The rooms were clean, the price was reasonable, and it was pet friendly. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was fine. The area was quiet and safe. I'd would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great, other than that it wasn't a great experience that I would like to do again. The whole layout of the hotel was problematic due narrow parking area and the breakfast was not worth the wait.

Worst place ever, after reserving the room I had to wait like 45 min, because "the computers were down, " then finally went up to counter they tell me my reservation wich I made through EXPEDIA.COM was not reserved for that day. If I wanted to stay, I had to pay again. My phone was dying so I needed to charge, and my 3 and 4 year old were waiting all this time. I also had to charge my cell so I just paid again, so I could call to cancel first reservation. I got no receipt, later on like 2 hrs later she knocks on door sayin g we have to get out because we were smoking and there was a non smoking policy, and threatenn to call cops. We had just gone inside room after being in pool. She would not let us close door since she was blocking it, so I could chane my kids or me. Less than three hours of stay, I spent almost 500dlls on room charges $89 (twice), plus $250 for "smoking" in the room, where smoking in the hotel is prohibited, and I had signed the receipt" Never got one or signed any.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My mom, sister and I had made reservations here back in July for January for the Super Bowl. We made this very far ahead of time because it is super bowl weekend. A couple of days before we left to go we called the hotel to confirm everything so that there would not be any issues. The woman "Melissa" on the phone was very rude and sounded like she was very busy. She also put us on hold and then answered the phone asking for another customer. We were on the phone with her for about 20 minutes trying to confirm our reservation. When we were done we collected a confirmation number and her name. The next day I decided to call again because Melissa seemed unsure. When I spoke to her the second day she found it right away and there were no problems. When we arrived at the hotel they had once again lost our reservation and said WE WERE LUCKY that someone cancelled their reservation because they were fully booked because of the Super Bowl. AHHHH IM PRETTY SURE THEY WERE LUCKY. Our room cost way to much for what it was and the hotel never compensated us anything. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN and this really put a bummer on our amazing trip.

Don't stay here if you have other options. Maintenance issues abound and things look pretty run down. I suggest BW legacy Inn and Suites over in Gilbert. Great in every way.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and everything is good working order. I always stay here when I'm in town.

Prices have gone up, but great place to rendezvous with a (shhhhh secret) friend.

My daughter's stayed here with their dad and had to change rooms due to bed bugs! Also this was on July 6th not a month ago.

This is an old remodeled 1960s-type hotel. There are outside entrances to rooms and out-of-date plumbing. I would not feel secure in this hotel traveling alone. It is way over-priced for this type of hotel.

Very nice hotel! Staff were AMAZINGLY friendly. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Great value for the price, and lots of nice extra details like beautiful wooden doors around the property. We would stay here again!

Not exactly the best place I've stayed but I'm giving the hotel 5 stars for the service of both the staff and owner when things wernt as good as they should be. I'd give them a second chance.

We were a party of three and stayed there for a week. The night front desk Alisha was cheerful and accommodating of our needs of the room. The rooms were spacious and neat. Breakfast was served hot on all days and had enough variety to fit everyone's taste and they have hot coffee 24 hours. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back if in the area again. Great option to stay for family with kids.

The hotel it was fairly nice BD odorizer perfume that they used in the room if you have sensitive nose do not stay there the breakfast was not bad

Our first room was awful. The front desk manager quickly switched rooms and accommodated us. Loved the room and have went back since and will continue to do so. Staff for the most part is super friendly.

Hotel was clean,shower pressure was low, seems like running out ou hot water for shower, staff friendly, breakfast was good, kind of scary at late night, wi fi not so good, no ivory tower for those special people,

This was a lovely place to stay for the price. Initially, we thought it was a hotel, but it actually is a motel. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a comfortable room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower head was awesome and provided wonderful pressure (but not too hard), there were 2 desks in different areas in the room which provided the space I needed to do my make-up and hair sitting down. Also, there was a dresser which easily fit all my clothes. Breakfast offered eggs and sausage along with many other carbs, including waffles. There was even fresh fruit, cut up fresh strawberries one day, and fresh blueberries another. Definitely a plus! Nice cold water in the lobby to fill our water bottles was very helpful, too! Overall, great experience.

The staff was awesome. Ashley, Rebecca, and Kiren was always very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a place to stay. I would stay at the Hotel again when we are back in town. But all the staff is wonderful, thank you for one of the best experiences we have ever had.

