Friendly staff, great room.
Worst thing is the parents who bring their whole brood to the basement adult hot tub. There's no signage, but you have to cut through a weight room. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Been a few years since last visit. Recently renovations are nice.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a decent waterpark. The elevators are annoying as you need to use room keys to use them.

Great services, always welcoming staff, great for family with kids, pool with 2 slides (even a small toddler pool w/slide, offering life vests for guests who left theirs at home); close to all amenities and downtown Calgary, ZOO, Science Centre and the mountains.

The brunch is fantastic; however, the dessert selection is quite disappointing.

Great amenities, although it's close to the airport we didn't hear any airplanes. Waterpark was a lot of fun and we'll maintained

If you love friendly people...a nice warm bed to sleep in and a great complimentary breakfast, stay at this hotel/water park! Staff is ready to assist and will make you feel good at being in their hotel. Water park for the kids. Golf for the adults just out the door and down the street. Airport close by. Downtown not too far away. I love this hotel!!

The rooms are nice, Rates are fair Beds are little too firm, waterslides are fun. On site restaurant is upscale with excellent service but basic items like pizza's and hamburgers are not very good and the prices are on the high side. Underground parking is nice.

Pool: We went there mostly for the pool with our 5yrs old and 2 yrs old and we had a blast. The temperature of the pool was warm which made it very enjoyable. We had to reserve a spot because of covid and it is 45min at the time. Because there wasn't a lot of guests we could go back right after the 15min cleaning.
Staff: The staffs was great and helpful.
Room: clean and we had everything we needed.

The hotel was a normal hotel but the swim area was amszing the waterslides and kids area was so good. My daughter woke me up early in the morning to go back right when it opened!

Beautiful view of the airport. It was a wicked room. Room 747. There was a jet tub, steam shower and tv in the bathroom. The kids had a blast at the pool. It was clean. Serivce was great. The buffet was delicious and affordable. I'd definitely go back.

Great hotel!! The water park has 2 water slides that the kids loved. A decent size pool to play in and another kid pool for the younger kids. There is 2 hot tubs there but because of COVID, they were closed. The hotel is managing access to the pool through the day to limit guests but in my opinion it allows more room for the kids to play. The hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk attendants were so very helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks and there is a bar/lounge on the main floor. The hotel also provides overgrown parking to keep vehicles warm and safe. Tim Hortons is also close by. I would stay there again without question.

Was really disappointed in this place. We booked it with a toodler and baby in mind. Called to request a crib and even asked for one when we got there, but no crib in the room. Luckily we came prepared with a bassinet. The coffee bar closes at 1 pm which is a bit odd, and when they were open no one was working. The pool area is good when it's not over run with unparented kids. I think the hotel should monitor the kids pool area a bit better to ensure that even the toddlers have a fun stay. Our room was ok, the maids do not knock they just come barging into the room. Overall I was looking forward to the stay and left disappointed. The pictures make the hotel look a lot nicer then it actually is. I guess you get what you pay for. The restuarant had a pasta and pizza buffet which wasn't bad, only 2 choices of pizza and 3 pasta choices.

Great hotel with fantastic pool and waterslides. Loved the room and amenities there and breakfast was hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Renovations are very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly but the restaurant and other service areas are seemingly always understaffed.

The room with pool access is a little bit outdated. No central lights control as you need to reach out the wall light for switch. The staff from checking-in til the entire stay is awesome.

The grandkids had a blast. They are 3-5 years old and they were totally fine going up and down both of the water slides. The water is heated which is so important and would be a huge reason to return and to recommend to families.

Nice hotel. Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived several hours later than my family and put us originally in a room on a different floor. I asked if there was some way of being able to have rooms close to each other instead. Within moments and with a smile we were switched to a room 2 doors down from each other so my niece & nephews could wake us up in the morning. It was great! The kids loved the pool, husband loved the breakfast. A definite do over

Very clean. Parking is good, tight for anyone with a trailer longer than 12-14 ft. There is underground parking for cars and SUV's. Little bit busy but worth the stay. Great lounge in the hotel. The restaurant is slow unfortunately.

The waterpark there is amazing and the hotel is quite reasonably priced. You have to pay extra for the breakfast but the buffet is quite extensive. Beware that on Sunday the breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 and then the brunch buffet, which is $10 more, starts at 10:30.

Great staff. Nice room. Great restaurant. The hair blower didn't work. That's the only bad thing.

My kids loved the hot tub, slides and pool/waterpark!! Spent hours in there and we could sit outside the pool to keep and eye on them. Lots of towels available.

It s close to shopping, the zoo and the spark centre. Front desk had discounted tickets there to purchase for those attractions!!

Room was clean and comfy and had all we needed for our little family staycation .

Rooms along side the pool look convenient but heard they can be quite loud for littles trying to nap. Great idea otherwise for sure!!

Wishing there was a better or cheaper breakfast option on site but we went elsewhere as it was not worth the $$.

If the Stampede breakfast they held is anything to go by, this hotel is my recommendation to any out of town guests I have in the future.

They were accommodating at breakfast for gluten free which was great. The pools there are so much fun the children's pool was nice and warm and really fun. Will defiantly go again.

Pool area is awesome for young kids.. it has a small slide and a shallow swimming area that is perfect.. the room was very clean, shower is awesome.. lots of pressure.. big spacious rooms.. would def recommend..

Nice place. Free shuttle to the airport. Very nice water park for young children. Family breakfast for total of 30$. Nice flight museum and great Indian restaurant in walking distance.

Here for training course. Great food and catering. Wish the chairs were comfier

This an excellent hotel. I have stayed here off and on over the past 15 years. It has come a long way in the last five years. Its proximity to the airport is excellent and some of the older staff at the from desk (Moe) are fantastic. However some are not. Don't think of using the shuttle if you are not there at the exact times otherwise you wait and the younger staff member I dealt with really did not care. Would I stay there again. Only if the taxi fare and room charge did not exceed the price of the competition and there is a lot of competition.

