Excellent value for money. Large, clean rooms and even the kitchen is good.

As soon as I arrived I was a bit skeptical of this structure, the external appearance is not very well looked after.
But once they enter in and changed everything, hospitality, speed, professionalism, I had made a request to have a room high up, I was satisfied, I was assigned a room on the 16cesimo floor, well-kept rooms and super clean, super breakfast super super RICCA !, in so many years that I had never seen such a rich breakfast.
Nothing was missing in the room.
We will definitely return

We have been using this structure for 6 months now. Excellent professionalism, good restaurant maximum courtesy.

I usually use the location for meetings and meetings. Courteous but local staff need a thorough renovation.

Chain hotel on the outskirts of Bologna, often a venue for events.

Suburban hotel, with a large congress hall and little else around. Lifts are very slow and you spend a lot of time waiting for them. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Good location directly next to outer highway ring yet close to the city.
Supermarket and a couple of decent restaurants in a walking distance.
Recently refurbished comfortable rooms with nice views from the higher floors.
Nice small touches to make your stay more pleasant - free bottle of still and sparkling water in the room replenished daily, tea&coffee set.
Nice fitness center - what it lacks in equipment (mostly stationary bikes) it wins back in views (top floor) and amenities (water, towels).

Convenient both at the exit of the Tangenziale and the motorway, the outdoor parking is a bit small but it is possible to use the underground parking but for a fee for non-guests. The congress halls are many and modular. Many rooms furnished with modern taste. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Like on previous occasions in other cities a great hotel chain. In Bologna, an excellent location easily accessible from the motorway. Professional and helpful staff, good breakfast. Ok for cleaning. Excellent value for money.

Good food but always the same things little imagination in cooking .. fast elevators but always busy and getting 18 floors of stairs is not the best

Very good. A bit far from the center, but the bus stop near the hotel that can be used quietly. It works until midnight.

I visited the hotel to attend a course organized here. Very nice facility and equipped with several conference rooms. There is a bar - restaurant. Very good buffet lunch with local dishes. Recommended.

only the bars left a tad bit to be desired, that is, put in a WORTHY coffee machine, come on! no makeshift camping machines, for the thousand thousand participants in the events you host! :-)

Location ok near the ring road and 15min from the center. Very nice and clean hotel. The stay here is a pleasure

Good but lacking in parking and not very accessible to buses

Hotel on a skyscraper a stone's throw from the ring road so you can see it easily and in a few minutes at off-peak times you can reach the center. Car parking can be internal and external around but in the hotel garden. The environment is clean, sanitized, I liked the modernity of the interiors, the 40 "LED TV in the room with huge beds, also the spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower head inside, with all the little things for us women. at the restaurant good service and delicious tortellini in broth, overall the stay was more than good with a great price, I definitely recommend it nearby there are B & Bs that make you cry without parking with higher prices. The staff all courteous and available, really satisfied.

Modern and very comfortable hotel with many amenities..

Smooth check in. Big parking space within the hotel itself. Good wifi. We were given a beautiful view room on the 13th floor. Room was quite big with all the required amenities. Breakfast was quite lavish, many options for vegetarians too. This hotel is not in city centre but only 10 mins away by car. Overall, a nice property!!

Easily accessible from the Bologna ring road, take exit 11 bis and you have arrived.

Convenient access to the historic old town of Bologna. Reasonable room rate with decent breakfast and clean rooms are unbeatable in town.

Excellent standard, it is possible to stay there even if you spend too much paying attention to the offers.

I found myself beautifully for the service, the cleanliness, the quality of the mattress, the free parking, the proximity to public transport to visit the city center in a free and peaceful way.

The place is conveniently located at the outskirts of the city, there is free parking and a bus stop just 5 minutes away, from where you can reach the city center quickly thanks to the bus no.14.

The rooms are new and well maintained, with all the amenities you may need: TV, coffee machine, bathtub, high speed Wi-Fi and a desk in case you have to work.
The bed is very comfortable too.

There is a rich breakfast available from 7am to 10am.

The staff is well trained and helpful, in particular Graziano from the front desk and the girl that cleaned our room every day.

Will definitely be back again!

Despite some inconveniences on Friday 1 November in the breakfast service, the hotel deserves. Nice, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Varied and abundant breakfast. To underline the courtesy and the availability of the girl at the reception, who on Saturday afternoon, due to the difficulty of finding taxis, has activated herself to let us arrive at the station on time.

Careful location, very friendly and cordial staff, this chain offers a top service as well as countless advantages for the customer (aperitif and breakfast bus tickets which unfortunately I did not do).
Very high room overlooking the outskirts of Bologna (it is still a pleasant view).
Top heating, top price competitive cleaning and I never would have said.

The hotel is well organized, beautiful inside and offers a free gym on the 18th floor.
I will stay here for every Monday of the week until the end of 2020, so far the expectations have been met!

The hotel staff was excellent in helping out with an unexpected situation. The accommodations were very good, just the construction and one elevator out of service detracted from a 5 star review.

I felt fantastic throughout my stay at the property. Large rooms with a very comfortable bed. It has to be improved the service of heating / air conditioning in the room too noisy even at night.

Disorganized. Insufficient elevators, you have to take the stairs to go to breakfast and even to go back to the room, fortunately our room was on the 5th floor. long lines to get on the lift that is never available or is already overloaded with people. Disorganized breakfast, insufficient due to the amount of people that the hotel can hold. Even the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent customer service and spacious rooms. We had a terrible experience at a different hotel in Bologna where we only lasted 30min; we quickly booked BW+ Tower and headed here, where the front desk staff did everything they could to accommodate us with a very short notice.
Rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are large, comfy beds too, breakfast room was ample and tasty. I'm super glad we found this gem and will stay here again on my next trip to Bologna.