This BW is located in a small town, even if it is very close to Phoenix. Relatively new, the decor and grounds are quite impressive. I prefer to receive my receipt slid under the door during the night.
Breakfast selection was typical BW, warmed up froze during eggs and sausage. Despite this fact, and admittedly, they were fairly tasty. All items were tastefully displayed and plentiful. If you are westbound on I-10, this is a good stop as you would be past the Phoenix rush hour traffic.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable beds and very large rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to many restaurants. Easy access to I-10. Would definitely stay there again.

Hello, i stayed at your hotel in goodyear last night 3/21/20. Worst experience ever we paid all over all total of 144.83. It was me my girlfriend and her friend and her daughter that came
Up here from Tucson so she needed somewhere quick to spend the night. We had order pizza and some drinks. Two hours in our stay we get a phone call from Zach telling us to shut up and leave because he called the cops cause we were about to get evicted because we were being so loud. We tried talking and explain to him threw the phone the situation and he was cutting us off the whole time and he said he couldn t hear us cause there the phone was cutting off so we hanged up and tried calling the office again which we got no response. We got fed up at left and he kept on insisting that the cops were going for no reason. We left the hotel and i called the office once again from my personal phone and he said that it was cutting off once again. He said no cops were going what so ever because the cops were to busy to come deal with us because their we re dealing with sick people. I enjoy staying at your hotel threw out the valley and there not cheap what so ever to he kicked out into a couple of hours of our stay? I would like to request a refund because this is not fair what so ever. The office didn t have even offer me a copy of me receipt.

The staff was great... Very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and smelled great. I really liked all the rooms were non smoking and smelled fresh. The hotel is in a great location, close to freeway but still very quiet.

Check in was easy. Rebecca was kind enough to give me a little discount because we're here in Goodyear to pick up my father in law from the hospital

It is an older property but they fixing it up. It seems like the progress will take some time. The carpets could use a good steam clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I will never come back nor recommend these rude unprofessional people to anyone the girls working the front desk staff are terrible! Disgustingly rude and had the nerve to charge me a smoking fee when I definitely did not smoke in the room. The cleaning staff are loud and very very rude they clearly hate their jobs and should look for a new line of work. I wanted to cut my visit short never ever again.

This is a very quiet and comfortable hotel to stay at in the west valley. Convenient to freeway access (I-10 & Loop 101) there are many nearby restaurants and things to do. Very convenient to the Cardinals stadium and PIR, although not walking distance. The staff are all amazingly friendly and super efficient. Breakfast is kept fresh and hot and stocked until it's put away... including the coffee! The internet requires logging in everyday, and there was some issues accessing it at times, but cleaning out the cookies seemed to help. You may want to ensure there will be no internet issues if you stay for business or are responsible for schoolwork via internet. You will access wifi, but may need to work on it a little. I will stay here again, and I recommend others to stay here. This hotel is older, and not recommended for dainty, delicate guests who expect resort quality at affordable rates. If you want good quality, comfort, great breakfast, good location, and staff who will strive to make your stay what you expect... stay at the Best Western Goodyear Inn.

Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and it was quiet at night so I could sleep. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

Overall great hotel. It is clean, safe, nice pool, ok breakfast selections, love you can bring your dog with you, place is mostly quiet, and it locally placed near other restaurants and stores. Love having a microwave & fridge in my room and plenty of hot water for a shower.

Not like most newer, modern Best Westerns. Was more like an old, off brand hotel that was rebranded Best Western.

Bed linens were dirty, the carpet was so disgusting. Online it said that it had been redone but nothing about this hotel was updated at all. I would never in a million years stay there again!!!!

This place saved our life, we just left the buckeye motor hotel and we had no hope. But they helped us at one o'clock in the morning. Thanks

A great place to stay ,Wi-Fi worked great, the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel is located in a very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood and the breakfast was above average. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This was a great property at one time but is run down now. There is a new owner and the property is being refurbished. The staff was great. Plan on staying here again next year to see if the improvements have been made. We find the location great for what we do and we are hoping things have improved with the facility.

I'm only saying 4 stars because it's a hotel. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel, but as a rating I didn't want to be deceptive. It's exactly what I expect for the price and maybe a little bit more. The staff is very friendly but admittedly it's an older location. The breakfast selection is pretty normal, what you would expect. Pool was clean, the room was clean and it was pretty quiet even though there were several trucks in the parking lot.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I had a quiet night stay and the pool was refreshing. Handicap access is everywhere. Vehicle parking is usually near your room. The ice maker was full and that was useful. The people that help you with your needs are friendly and courteous. If your are needing a room around the weekend, you should reserve it sooner than later.

Clean rooms. Well stocked. Mini fridge and microwave. Nice staff even at 11 pm. Resturants close by. Gas station within walking distance. Next time im in Phoenix im staying there again.

