Recommendable Hotel was also good only when the footballers came at 10.30 pm it was very, very loud no consideration, my daughter even woke up, a shame because you have to look! Otherwise nice stay right by the sea.

We stayed for a long weekend by the sea. We really enjoyed it. Really friendly and helpful staff, excellent and plentiful breakfast. We loved the location which is practically directly on the beach across the pool. After the lock down it took a weekend like this.

Beautiful with abundant breakfasts and very large rooms

Next to the beach, it is a hotel with elegant interiors. I have been there for a conference, it is very well reached and there is ample parking (in summer for a fee).

We have to be honest. Building, lifts, some furniture need renovation. But location, pool, beach and especially the staff make the hotel going up. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful. With the renovation we would not hesitate to give 5*

Hotel suitable for conventions, even large. The building lacks maintenance and recent architecture is dated. Wonderful pool and beach. Some rooms are small. Good breakfast.

Too bad you can't put 0 STARS! Very dirty room, hair on the bathroom fixtures, a big brown spot on the room curtain. I also want to point out that the bathroom was so small that it was impossible to sit on the toilet without hitting the left knee against the bathtub. Not to mention the cobwebs that kept us company, stealthily only for one night as we were just passing through. Staff at the counters in the breakfast room totally unable to manage the long line of guests ... we paid 17 euros for parking our car inside the underground garage, which looked like a landfill: dirt and residues present of building materials everywhere, plus the usual cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. PLACE TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

900 euros for 2 rooms for 1 night. It s more like a 2 stars hotel but with the cost of a 5 stars.
Not a good choice

Had a feel of "old glory", but it is still a great place. Rooms are a little spartan, but still clean. Hard madrasses but that seems common to all Italian places we have been, so its just a different standard I guess. Love the pool area, and beach area with free chairs and umbrella just for guests. Busstop right outside with buses both to Livorno and Pisa - real easy.

No positive notes, we made one day instead of the 7 booked to save the holiday

I really enjoyed the dishes prepared by the chef at the restaurant, the desserts were also excellent. Hotel adjacent to the beach, also very close to various shops.

I think some refurbishing would not hurt overall good

Strategic location for the Camp Darby visitor. Beachside with easy access to the public transportation. Busy during the summer and more relaxed in winter. Parking could be issue during the busy months. Staff is multilingual and friendly. Breakfast was worth the additional cost. Attached picture is balcony view from 310.

Rooms are small. There's a beach close by and pool area is huge. Can get a bit crowded sometimes. Bus station is just a few walks away from the hotel.

Very 1970's, a bit rocked, needs a refurbishment but is really within the throw of the beach.

Besides the bathing cap in the pool, it was a good place.

My wife and I booked this hotel based on the "reviews" and recommendations from locals. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay in this place.

We were rudely greeted at checkin and given very vague directions to our room, the pool and various other hotel ammenities.

The pool I won't speak poorly of, lots of room for lounging however bring a swimming cap if you plan to go in the water.

The beach was also very nice, chairs were available and in a great location.

Night 1 was awful, it was a Sunday night and music outside the hotel was shaking the room until 1:30am. When we approached the front desk to move rooms we were told there was no need as it was a holiday and the music would not be happening the next night.

We returned from dinner on night 2 to the same pounding music outside our room. I approached the front desk and was told it would stop at 11pm. Giving the benefit of doubt I waited in my room with earplugs in trying to sleep. When it got to 12:30 I approached the desk to find the night manager. He told me this happens nightly at the property and if we wanted we could pack all of our bags and move rooms.

I asked if we could just sleep in a different areas for the night and checkout of our original room in the morning, that was not an option as they were "full" despite having multiple keys hanging behind him.

When I spoke with the manager the following morning they refused to acknowledge that it was unacceptable for the noise to be at that level. And proceeded to tell me that I should have packed my bags and switched rooms. They didn't do anything but blame the guest, great customer service.

So be careful when booking here. They don't care about the guest, just your $$.

Hotel has nice swimming pool (swimming cap compulsory) and private beach. Breakfast continental, lots of sweet pastries, almost the same every day. Clean, part of the rooms has a balcony. Many restaurants nearby.

