The bartender couldn't tell us the price of our drinks, took our money came back a few minutes later and told us oh the drinks were $10. Took three calls starting at 9:00 to get sheets for pull out, finally at 10:10 they showed up with them.
Didn t stay the night, just stopped by to try the new Saddle Up Bar & Grill. Food was amazing. The bar/restaurant opens up to the pool area so there is outdoor seating which is nice to have right now. I had the Smoke-Lahoma salad and the Oklahoma Hot Chicken. Both were fantastic. They also have a line of thier own beers for $2. Don t remember what I tried but it was great with my meal. Service was excellent as well.
We came in late at about 2:45 am. The overnight staff, Tom, was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast was really good with a variety of fresh choices. Due to friendly staff and comfy beds, if I'm ever in the area I will certainly be returning.
I went with this hotel because the reviews. Do not use them for a event. They are very unprofessional and will charge you more without letting you know. I have money but it's the principal. I have tried to resolve the situation for weeks they dodged my calls. Nothing was clean and ready when we arrived. Go somewhere better that will charge you up front and not add charges when you leave!
Rate went up when I showed up, after I booked online through the best western website, room is a lacking maintenance, and had bugs. Front desk isn't helpful at all.
Even though they knew a tour bus was coming the restaurant seemed unprepared. Food was good...not enough employees. location ok.. Services good. Room ok except bathroom door would not close.
Great hotel experience! Friendly staff, convenient location, super breakfast buffet! Nicely renovated rooms! Convenient to many restaurants and attractions. Out of downtown congestion, but easy 5 mile drive to downtown attractions. Excellent value for a great price.
If anyone needs a hotel to stay Best Western is the place to stay. We stayed four nights from California to Kansas City n each one was great. Plus they take dogs.
Absolutely worst motel for Best Western Plus. Rude manager named Don Jaeger. Filthy room, and leaky shower and BED BUGS!!!! Then this unprofessional clod has the NERVE to tell one of our guests that they have to leave the dining area with their service animal! I would not believe this if I hadn't witnessed it myself! So corporate was called and apparently these motels are PRIVATELY OWNED!!! So no accountability at all! None whatsoever! I want people to see this dive for what it is and choose to stay at someplace ethical!

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but some random man walked into our hotel room while my husband, son, and I were all in bed asleep. The keys need to be customized to the rooms so incidents like this don t happen.

This was a nice place. An older place but well kept. The room was a suite which meant there was a half wall between the living room and bed room. A nice size space with 2 TVs and a desk which came in super handy since I spent all evening at it. The bathroom was redone and the dressing area was very large. The only note about the room is that the dressing mirror was super low, so at 6'2", to see my head I had to bend very low. The breakfast buffet was a hotel buffet, nothing special although it was included in the room price.
This is an older styled hotel but the beds was great nice and comfy, the shower was nice and had strong water pressure. It was nice because we parked right in front of the hotel room to unpack. The breakfast was delicious!!
The rooms were very nice, as was the service. Its in an excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, architecture was pleasing to the eye, inside and out. Stayed in a suite, clean and lovely when we got in. Key cards are a bit finicky, but work. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food is decent, but expensive. There is a pool and indoor hottub. Plenty of parking space provided.
The breakfast is very nice. The room we were in was nice enough. The only downside was that it was near the south end of the building so there was traffic noise during the night and early in the morning. It has an outdoor pool, though we didn't use it. The small hot tub/spa is enclosed but access is through the outdoors.

Nice place to stay in on our mini vacation through Oklahoma. Great hospitality but we missed having a waffle maker as we usually find in other BW hotels.
We stayed here during the OYE and really enjoyed it. We were able to keep our dog here which was awesome, the beds are comfy, everything was clean, when we needed towels or toilet paper they brought it to our room very quickly, the breakfast selection is very big and tasty, the employees are friendly, the suites are nice. I would recommend staying here.

