Hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Lobby and hallways were musty smelling but the room was great. Room was older with popcorn cielings but was very clean, bed was comfy and water pressure was great.

Great hotel to stay at for the price very clean and hotel staff was great. Stayed here 4 days and not 1 complaint - they let me check-in early and let me get a late check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phoenix

We had a medical emergency traveling through Gila Bend. My husband was ambulanced to Goodyear, and admitted to the hospital. I was glad to find this Best Western near the hospital and find the staff so helpful. The front desk reassured me that I would have a convenient and secure room location.
They also gave my husband and I the same room the 2nd night. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient.

For the price, fantastic option! Great location, very clean room, friendly staff and homemade breakfast. You can pay twice the price for an average experience or you can stay here for a far better than average experience. Choose wisely!

Breakfast was good. They made us wait 2 hours after check in because our room wasn't ready

This place was the worst stay for me ever I am. So disappointed in Felix and a few other members of staff. First off I stayed and when I first went to my room the key would not work so I had to return to the counter to have key decided went back to the room for it not to work again and even a third time is was sad finally after the third time of walking back to the front they finally got it right but then failed my wake up call at 7am. Then to top it off they were doing construction on site so there was a long period of time the water was off I was in pure shock to find out after waking up late I couldn't even shower it was horrible. Then the general manager I guess Felix didn't feel that anything was done wrong and had a really careless attitude and I couldn't even talk to no one higher cause supposedly he was the highest person which was again very disappointed and he only offered me a room at half off next time but every time I try to use that they are sold out for that might and all the four nights ahead and the nerve he even says he don't remember me how sad. Never again me Felix

It was good quality for the price and got the job done. Would reccomend.

Very disappointing. Key is not required to enter through back door, so poor security. Hallway was dirty and not vacuumed during our stay. Room was outdated. No hot water in our shower. Only stayed one night, so when told front desk about our issue (after they finished their conversation), they apologized but said they could not adjust our rate because the reservation was made online...through the Best Western website... Terrible experience back in a month and will not be staying here.

Hotel staff is always friendly helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.

Absolutely excellent place to visit the racetrack go to football games continental breakfast or second to none Ashley the general manager I must have a Ph.D in managing cuz she's the best the rooms are clean the staff is friendly

Great beds and location away from highway noise. Swimming pool was nice especially heated but it sucks it closes at 10pm when yourarrived late at night to check in the hotel.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

In general it's ok. You can find flaws here and there, like not working lamps, broken light bulbs, etc. The internet is not the best, constant disconnections.

They really need to train there maid's how to clean the carpets are really dirty...

Rooms were pretty nice for a best Western but a few minor issues. Some of the staff weren't very friendly, while others were fantastic. The fitted sheets came off the mattress. The breakfast quality was good compared to other best Westerns but the selection was a little more limited.

Was close to where we needed to go to get to ballpark. Room was subpar. Not comfortable room. Will consider another room next time.

Worst hotel experience. Rooms not clean. Found a plastic bag over the smoke detector.
Trash on hotel grounds, including an exposed raiser blade. Hotel attached to a Cantina that played live music until 1:30pm. Music so loud that we did not sleep. Hotel staff was indifferent and un-helpful. We cancelled our second night reservation.

This is my 4th time here I have always a good service
