It was a quick stay but the accommodations were good and they served breakfast!

Everything! The floor were FILTHY. If my son crawled on the floors for ten minutes, his arms and legs were BLACK. THAT IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. I wish I had taken a picture. If I walked on the carpet with bare feet, my feet were black. Also, the housekeeping staff was SOOOOO RUDE. Worst I have ever experienced! Cleaning lady came in the room while I was still in there WITHOUT ASKING. She put her cleaning supplies and TOILET SCRUBBER on top of MY MAKEUP AND HAIRBRUSH. COULDN'T PUT IT ON THE FLOOR??????? I HAD TO ASK HER TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WAS STILL NURSING MY SON ON THE BED AND SHE LEFT HER CART RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR SO I COULDN'T GET OUT WITHOUT PUSHING ALL HER STUFF OUT OF THE WAY. And this was at 8:30 am! When I told management about it, they apologize but didn't offer to make it right. I will be contacting cancer treatment centers of America and telling them about my experience, as well as leaving negative reviews on every site I can find. Seriously the WORST place I have ever stayed.

This hotel is a good value. Adequate accommodations for a significantly lower price than all others in the area. All staff that we met were very kind and accommodating. They do whatever it takes to make your stay more comfortable.

Awesome experience. Friendly staff, professional attitude. You won't be disappointed.

Nicely maintained. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Pool very clean. Breakfast better than most with lovely lady serving. Only problem was trying to watch tv news the signal kept getting interrupted.

It's nice and if I was traveling through here on a budget I'd stay again. The only negatives are it's a little older and reflects that (although it is well maintained). A little away from the main part of town, and no fitness center. On the plus side they let me check in early, were very nice and the breakfast set up was excellent. Very clean and warm. Had a nice pool area from what I saw. So just the age, location, and lack of fitness center are knocking it down. I'd give it 3.5 if I could.

Great west valley location. On less congested side of the city. Bit retro, but we liked that.

Not a pleasant place to stay, especially for the price! The floors and bathroom facilities not only need to be cleaned but replaced as well. Comparable to Motel 6 = a very old Motel 6.

The room was very clean and there was a lot hot water. Only negative is when we turned on the heater their was a buring smell and the smoke alarm went on. However all in all the room was very nice.

Staff: awesome! Friendly and helpful.

Facility: Better than I expected for a best Western. Pool looked nice, but I didn't go in.

Verdict: would definitely go again

Rooms weren't bad loved the convenience of breakfast for the guests, but the carpets were really filthy just walking across the room my feet were black.

We stayed at this BW for the first time a few months ago and it will now be a go to hotel. I was very satisfied with the front desk personal but the beds are comfortable AND breakfast is wonderful!! We stayed again last months and I am just now booking it again for this month

I'd say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in but overall the other hotels this one serves better has better service and is a really comfortable hotel to stay in with your family or friends. It's really clean and some rooms are really big. Only thing wrong with it is the bathrooms are small other than that bathrooms are clean and the bed is already made.

This was my first time at this location and I found it perfect for my needs. Very handy.

I had a very good night sleep quiet and safe place I recommend it. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They end up upgrading me to one of there suites. Which was very nice of them. I would definitely stay there again .

I think this Best Western was right down the middle of the road, so to speak, for expectations of a hotel. It was not super nice, nor was it super awful. It was a decent place to stay for 2 nights. The staff was nice but not overly friendly. We had a simple, yet enjoyable time.

Please do not stay at this hotel....it was a horrible experience. Air conditioning unit did not cool the room and was so loud when it tried to run plus the bathroom had hot water running from the bathtub faucet. Not dripping but running......the carpet was so dirty that it made my granddaughters feet look like they had been walking on the blacktop. Was extremely disappointed in the hotel staff not even concerned about our night spent there. But I can say that we went on to stay at 2 more BW on our trip where the service and accommodations were wonderful. I don't even want to give them 1 star but have no choice.

Staff is wonderful. Room and outside are gross. Locks on doors almost nonexistent.

Outstanding breakfast room, room amenities well beyond expectation, staff uniformly gracious and helpful. E-Z on/E-Z off highway, restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful outdoor pool area. Highly recommend.

Also no fitness center there at the hotel.

I love staying at this Best Western in Goodyear, AZ. The customer service is excellent and breakfast is outstanding. The entire experience was pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room its self is ok. Plenty of pillows and the bed is comfy. The tv sucks. Its old and bulky and isn't clear, also making some channels non-watchable due to extra noise and humming. I like that there is a back door that faces the court yard. Nice big sliding glass door. The chair in the room isn't comfortable and looks odd lol. The location from I-10 is great. Its down the road so its not too crazy with traffic, but it also makes nothing within walking distance worth while. The front desk staff seemed to be only ok, and wasn't more than just usual front desk people. Seemed like they were annoyed to be working, or maybe I interupted their angry birds session. Maybe just a rough day, who knows... As far as the bar/lounge/ restaurant goes... the food was great, but the service sucks. Only one waitress, and she often disapears to who knows where. I litterally waited 5 mins without seeing anyone. That's a little too long if your thirsty and/or would like a menu. I waited longer for someone to show up but eventually grew bored and left and drove somewhere else. Which sucks, because I thought the food was really good the other times I caught someone up front that could help me out. Just need either more people working the front, or someone not disappearing. Much better than the comfort suites down the road though.

