Sometimes the stars can confuse or deceive, but from my experience I have found an elegant, clean and functional Hotel.
Accepted with the utmost kindness and education by the staff, I didn't have lunch but I made a rich and abundant breakfast having a vast and quality choice.
Although my stay was short, it was enough to understand that in the future I will often run to the hotels of B.W.P.
Really gorgeous hotel! We had a great time: impeccable cleaning, wonderful breakfast, gym with panoramic views. Very appreciated gift in the room: we found a wide choice of herbal teas with a kettle for a moment of relaxation!
Best Western Plus Tower Hotel Bologna - I often go to this hotel for work reasons, even though I have never stayed there. For completely accidental and random reasons, I had to make a small claim against the hotel and to compare this with their Resident Manager. I was thus able to appreciate an incomparable and totally satisfactory level of attention and collaboration towards me, which make me consider the level of Service of this hotel to be at the highest level of Quality. Place to be avoided carefully. First thing: it is not mapped on navigators. I shot 25-minute drive before you figure out where to go. Obviously no one on the phone I had mentioned it. Once in the room the toilet flushing did not keep on pouring water, the air conditioning system made an absurd noise even when switched off (!!!). Between the railway passing a palm and the noise of the cars along the paths, do not sleep. Don't go there for any reason.

To be a 4 star + is not at all satisfactory. It is an 18-story tower with only two very slow elevators. It took forever to get to the room on the 14th (lots of people, small elevator and only two). In the room the carpet was dirty, there was a huge stain, clean so much to sbiadirne colors (horror movie), dirty reception at 7 am and the restaurant which is another company, so you could not report to the room account . Positive note the bathroom with a very large bathtub and a large and comfortable shower head.
Overall a good structure. Normal restaurant, fast service. Excellent continental breakfast.
To improve the soundproofing of the rooms, in my room it seemed to share the bathroom with the neighbors .... and noise from aspirators and running water all night long .... sin.

A few minutes from the center, it has ample free parking, friendly staff, large and above all clean rooms (it is not obvious that they are), a very good breakfast, both sweet and savory. It will be the reference structure for my trips to Bologna.

This is my fifth visit in Bologna for my business.. And first time stay at best Western Plus towers..
Room are good.. But they are getting old
Lots of maintenance is pending
Plumbing work is not great.
Toilet seats are work off.
Tub Faust has lots of salt deposited.
Breakfast had good spread.
But dinner was the worst ever.
There are no choice of vegetarian food.
Pasta were just too cold.
Staff was not happy to serve our to listen our needs too.
Had asked for a simple Philadelphia cheese ( which is always seen on breakfast table) to make extra thick potato wedges more eatable.
But there was a simple answer...NO..why... Can't understand.
Front desk staff is really good and the best thing this hotel has.. ( one star for them)

I personally organized an event at this facility. I am excited about the Mice Coordinator Ilaria and Valentina with whom we have created this event from scratch. It turned out exactly as I expected it !! The structure is noteworthy for various reasons including the different rooms offered, the furnishing, the level of service offered, the exceptional staff, the piano bar and the restaurant, the proximity to the ring road and the parking available. It remains for me to recommend this structure to those who intend to organize an event with an excellent result.

The location is good as it is really close to the highway and it 5 minutes far from the city centre . The area is pretty well serviced as there's a big supermarket close by. The conference room was pretty big and there is more than one. The staff is kind and very friendly. I didn't stay overnight but none of my friends who stayed complained about the rooms or the services so i assume they are good.

A good Hotel to stay on the outskirts of the city of Bologna. Located next to the city's ring road and with quick and easy access to the main roads to access both Florence and Venice. Imola or San Marino or Modena and Maranello.

Very spacious room with King size bed, 40-inch TV and coffee maker with infusions. To highlight the detail of two free bottles of water (with gas and without gas) per day in the fridge. Perfectly equipped bathroom .. In addition, the hotel facilities have been remodeled.

I went to this hotel for a seminar so I didn't sleep but I was only a few hours. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and elegant but I must point out a fact that I think brings a lot of discomfort to both those who work and customers. During the break we went (we were about thirty) to have a coffee, there was only one girl who had to take the orders and stand at the cash desk, release the receipt and serve. The girl, to whom all my sympathy goes (I would have made her panic in her place) first made all the receipts at the cash desk, then went behind the counter and served all the customers. Obviously we all waited patiently for our turn but it took longer than expected since the girl couldn't do miracles. Furthermore, the coffee machine was not in the bar but behind a door .... For such a hotel I think this is a bit unusual.

AWFUL! I will avoid staying there again - The room has not been cleaned (I had placed the sign "do not disturb" from 13:30 to 14:30 .. so for an hour, skip the full service?). The restaurant is OK but the breakfast jams are really bad. Service in the restaurant and bar poor, as staff not present at the tables. To ask for water or a new order, it was always necessary to get up from the table.
Finally, on other occasions, I have forgotten things in the room, but I have never been asked to pay for the shipment of a package! after paying 180 euros for two nights for the service received (in particular the room never cleaned), I think the request is really out of place.

Very nice, I've been there long ago and there were no elevator problems. In all there are 3 that on 18 floors if you have a problem become an ordeal for customers. Today I saw them renewed: a few seconds to get to the 15th floor. Very spacious and very nice room.

Our stay lasted only one night (we were in Bologna for a concert), but the hotel immediately won us over. Very large double bed, clean and comfortable room, as well as the bathroom. Very friendly and kind staff, especially Eros who welcomed us at the reception.
