Friendly place to work, good facilities and perks. Fair and square with a good salary for the area

Was there for a meeting only, but the facilities were great and seemed like a nice place to work.

If u get a call be careful as SOME will use your details to search you on social media to have a giggle and laugh on your account. They might be polite while getting you to sighn up however as soon as they put u on hold they will gossip or make lude comments. They will search you up and check your info. Very dodgy company .

I have been with ResQ for almost 2 years. I joined the business as a Quality Assessor, after 6 months a training role became available which I applied for and got the job. There is massive room for progression here at ResQ if you are wanting to go further. I really love working for ResQ and I feel valued and respected by all our staff. It is a great company to work for and the people are fantastic, all the way from top management to our sales guys. If you are looking for a career then you need to apply to join the team, you won't regret the decision at all.

I've worked at ResQ for almost 9 years. Super company to work for, with great benefits and a FREE in house gym! The staff regardless of skills or position in the company are approachable and friendly. I love working here and intend to do so for many years to come! Keep it up ResQ!

I have worked for ResQ for over three years, and it is by far one of my favorite places to work. I started off as a Telesales Agent have have progressed to a Quality Assurance Assessor.

ResQ has a great work atmosphere, does a lot fundraising for local charities (Health Stars, The Bradley Lowery Foundation etc.) and even give you your birthday off on pay.

I have made friends for life here and feel privileged to work for a good company.

Hi,
I was attracted to apply for a position at RESQ so duly applied.
I enjoyed the interview process and was plesenty received.

Upon receiving a position the company seemed professional and a go ahead place to work .

Upon arrival I was was met by a receptionist who made me feel small by signing in and said it's ok it don't matter anyway.

Ushered into the canteen and left to my own devices seemed like I was a sheep .

Training was conducted with a sit where u like attitude then shuffle us around later .

When trainer finally started conversation it was ' I'm not gonna remember any names as this class is to Big for me '
Then a conversation was engaged with a man regarding his aftershave and I quote 'please wear that for me tomorrow as I love the smell.

The trainer was not aware of the training video we was asked to watch through email and proceeded to talk to us about company proceedings we all new better than her.

Break time i wandered around trying to find a exit and was embarrassed by said receptionist saying you can't wander around here go to the class down there I explained i was on a break but was told off and sent in my way.

Not happy guys.

A fantastic company to work for that has support me throughout my development and growth. This business has some of the best people working for it that I have ever met and provides a multitude of services to a standard that's second to none.

Having worked for ResQ now for over 8 years I have learnt several outsourcing and contact centre skills that have seen me progress and move on to a managerial role. I have met people who I can honestly and openly say are fantastic to work for and alongside. There have been many challenges during my working career whilst at ResQ yet these are always met with support and solutions.

I have worked at ResQ for well over 8 years now and I have found the company brilliant to work for. They look after everyone who works for the company and the friends I have made here are friends for life! There is room for progression and I have myself been on the phones as well as part of the Coaching Team and I now work on the Quality Team.

I have worked for ResQ for 2 and a half years now and i'm extremely proud to say so! The staff are very welcoming and lovely, and I have met the most amazing people since being here. In addition to this, ResQ do so much for charity which makes me glad to be part of their team. There are many opportunity's to progress within roles and the management team are great :)