Not the most pleasant of times here. The room was not particularly clean, and a previous guest had smoked in the room. As a person with COPD this caused me some difficulty. As we had requested a late check in (10-11pm) we didn't want to make an issue of it, and tried to get some rest. Big Mistake.

Decent rooms airconditioner a little tricky to work right. Pool is nice and clean rooms are nice and clean also exercise room looked nice but was out of order. But all and all good place to stay for the price

The location is convenient for the things I am doing. The beds are nice are comfortable. But the internet is no good.

Second time here. Seems to be getting run down some. The center building in the back, though quiet, seemed a bit lower class.

Great hotel, excellent customer service as soon as I walked in. Loved the amenities and cleanliness of hotel.

The room stayed in had bugs in it. An employee checked the room and seen the bugs signed his name on a Best-western business card and advised to call a manager on a weekday because they are not present on weekends. I called the hotel Monday and spoke to two managers and both rudely denied the room had any type of bugs. I sent pictures of the bugs and was told that the pictures were not of their hotel. The manager I spoke with escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it and resolving the issue professionally. Even though they denied the pictures he still made a comment about them saying "this is Arizona anything can happen here".
...Not sure if he meant that they can't properly clean the hotel rooms or handle customer complaints.

The hotel was very convenient to where I needed to be at 6:30 AM the next morning. Check-in & Check out staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

The property is nice, but a bit dated. The couch in my suite had a large patch on it. Rooms are nice but not very well insulated. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Typical hotel breakfast.

Great hotel with EXCELLENT service. Beautiful rooms that were very clean and extra towels for a swim.

Nuce Motel with good Best Western standard. Friendly and helpful reception. Beautiful small pool on the inner side, quite private as nobody can see in from the street.

Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Room smelt a little musty and it was a bit noisy with people slamming their doors , but overall I was happy with it.

Would've been better if the air conditioning worked. Sweating in bed all night doesn't equal a good night's rest.

Service is exceptional. Rooms were more than expected. Hotel was a little out of the way and hidden, but I think it's that's a great thing. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is just ok. Rates are based on events nearby and so can be very pricey

The room had frayed carpet, lumpy pillows and was clearly in need of a renovation.

I prepaid for 3 nights. There was a suspicious man walking around the parking lot and our hotel room for a few hours. The restaurant was out of everything. The staff was great! There was a domestic violent incident in the room next door. The police showed up. We left after one night and didn't get a refund. We went out for spring training. It didn't feel safe.

I stayed here for a work visit. Hotel itself was out dated. The carpet was old, the room just had nothing great about it. Although the staff was AMAZING Ashley at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was very good and it was a very quiet hotel. I would stay here again.

We spent four nights at the Best Western in Goodyear, AZ and chose the hotel for the convenience of being close to the ballpark. Ashley helped with my reservation when I had initially called and was very friendly. The young lady at check-in was very helpful as well. We didn't check in until after midnight, however, she made sure we were able to get a rollaway bed and even delivered it herself! Raelene at the breakfast area was also very friendly and accommodating and greeted us each morning. We'll see you again in a couple of years!

There was a mix-up with our reservations but when we got there the staff took care of us. It was so clean there, the rooms we're neat and tidy, the p.m. staff was just as wonderful as the am staff... Me and my family and friends will be back...

This is to be Where I stayed a lot. But they have gone downhill ice droppings in the drawers a little bit of trash in the trash can the bed Looks like it was never changed with clean linen For new Guest Ac Covers off. When you show the front desk pictures they just shrug their shoulders. Not a very pleasant stay

Typical flea bag motel. It seems like they keep it clean... just dated and kind of run down. Beds are like tacos. Bummer

Room was clean and well appointed only reason Iam not giving it a 5 star was the frat boy pool party that started at 9pm just as I was going to bed Ethan that it was a good night's stay as nd breakfast was great

The room was not clean and check-in staff didn't understand the layout of the hotel, so they put our two rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. Breakfast was great though.

The breakfast is not that good. The room we had, the door handle was broke, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking the whole time. Overall not a very good hotel.

Location was nice, quit close to the interstate, lots of restaurants nearby. Room was very clean. And all the staff that I had interacted with were very friendly willing to help any way they could. They also were very knowledgeable about their jobs and the surrounding areas. Will definitely book there again and would recommend it to everybody. The room rate was moderate rooms very clean comfortable and modern and excellent guest service what more could you want!!!

The hotel seemed old but very clean. It was well taken care of. I really enjoyed the hotel, the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds we're comfy, and the breakfast was really good... Simple, but good. Waffles, bacon, potatoes and eggs. There was also cereal and pastries. The staff was also very nice. Good customer service and the pool looked clean. We would stay there again for sure.

They are fraud!!! I canceled a reservation w/ this company. They never sent ANYTHING stating that the reservation was non refundable!!! I only received a conformation of reservation. I canceled the reservation w/ in minutes of making the reservation. Called the hotel itself and said I needed to cancel due to a connecting international flight that was not going to make it. I was told I may have to pay one days rate no further. I was charged the entire reservation. The hotel will not return calls and if you call the 800 number they tell you to call the hotel. If you call the hotel, they tell you to call the 800 # !!!They are fraudulent and will steal your money!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