This was a great experience. I traveled with my pets and everything was set up for them to feel comfortable. As well, the room was presentable and ready to be occupied with extra amenities as needed. The restaurant had great tasty food that will not break your bank. The staff overall, very welcoming.
The cleanliness and service at this hotel is always great. We've stayed here several times and it's always been nice. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The downfall with this hotel being right off the freeway is it draws in crowds and at night people are very loud. I stayed for 5 days and every single night was woken up to people talking as they walked past our room. The windows are paper thin and even just an above average sound can be heard like someone is in your room. With the virus they are doing pre boxed breakfast which is laid out very nicely, but there is 0 selection. In our 5 day stay they served the same box meal of eggs, sausage, grits, and potatoes each day. We ended up having to spend extra money eating out because we grew tired of the same food.
I loved the soap. The food was amazing, and service was noice. Only stayed one night, not sure how good it is for multiple days.
12/31/19 - 1/2/2020 When I made the reservation I specifically asked for a quiet tucked away room for my wife and I s anniversary. The clerk that checked me in saw the request, after I called attention to it. He deliberately changed our room to another location. I thought he was changing us to a quiet room. Our room ended up being right next to the machines for the hot tub that ran until 11pm every night. This location has always had the best breakfast, not any more. The pancakes and biscuits were rock hard, the bacon is paper thin and the gravy is tasteless. I didn t even try the eggs, they looked nasty. This hotels breakfast is now like every other hotels tasteless breakfast. At 9:45am, I guess it s time to get up! The cleaning crew were pushing their carts down the sidewalk for several hours past our room, over and over. Every time their wheels hit a crack in the walkway the carts would make loud horrible sounds. There was no way to sleep once that started.
Unless the old breakfast food is brought back, which I doubt happens, and quiet rubber wheels replace the loud hard plastic wheels on the cleaning carts, so that I can sleep late if I want, there will not be another visit from me or my family. Goodbye Best Western!
Front desk staff was very accommodating and courteous. The hotel was clean and nice. We did have a problem with the cleaning staff needing into our room looking for beer left in the refrigerator. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good but they were slammed and not ready for it. It's an average hotel and served its purpose.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable... exactually as shown on the website. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a hot breakfast each day. I highly recommend the stay.
It was very clean. It contained a bar and restaurant with a walk-in pool in the middle of the property. The rooms surrounded the pool and there were vending machines on each floor. The room was very nice with comfy queen sized beds with heavenly pillows. There was also a 42 inch flatscreen in the room and free wifi service. It was one of the nicer less expensive hotels I have been to.
First room smelled like an ash tray. Second room had a clogged drain and smelled like mildew.

Had a great experience here. Was looking for a nice affordable place to stay on very short notice. Place is going through a nice remodel. Owners and management was great! We will go there next time we're in the area!

The company we are working for unfortunately booked this hotel. In less than 24 hours, we killed 15 roaches. 15! I have photos, as well. If you want to feel like the National Geographic photographer for cockroaches, then this is the place for you. This is the worst best western I have ever been to. - Jordan West Room 2011 - This is absolutely the correct hotel.

Easy check in, helpful front desk employees. One of our rooms had a slight problem and it was quickly addressed. Breakfast was really good with several options.
There isn't anything wrong with this place. We were pleased with everything there was. My only complaint is the blankets on the queen beds weren't big enough for two people. Also, under renovations.

I recommend staying here, it is not expensive to be strategic 10 minutes to OKC airport and many restaurants, especially recommendations on MCD. but when you bring Indomie instantly to OKC

Was not thrilled with my experience. We stayed over Memorial day weekend. I was greeted with rude customer service from the front desk staff member when I checked in. There were black bugs in the room. It was a group trip and one of the other members were greeted with the same rude staff member. One family moved rooms when they sighted bugs. The other family moved twice when discovering the ac didn't work.
This is a very nice facility for the price charged. The room was in good repair and clean. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean. The complimentary breakfast was very well prepared and offered a good variety of items for virtually any taste. Front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.
Had some issues with the service, we got the wrong room and we're missing a bed, but we made it work. The room was lovely and spacious, and I would honestly give 5 stars were it not the issues with service.
Nice Motel, clean and well organized for staying. Restaurant on site and has continental breakfast did not take advantaged of the service since was extremely tired and not feeling good. Had 2 comp tickets to the bar but did not use the tickets so cannot say as to the service or other courtesy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and offered suggestion for the area. Overall a clean and easy access from and to I-40 off Merdian. Moderate priced for stay. Staff overall observed protocols for COVID-19. Will say in staying here staff has been great to help me accommodate for my medical needs by making a go box that I can place in my cooler for eating after medical tests and cups for tea.

It's a nice place. Restaurant,Bar,Pool, Hot tub, spa, and laundry room. The staff are great people. The rooms are clean. My only concern is that the building has issues on the outside, ie. Rust and busted roof eves.
