the noise of the highway and the TRAIN. Oh my...the moving train sounds was quite the surprise. Our bed lacked support so we woke up with achy bodies. Breakfast the next day was typical of a Best Western -- bacon, sausages, eggs, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, baked goods, etc. Internet works fine. And front desk staff was pleasant and quick. I give it 3 stars as the amenities are there but the train sounds and the saggy mattress are not ideal for a good night's rest.

Great for bikers traveling on I40 heading for a route 66 tour of nostalgia and good times. The rooms are clean and functional with a full breakfast. The front desk staff make checking in and out very easy. A large swim pool that is expertly maintained will chill you out in the summer heat and humidity that is OKC. All in all this is worth it for a stop over on your Oklahoma fantasy vacation.

Room was large, clean, comfortable bed. Great breakfast lots of choices. Nice restaurant and bar if you feel like staying in for the evening.

This was a great stay. Me and three of my family members were on a road trip across the country and dropped in on this hotel w/o a reservation. The manager took charge of our stay and located us good rooms away from the high traffic on route 40. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful breakfast bar. Love the extended vanity/sink area and it is separated from the shower/toilet.

It was a great price and very comfortable . I would defiantly want to stay with this Best Western again. Besides them supporting military very kind service. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, with a nice variety of food.

I've been here five days and this is an excellent place to stay. The service is awesome and the place is spotless.

When in OKC, this BW is now my go to spot. Luxury at a reasonable price. Thought I was in a penthouse suite.

Great place to rest up a bit after a long drive or a quick get a way. The staff is professional, courteous and greets you with a smile. The rooms are roomy and clean each day i would have clean towels and linening (if i asked to have the bedding changed each day). There is a onsite restaurant, pool, hot tub and suna.

cute, affordable place. the wifi didn't work in the room and the restaurant closed early.

To turn away "Diamond Select" customers that pay cash is bad business.

Great breakfast buffet, clean room, helpful staff. Grounds appearance has improved. Although an older hotel, it has updates and is clean. My second stay and it has improved over last year.

Clean and nice,y decorated hotel. I would give five stars if they had a play area for pets. Other than that was perfect for a quick stay while passing through town.

The outside appearance was good. They were remodeling the outside. Inside was clean and updated. The desk was very helpful and fast. The rooms were clean and roomy. The food at the restaurant was good and plentiful. Checkout was fast and easy.

Great experience this is our first time at a Best Western Plus we will always look for a good Best Western Plus Motel.

BW is consistently reliable, clean and comfortable.

Overall I am pleased with the choice to stay here. Very minor things cosmetically that aren't worth complaining about. There were a few things things broken in the fitness center & the tree blossoms seem to clog up the pool filter faster than usual maintenance. Buffet was good & had a nice variety. Staff was fabulous, especially in restaurant. Very quiet & friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

It is a pet friendly hotel, and a yappy dog did keep me up for a little bit. It was a fine hotel, right off the interstate, but I did not feel it was worth the price at all. The bed was comfortable and there was a tasty salsa at breakfast, but it didn't seem to be a well cared for hotel FOR THE PRICE.

Room was clean, but in a bit of disrepair. Staff was friendly. Beds are a bit too hard for my taste. Breakfast is fantastic!

We were very impressed with the hotel. The front desk staff at check in and check out was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were able to park right outside our door, which made it easier to unload and load our bags. It was really nice having a restaurant right there so we didn t have to drive somewhere for dinner or breakfast. The service was great and so was the food. We will definitely stay there next time we are on vacation.

Not a good place to stay. Rooms were not sound proof at all. Can hear people talking in next room. Won't stay again. And I did stay there with my husband who it was under. The last name would be Strasel. Not confusing with another hotel.

In a sea of fast food franchises and big box stores sits this wonderful little gem of a hotel. Built way before it was ringed by eye-sores it is an oasis of pines and a quiet courtyard with a large pool.

The feel is a bit retro which only lends to the charm. Dark cocktail bar which is homey, a decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and easy access to the rooms.

Rooms are nice, and staff are even nicer! Enjoyed the pool with the kids.

Hotel was alright for the price. The water in our hotel room never got hot, it stayed about luke-warm. The fitness center was hard to find, and the lady at the front desk couldn t give us clear direction to it.

Excellent hotel. Outward facing rooms, restaurant and bar by lobby, shuttle service (free within 3 miles, $5 for up to 8 miles, including Bricktown), outdoor pool, high speed internet, rooms are spacious, microwave, fridge, one-cup coffee makers, and TV.

The Best Western Saddleback Inn was a very nice place to stay. Decent price for a very clean room with king size bed. They have a Jacuzzi hot tub, which I didn't use, and a nice hot dry sauna, which I did use. Breakfast buffet was included, and it was great. Also ate dinner at the Arizona Grill next to the lobby. I had the 8 ounce sirloin steak, medium rare. The steak was about 2 inches thick, perfectly cooked, tender, and delicious.

I was stranded here when our pipes burst and our heat and air unit fried. I am so pleased with the staff. I wondered if anyone could even make it to work, but several stayed at the hotel and worked crazy hours to ensure all guests were helped. They weren't just there, they were a joy. We moved to a Holiday Inn after the snow let up to be closer to work, but it was no comparison. Hot breakfast and a bar and clean room and friendly staff. I just can't say how very thankful I am to have had this hotel and staff to help me and my family!!!!

Very clean hotel, great staff, awesome breakfast and fast internet. I would suggest getting an inside room, as the exterier rooms you can hear the Freeway throughout the night