I did not get a room, but I followed a craft event which was held in the hotel courtyard. The place is very beautiful, close to the seafront promenade. Nice place, I'll be back in high season.

Despite the hotel being dated, the room was large and clean with a large balcony. We had a great vacation. Great service and friendly staff who are always very helpful.

Very pleasant place for active vacation. Swimpool 50 m long is just perfect.

Great for the location. 50 meters from the sea. Hospitality and cordiality at conferences and congresses. Excellent cuisine based on fish. I highly recommend trying the kitchen.

A star is already too much. Total disappointment, hideous room, x what they charge you is a real scam. I don't know how other customers got positive reviews. I wouldn't go back even for free. And anyway, the rooms shown on the site have nothing to do with the ones that actually assign you !!

Beautiful hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything that is needed and in such a beautiful location. The only downside I can find is that swim caps must be worn in the pool. Male, female, old and young. Everyone must wear swim caps in the pool. I think it's a tad extreme, but I made it work ha. Anyway as I said the hotel was amazing and in such a lovely location. We will return again albeit i'm bringing my own swim cap haha

Resort with many rooms. Spacious and well-lit. The rooms are basic but fairly clean. The breakfast is varied but of poor quality. The staff not at all helpful. Good location to access the beach.

It is an obvious old grand hotel, despite this it is well defended. Excellent cleanliness, and the elegance of the place, good entertainment, very professional and polite staff. A special praise to 2 fantastic superlative waiters, the young Gabriele and the less young (only for white hair) Vincenzo. The negative notes are very few. There are no sockets near the bedside tables on either side of the double bed. And then the sea is really a ciofeca but the hotel is not to blame

A large hotel, not a grand hotel. A little to modernize throughout the complex. Small breakfast room, not enough to hold all guests decently. Clean but old rooms. Beautiful equipped gym with sea view.

Large Hotel equipped with all comforts, located in the central square of Tirrenia overlooking the sea. Courteous, helpful and professional staff. Private access to the beach of Bagno Mary, an excellent well-managed and well-kept bathing establishment. Swimming pools and gym available to customers. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Exceptional cuisine (at the Mary bistro) and a varied and abundant breakfast. The hotel offers the atmosphere of the holiday village. Excellent experience

The room is small with the limited room service menu. The bed is comfy. Hotel is quite far from the city but the hotel provide taxi service for 25 EUR (one way).

Really great hotel, impeccable service, more than abundant breakfast. The Olympic swimming pool is beautiful!
Large rooms (although some dated) well cleaned.
A must try are the cocktails of the barman Mauro, the best I have ever drunk.
Unfortunately, the only flaw is the half board service, dinner for reasons related to the covid is served at the bistro of the Mary bathrooms ... waiters wandering with dishes, dishes arrive not ordered but it is already okay that they arrive, because for two evenings we are not managed to finish the dinner because of the slow and bad service! A pity because the food served, when it arrived, was very good.

Excellent and sober hotel for wedding dinners and lunches, with a beautiful park with swimming pool, and many rooms for conferences and receptions. Very large and spacious place located a few steps from the sea of Tirrenia, and the entertainment of the place. Very well served by roads, highways and the Pisa airport, as well as the commercial tourist port of Livorno. Also ideal for small relaxing holidays that in addition to the sea offers the opportunity to play golf.

I was in the off-season for work. Very large structure and on the sea. Friendly staff. In my opinion, it would need a nice modernization both in the rooms and in the common areas.

Perhaps due to Covid restrictions, many services were not there or were poorly organized but the prices remained high.

Stayed here for over 5 years with tour groups and there was no problem. Friendly staff and great kitchen.

Quite an average hotel, but the great view to the sea gains some extra points. Beds are hard as rock Breakfast was ok with all the usual stuff. Only bitter automat coffee - a minus for that.

Very close to the sea! Even in the low season and on a cloudy day, all the blue that surrounds it is beautiful. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable environment.

4 star hotel, offers a resort experience. It has a beautiful swimming pool and fitness area. Buffet breakfast with a wide choice. Staff very kind and helpful.
