Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel Reviews

Very close to the airport. Rooms are on par with a hotel of the same price elsewhere. Service was pleasant.

My family absolutely loved our stay at this hotel it has an amazing water park ( water is on the colder side for the parents lol ) and the rooms are lovely. The staff in the restaurant are the best I've ever seen, my only complaint is there was no vegetarian options for a dinner buffet everything included meat which is something we have not come across before. The staff were great and made us some vegetarian food at request. The brunch was the best I've ever had at any restaurant and I would recommend it to everybody, so may options. The kids loved the chocolate fountain!!!!

No hotel experience is perfect. Good room, great place for families with children. Their water park/pool is great. The breakfast was not included and was 15$ not worth it when there is so many other options near by. But I would go again. I was impressed with the free underground parking. That was super handy.

Very inviting and friendly staff, the smiles were genuine from all front desk employees and they had my room key ready in an efficient time frame. I will reccomend the hotel stay to friends and family, as well to book with them again next time!

Loved the jacuzzi tub! Lol. Great room, king size bed. Huge bathroom. Nice deck too, but it was too cold and wintry to check it out. Our fireplace wouldnt work, not sure if that was user error though. It wasnt a big deal to us. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. Wish we could have stated longer than 2 nights.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Calgary :)

This hotel is great. The rooms nice, the pool/water park was perfect for my kids. The food both in the restaurant and lounge was very good and lots of it. A very pleasant experience.

Room is clean and well maintained. Good water pressure and temperature for the shower, that's a deal breaker for me. Great customer service from the front desk. I called for a disposable razor, they simply gave me one, no problem whatsoever. Would definitely recommend staying. Great shuttle service as well.

The slides at the pool are awesome fun for kids. Really fun place to take kids.
