I liked the hotel.
Attentive staff, excellent facilities, good location, great breakfast.
I just didn't give 5 stars because the air conditioning is not working in the two rooms we booked.

Convenient parking, friendly staff and great service. The only thing I would change at breakfast is juice, but it is nonsense. We only stayed one night to break the journey. We will certainly still consider it for a future trip.

A well-known hotel. Excellent. Very quiet. Everything works. Automatic conditioning includes oxygen control No need to open a window. Equipped excellent room. 5 star restaurant. Dishes like in France ... there is a mall near.

No complaints. Breakfast is good. ATM you can find inside the big supermarket across the round-about. Bathroom could use some maintenance (silicon sealer ). A lot of dust under the beds, but it was fixed immediately after we called, by a very friendly person.

Nice rooms, but not very clean (there were even the rubbish of the previous customer on the floor). Elevators to wait up to 15 minutes, and in a 16-story hotel this is no small problem. Magnetic key to access the room which in 2 days was demagnetized 5 times, despite the attention to keep it away from electronic equipment.
The restaurant was, however, the worst part both in terms of organization and quality of food. If you have allergies or intolerances, be particularly careful because the staff is neither prepared nor interested.

Beautiful Hotel slightly outside of Bologna. The rooms are really modern, almost futuristic, and the breakfast buffet is very generous!

We were guests only one night, but we found everything impeccable, from the friendly and qualified staff, to the clean and well-furnished rooms and finally the wonderful breakfast (with gluten-free products available)

The meeting room was spacious and well signposted. At the entrance it was not useful to ask where to go because the information on the monitors programmed for the event was found. Toilet a bit tight but functional. Discreet lunch and room on another floor, perhaps a bit undersized for the number of participants.

Hotel located at the edge of a city, but a city center can easily be reached by car or bus. Bus stop is located about 7-8 minutes by walk from a hotel.
We've booked deluxe room, which is located on a 16th floor with a nice view and magnificent sunrises.

The room was clean, but in a need of tiny renovation: see attached photos.
A bad experience was with a blankets: both of them had big yellow stains, so we've asked a reception to change them.
One of interesting details: there is a bath in a bathroom for those who want to relax with a glass of wine.

Breakfasts are quite good. For people, who like cereals, but can't or don't want to use cow milk, is a rice milk available.

Very nice rooms in an environment of true comfort. The maintenance of the same rooms should perhaps be improved by making them even more welcoming and comfortable

In general, the hotel is not bad, with good service, poor breakfasts. But I was disappointed by the fact that I still haven't received the money back to the card, which was debited from my account, ostensibly to guarantee the reservation, and which were supposed to be returned within two weeks, but even after a month this did not happen. They feed me breakfast to all my letters to the hotel and now they do not answer at all. Therefore, the loss of my own funds greatly spoiled my impression of this hotel. I will not stay here again.

We stayed one night and were served very respectfully by the whole team at Tower Hotel. On request we had a room with a beautiful view over Bologna. We will use this great service at the next opportunity. Not only the check-in but also the check-out was very quick and professional. The parking lot was right in front of the hotel and it was included in the price. Conclusion: You can see that the Italians are again giving more time and attention to their guests.

Very nice and comfortable business hotel, staff ready to respond and satisfy every request, large and bright rooms, modern and linear furnishings, excellent wi-fi service, very good also the restaurant in the structure, varied breakfast both sweet and savory, possibility of free use of the gym on the top floor, city view, location not very central but well connected.

I had asked for a quiet and warm room, high floor with a citty view and I was satisfied in everything. in addition I could enjoy an up-grade from standard to delux with free minibar ..... better than that?!?!

Great hotel ... easily accessible from exit 11 bis on the outer ring, restaurant is top..price and quality ok highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, practically a skyscraper on the outskirts of Bologna. More than 17 floors served by three very fast elevators. A garage on the outside, and one on the lower level. To be booked in time because during the events it is always complete. The staff is professional, kind, available to give all the information. The hotel is also equipped with a restaurant, very good. The rooms are large, spotless, and the bathrooms are 100% well organized with a large shower. 100% recommended.

Strategic place to build in the center or in other cities. The sober style and refurbished from the 80s. Very bad lift and the food is surprisingly good especially if it relates to the fact that it is a hotel. The rooms are nice and the mattress is good. Conditioned air as always, it dries your throat. They offer you the bottle of water, and they are a bit fussy about the restaurant bar.

By attending a meeting, this hotel gave me the feeling of a well-maintained and well-kept place with video projection systems in step with time (hdmi, display port). Each room is equipped with a thermostat. In the common room, however, he was offered coffee, tea, etc. A note of demerit is the restaurant that (at least that lunch) did not satisfy any of the participants.

Very chic and aesthetically beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and affordable prices (paid 184 two nights for two people excluding breakfast) and they gave us the junior suite (wonderful !!!!)

Great location ... strategically perfect, great parking, great breakfast, delicious at the reception .. But room not quite at the height .. Carpet not clean and stained. Bathtub with dirty shower. Non-functioning bathroom vacuum cleaner. Very noisy conditioner as if it were raining (splashes of water). Bedside tables not cleaned ... and to finish from the sill the corridor light came in, so the room was lit up. To all this I enclose related photos (some). Almost certainly ... My wife and I, we were unlucky to have been assigned this room, because reading the numerous comments cleanliness is a strong point. Good work anyway.

Convenient to the main arteries, although for the arrival you have to be careful not to take the Tangenziale again, an 18-story structure that has several meeting rooms, pleasant rooms, a restaurant with excellent staff.

Comfortable hotel, ample parking even underground, efficient staff, comfortable rooms, immersed in the greenery of the park, it has an internal restaurant, but nearby there are excellent local restaurants. In front of the Esselunga supermarket. For the bus center 14.

I stayed at this hotel one night and not only did I get the chance to get a discount having the Best Western Reward, but I was also upgraded for free !!! Esser on the 15th floor with a large window showed me a very particular Bologna from above. :)

Excellent hotel, only the location is far for those who do not have their own driving. \ the place is quiet and safe, with options of restaurants and pizzerias very close.

For anyone going to a fair at Fico, it will be great. The hotel is just minutes away.

I have been a guest several times, but only on the occasion of corporate training courses. The kitchen is very good, the structure provides excellent premises and the staff is very competent and helpful.
