Very close to the ring road exit but not noisy. Ample parking and good breakfast. A little off-center from the center of Bologna. The welcome, although kind, is a bit cold.

Stayed only for one night in a king w/ single room. The single cot was setup in the living room area and wasn't very comfortable but the actual bed was. There did appear to be black mold in the corner of the tub which was off putting but was fairly small and isolated to the corner. Service was alright though really only interacted with them at check in and out. The breakfast had a nice selection. Really liked the pastries and ricotta cheese. So other than the bit of mold, and lumpy cot I was happy with the place.

In November I was a guest for the second time .. This time for personal reasons .. The carpet in the rooms is not very clean .. The staff is always kind but ... The big flaw is the elevator .. You can lose even 15 minutes to go and get back to your plan

Really great. Spacious clean bright. A few minutes from the center. Friendly and attentive helpful staff. They welcomed us with a mega plate of fresh fruit in the room and, if you arrived earlier, also an aperitif. I had already been to the one in Genoa so I chose it again and I did well. On the 16th floor with a breathtaking view of Bologna. In short, congratulations for everything. Good job.

What to do when the hours of breakfast in the hotels do not fit into your travel schedule ??:
The hotel grounds offer a service where you are prepared in advance of supplies small bags that you can grab and take with you, which is a nice gesture.
The room has a large TV from 1 meter which is very nice when you have a baby and enjoying herself with her PS4.
The wifi is exceptional.
The mirrors in the room give you the feeling of being in a building and making your stay as a regent.
