Attractive price / performance ratio. Rich breakfast buffet. Laundryservice comes on time. Internet works fine. Improvement in German TV channels (currently no available), parking in front of the hotel, entrance portal outdated (should be renewed urgently), check-out sometimes works because of old IT (invoice will be forwarded by e-mail). Noise at night due to climate and water pipes, lift is extremely slow (difficult at a tower hotel).
Not up to its stars and prices, breakfast worthy of a hotel with far fewer stars (4 slices of bread and jam, a few slices of dried ham, missing cutlery, tiny cups for tea), restaurant serving cold meals , arranged and skimpy, beautiful rooms but where there is always something that does not work well (mirrors that do not move, shower full of limestone that prevents water from coming out of all the holes, etc.), staff who are not very competent and friendly only if luck smiles at you and the nice young lady happens to you, otherwise you run into the guy who can only say "you're welcome" while passing the credit card and collecting the keys.

We used the day-house formula for a ride from Bologna. Clean well organized. A flaw the TV was wrong, having stopped for only 3 hours we did not say anything ... We will be back in any case ..
The hotel is great but not the greatest I've ever been to. The food was outstanding, especially the one served at dinner. The staff was very polite and friendly. One elevator was not really working the first day I came, but it got fixed during my stay (2 nights). The parking is ok but I have to complain a little over the uneven surface at the parking area which can be a problem for lower cars (such as mine). Other than that I had quite a pleasant stay.

This time the Best Western chain has not completely satisfied me .... we arrived at our room and the heating was not working ... the time between waiting for the technician, checking, trying to restart and then not solving the problem and in the end deciding to assign another room we lost approx. 3 hours .... it was really an inconvenience for us and for the people with whom we had an appointment ... for the inconvenience caused they only served the tourist tax
Old, unacceptable bar. In the sense that the bar of a hotel has the function of the bar, then if the locals welcome breakfast does not mean that the service is the same breakfast. the rest of the coffee costs 2 , which may be fine as the price (perfect) but must meet a clear counter service. there is disorder, you don't know who to order and where to position yourself to do it and what service is offered. then I have to try the case and to queue to pay somewhere else, ... case was unguarded and seemed closed ....

Excellent solution for those who want to stay near the ring road and highway (exit San Lazzaro) of Bologna. Not far from the center which can be reached by taxi in about 10 minutes or by bus in about 15/20.

Good hotel located in the suburbs of Bologna but very easy to reach by public transport and attacked at the exit of the ring road (soundproofed).

Great view from the upper floors, I recommend the odd numbers to see the sunrise directly (I was in a peer and I saw it reflected on the opposite Esselunga). Very comfortable hotel located near the motorway. The car park is broad and safe. The staff people at the reception are very kind. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast is very good. The prices of the accommodation are fair. The restaurant is too expensive and the quality of the food is quite ordinary.
Parking (front entrance), breakfast (buffet of pastries, cereals, fruit and cold cuts), rooms (we had a quadruple room with two rooms) .. everything perfect! King size mattress for a truly restful sleep, comfortable tub for relaxing with a warm bath .. 18th floor gym overlooking the city! Truly a weekend of relaxation with the children in tow :-)