I went in there to get some prices for some friends that are coming to visit us and the young lady at the front desk, her name was Genesis. She was a delight to deal with. Now they used to be restaurant connected to the hotel but that recently has gone out of business but there's a pool and of course they have maid service every day in a free breakfast every morning and the place is well taken care of there's construction going on right now at the hotel I guess they're redoing some of the rooms in the back. But I like lace it's got a homie feeling and it's close to our house so our friends won't have too far to drive or we won't have too far to drive to see them and pick them up and go places. So we're looking forward to our friends staying there when I come in April and we stay there 2 times when our AC blew out in the summer it's a great place we like it.

I left my wallet behind by mistake. It was returned by the cleaning person to the front desk and on to the manager. Was texted and called by the front desk to assure me that it was found, and safely in the vault. I returned the next day and everything was in tact, safe and sound. Unbelievable and so grateful!!!

My best experience at a Best Western so far. I'm in town for work and this was perfectly situated for my appointments (I'm an insurance adjuster and never know where my clients will be until claims are assigned). I had to move to a different hotel for a different storm in Phoenix, but if I had my way I would have stayed here.

I ll give the staff 5 stars as they tried very hard to accommodate but their hands were tied when the key card machine broke down and there was no back up, so.... the staff had to run every time you left your room, even for ice to let you back in. The owner should get involved here as it needs work but again the staff and crew were great.

Our stay (several nights) at the Best Western was not only pleasant but very relaxing atmosphere - low noise levels and the people were more than friendly and helpful when it came ot suggestions for restaurants, etc. Our visit there was due to seeng a doctor in the downtown Phoenix area but we did not want to be downtown due to traffic, etc. We could not have chosen a better - cleaner or friendlier atmosphere (again with very friendly and helpful staff) than we experienced at the Best Western. Our many thanks to them for making it very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic place if you are traveling with dogs!! Ask for the pet rooms- sliding door opens right up to the courtyard and there is a dog potty area as well. Park right at your door and unload- Very convenient.

Never stat at this location , they have a serious bedbug problem and the walls are filled with asbestos. If you take a chance at this roach motel look at the urine covered mattresses and box springs, I was completely disturbed as in how a business can do this to people and have a clear conscience. While I did my walk through they had a sewage backup into the rooms , fecal matter all over the floors and they did was just rug doctor the carpets and sprayed decentralizing spray to cover up the smell. The front desk manager Ashley was completely unprofessional , she didnt take the time to put her food down or even pause the show on her phone she was watching that was posted up on her check in screen , she constantly was coughing into her hands and kept touching all my paperwork .. when I brought my concerns to her attention she simply said " well you dont have to stay here" and gave me a blank stare.. I'm guessing the General manager was to busy with his girlfriend in his office to assist with my horrible experience.

It wasn't actually that bad, a bit dated but clean and safe. The pool area looked nice. The worst thing was that the smell in the room was very, very strong. It smelled like an old smokers room with a ton of spray. The smell didn't get any better on the 3rd day. I DID NOT ask for another room, which I'm sure they would've given me. Stayed there since and had a nicer suite and room didn't smell. Overall, not too bad if you need a handy hotel in the area.

I can't even rate this 1 star! The hospitality from the management in Phoenix/Goodyear was horrible. I can tell you to never misplace a pillow from this hotel unless you want to spend $150... Wouldn't you think that if you are paying $85-$100 for a room you can buy your own pillow!!! Completely ridiculous. The manage left a rude message that I would be charged for 5 pillows, and then did nothing but be rude in the conclusion of the process of telling me " she can't do anything".. I would say thank you , but it isn't worth it.

I really liked this place until I realised I was shearing the room with roaches.

Needs some update, but staff and comfort of room made up for it. Good breakfast buffet, and nice pool.

Overall it was a great stay. Only two gripes. 1) We asked for conjoining room and didn't get them. 2) The shower in room 127 had the hot and cold reversed. Wouldn't be a big deal but it was the single knob and it took a few to figure out what was happening.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. From check in till I checked out. I am one to give second chances but you can tell this hotel is not ran well. My bathroom wasn't cleaned properly with a dirty shower curtain still on. I also found out that when my husband tried to complain the front office person stated that he could speak to the manager named Felix. Once we asked to speak to him they stated he was busy. I don't know what kind of service this hotel has to offer but they should just honestly shut down. I also see they aren't ran well because I see the housekeepers running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to accommodate us customers. Maybe get more workers and a new manager and this place would run smoother..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful stay! We have been on a very long roadtrip & I wish we had discovered Best Western before our last night!
Beds were soft, room was clean, breakfast was wonderful & the tub wasn't slippery! Can't ask for much more!