Good hotel. Staff was friendly. Pool was warm. Not cold as we were told. Also pool is open pretty late which we liked. Only complaint was room wasn't insulated for sound. Since we were by the elevator, we could hear other guests late at night. Other than that, they were very accommodating. Plan on staying here again.

With covid and all the other stuff going on I feel as though they did a great job. They initially put us on the same room as another family. Luckily we arrived at the same time or else it could have been super awkward. Pam at the lounge makes a fantastic Caesar... Like absolutely to die for, possibly the best one I've ever had. The pool protocol is a bit wierd but they are doing their best. Worth bringing the kids for the weekend. Great staff

The rooms we ended up with were clean and nice. Customer service was good. Our original rooms smelled very bad but they moved us. Not sure what the issue was. The rooms were quiet despite it being new years eve. The pool was fun for all ages. Food was good.

the family enjoyed our stay in the hotel, its clean, customer service is nice give you all the info you needed, it was a great experience to be in a hotel that has a waterpark.. really great hotel for a family and the breakfast is great too..

Great place to stay. Underground parking was very nice when I got up in the morning and it had snowed.

The hotel was very well cleaned and tooken care of. The bedding was nothing i have ever slept in. The pool was fantastic with bathrooms and towels near by.

Stayed for 3 days/2 night with our hockey team for the last away tournament of our season. The hotel was conveniently located, clean, friendly staff, great water park to keep the kids busy and having fun!!
Great value as breakfast was included!
My only comment would be the bedding could be improved a little.
Overall was exactly what we needed ;)

We had a two-night stay over the Family Day Long Weekend. It was excellent!
I ve always heard that this hotel is a great place to come with kids, and it sure is. Highly recommend!

There was a bit of a hiccup at check-in - our room was ready in the system but actually hadn t been made up. The Manager on Duty, Mo, was extremely helpful in getting this resolved quickly. Since we d booked a poolside room, he asked if we would please wait while he had housekeeping handle it. Or he could put us in a different room, but it would likely not be poolside. He immediately had our room cleaned. He checked in with me part way through to let me know the rook was being made up. And then again to say it would be ready in five minutes. He also let us leave our belongings in the room while we waited. His accountability in the situation, and quick action was very appreciated.

My friend and I brought our daughters aged 4 and 6 with us. We stayed in room 101, which is located right in front of the children s swim area at the water park. The room itself was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for the four of us. The bathroom area has two sinks which is convenient. And there is also a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room.

The waterpark was a blast for the girls. They loved going on the small slide in the kids area. And were both excited to try the bigger slides in the main pool area. There are two hot tubs in the waterpark. And, as a bonus there is another swimming pool on the lower level of the hotel. It was a decent sized pool and hot tub. There is also an infrared sauna in the women s change rooms. As well as two really nice showers. It was nice to escape to when the waterpark got a little crazy.

If you like quiet, probably don t go on a long-weekend

We are at the lounge for supper one evening, and breakfast at the restaurant buffet one morning. Great food, and exceptional service. The food is priced well, and is great quality.

All the Staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, courteous and just so kind. This is something we appreciated so much. It seems like this hotel has great owners and management, it shines through in its people

The nail bar in the hotel is awesome. They did an amazing job. Totally recommend them.
Nice hotel , love the water park

My friend and I decided to take our kids to callaway park and stayed here for the night. I went to the bathroom and the water in our toilet started rising . I left it for a few minutes and went back and then there wasnt any water in it at all. I flushed it again and same thing happened, and this time water started trickling out of the bowl. So I called the front office and they said they would send a plumber. This was great because it was around 11:00pm, kids needed to use the washroom and this amazing plumber was going to come and save our night. While waiting, my friend and I were discussing how we were going to tip this plumber for coming because it was so late and it would be the last thing I would want to do. Suddenly there was a knock at the door and when I opened it there was the front desk man holding a plunger. I thought ok well he isnt a plumber but surely he has done this before. He then hands ME the plunger and says "I heard you need this" and walked away. So there I stood, plunger in hand, having flashbacks to when my father tried showing me how to do this, oh how I wished I would have actually paid attention. Now was the time to put my big girl panties on or pee them, I know it's not an impossible job, it's just a job I didnt want to do. As I stood in the bathroom I looked at the toilet and realized at that moment I wasnt the only adult in the room. I handed the plunger to my friend and made her do it. As she pumped that plunger up and down with all her might I realized a few things; firstly, I have an amazing friend, secondly, I totally could have done this myself and third, this hotel does not have proper plumbing services. The pool is nice though

The place for business in NE Calgary. Janet in the SkyHarbour dining room is one of the best food service people in Calgary.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. We always make the BW Port O Call our choice when we come to Calgary.

I stayed here for about a month and a half a couple years back. Great service! Awesome restaurant in the hotel and accompanying bar as well. Jets bar is a hidden gem in Calgary. Try the zombie if you're feeling adventurous.

This place is amazing really comfortable good breakfast staff is amazing they let u have fun but be respectful and it s worth the price u should go there

Everytime I stay here im literally treated like royalty. I absolutely love this hotel and all its staff. It's so clean and inviting and everyone has a smile. Water in the Water park could be a bit warmer but once you get playing its just fine. Other than that this place is perfect.

The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful. The pool was a lot of fun and the slides were fantastic! I really like that you guys had life jackets there so I don't have to bring more stuff on my vacation

Great family destination. Small kiddy pool with small waterslide, two larger water slides and two hot tubs. The kids love staying here.

It was pretty amazing. The water park was awesome and the rooms were comfy and well lighted.
