Exceptional location out of the highway, so very convenient, the parking spaces are few, you can also park on the street wanting. Very nice inside.

From a 4-star one would expect much more. It can pass the construction site before the entrance but the dirty state of the hall floor does not make a good impression. Cards everywhere indicate that there is no constant cure. An elevator is out of order. You can use the freight elevator which in addition to being dirty has lights that partly do not work and walls that are crawled and broken in in some places. The other lift however is not reduced any better. Access to the room is from a corridor with a strong smell of cigarettes. Carpet and walls now denoted the need for freshening up. Dirty in some places the first. The latter patched up in areas. The room looks good even if here too the carpet has stains and the walls are also dirty and streaked. The room has many light points. The bathroom is the same but here they are totally ineffective because even if everyone is on, it is in dim light. The toilet seat is chipped and absolutely must be replaced also because it gives a feeling of unhygienic.
Breakfast: a lot of choice. In my opinion, I would give some advice in taking care of some aspects such as fresh cut fruit (melon and pineapple) which must be separated and not piled all together in a single tray. Better even if arranged tidy. Dried fruit should be changed every now and then ... Not left on vases where the deposit of walnut grains is evident. The room staff should assist to avoid getting their hands on everything. Last note at the reception. Friendly and helpful staff, a bit hasty and not very "friendly". But this can depend on the moment and personal character. At the request for information on any conventions they invited me to send an email.

Disappointing. Lamps full of dust, there are no slippers and no teeth set. Empty minibar. Breakfast with jam dispenser with colored liquid that tastes of fruit, all frozen and old even the rancid walnuts. A 4 star highway view. Really courteous staff.

I browsed through the photos before writing the review and I also saw the corridor from the garage to the reception has some conspicuous water infiltrations and is neglected.
But it must be admitted that it is convenient being under the hotel and it is also free.
As soon as I arrived I went to the reception and once in front of them I had to ask for information as the person present, even seeing me, did not ask for anything because he was busy at the terminal.

The furniture is very modern and minimalist, on the whole it is not bad, except for some prints which are not at the same level as the photos as well as being out of place; unfortunately some finishes have not been treated as they should have been (eg the walls are missing edges to cover the staples that fix the fake leather where the lights are); the bathroom on the floor looks good in general but as well as being small it also had the sink top partially broken on one side.

I can't talk specifically about the price because I was at a convention and didn't stay.

As I put in the first part, I said that I visited it only in part, since I was present in the structure for a Meeting. 4-star hotel with affordable prices, excellent breakfast

Wonderful and well-organized structure, the staff at the reception is very courteous and professional, the only drawback we encountered in our short stay was the room not perfectly clean, which is serious for a structure of this category, also the fact that we are not provided after our complaints.
At the departure we were given a discount on the price, but it was an obvious thing to do together however with cleaning when complaining about the problem.

I thank the management of the immediate response to my review, to be fair, I would like to say that I was absolutely not offered a room change.

There are details of their dirt the bathroom, we paid x three adults but the shampoo, soap, towels, etc. was for two. I must claim twice.

Big rooms and modern design. Each night I enjoyed a warm bath is the huge tub after long day visiting the expo. They even have shuttle to the Fiere Bologna exhibition hall but wished there was also a return shuttle

One of the best Best Western Plus hotel I've stayed in. Opposite of a big supermarket and breakfast choices could be varied as its the same thing for all 5 days we were there but the spread is good.

I was there for a training course, the course room was well organized / equipped and welcoming. The kitchen instead for lunch, proposed a meal with very small portions with a price a little high.

I stayed at this hotel during the Bologna Cersaie fair, so when the hotel was very busy ... Overall I found very clean rooms And great service from the staff ... A gym is also available at the last slowly ... I did not find the bathroom in the bedroom very nice .... Shower head absolutely to be changed since most of the nozzles were clogged .. from what I could see, the new management has placed environments making them a bit 'more pleasant. Also the bar prices humans and not by loan sharks. but in the hall of the event one died from the heat, I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or turned off, but it was certainly not managed.

Excellent hotel, quiet on the outskirts of Bologna a few kilometers away. Simple, fast and helpful staff, you sin a little about releasing info on the area. Spacious rooms, clean and well furnished, cozy and breakfast is continental environments and classic enough to be reviewed ... at least better serve coffee and cappuccino or tea, and fresh at the table instead expressed machines. Not bad restaurant.
Close to points of interest such as Fico, stadium and city center.
Recommended.

The hotel is practically a 15-storey tower, I've been using it for two years now. It is very clean, the staff is professional, the rooms are very clean as are the bathrooms and spacious. The restaurant works well, the breakfast is on average abundant and varied. Highly recommended

The hotel is a structure with 18 floors, on the first one there is a restaurant and on the last one a gym that can be used by customers. The rooms are beautiful and with attention to the smallest detail.
The staff are friendly and capable and once you arrive you never want to leave. It also has a large parking area
