Surely in the surroundings you will find something better in terms of finishes and room sizes.
The entrance is rather small, as well as hidden from the main street; the service makes up for some gaps in the structure.
I found the breakfast, however, very inviting; in addition, from the breakfast room you have a beautiful view of the course. Nearby is the Lima metro station.

Great service, friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious and well-appointed rooms. Tasty and pleasant breakfast. Quiet despite the convenient and central location for both shopping and travel. I'll be back for sure. I'm a fan of Best Westerns and this is a jewel in the crown of the chain. Bravi!

Convenient either you coming or leaving by plane (bus for/from airport Malpensa) or directly by train, this Hotel is located 950 metres only or by 7 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bus (#60) or 3 minutes by taxi (10 Euro ). Only 100 meters from Subway..
Walking distance to some attractions, like Porto Venezia, museums and parks, less than 1.7 km (25 min walk) of center, like Dome, Scala, Galleria...
Outside appearance is nice..Modern, blue glass buildings look.
Inside, neat, clean and quite, acclimatized, small but effective reception, but with no seating and resting area..
Small but working elevator (1-2 person + luggage), with 7-8 stairs up from reception..(Not convenient if you have heavy luggage or disabled). Very slow, but no long waiting..

No bathroom fan inside..Strange.. And, you know, that might be "..Naturally unpleasant.." sometimes..
Hair dryer did not work, but no big deal..I could ask for other one.. Floor metal plate was displaced..
However I saw renovated bathroom in another room. Cleaning lady said they working slowly on renovation throughout so future guests might enjoy much better new bathrooms.
We did not have included Breakfast, so after offered for 3 Euro we accepted. Good deal..

Breakfast Room on 1st floor was nice and clean, always neatly settled, not much rush inside.
Stuff was neat, clean and uniformed, very kind and with warm greeting when you come and leave.
Only thing that bothers me there was starting closing too early.
They work up to 10, but they start closing at 9:45, cleaning, making noise by bringing out spoons, mugs, glasses, moving around, taking out some of food, making me feel unwanted and bit nervous.
If you come late, like I am, your choice of food getting limited.
Beside those small cons I had, I would approve 3.5 - 4 stars (because of size, small reception and elevator), but location, comfortable stay of 4 nights, and other things as well as always smiley and helpful stuff made it up and was all right.
I will be back and I can recommend this hotel..

Very good, clean, spacious and well maintained, the only things we don't like is that you have to go up 8 steps before you can take the elevator, which only fits 3 people and the shower is inside the bathtub, which requires extra care time to get out of the bath

Disappointing experience. It is true that there were works in progress on my plan but at this point close it. Access not comfortable, no disabled access. Narrow elevator allowed only two people to enter. Decent breakfast but nothing exceptional. In the room it was announced that services such as slippers were available but apparently it was only written, not real.
Hotel good in quality / price to reach the center of Milan and is close to the metro station Lima. Accessible from the central station in 10 minutes on foot. Receptionist friendly and helpful (not all) to solve the problems encountered, a bit 'more "cold" treatment to the breakfasts, good breakfast buffet with sweet and savory of all types, classic style 4s hotels, coffee / excellent cappuccino, comfortable arrangements in tables, approachable if necessary. Silent and warm room, reflects what you see in public photos, renewed and habitable. The cleaning in general looks great.

Hotel located in an excellent position, just exit the main entrance and you are in front of hundreds of shops in Corso Buenos Aires.
The rooms on the first floor, despite the vibrations of the metro, are modern, welcoming and clean.
The guys at the reception very friendly and available for any information.

pity that this very nice hotel has a staff with very out of place behavior. That instead of finding a place to rest: you hear the staff screaming. I don't like this behavior.
Nice hotel but got ripped off with alleged minibar use. Didn't and never have touched a mini bar but their eftpos wasn't working.. made us go up to a bank and get cash out causing us to miss our first train then took thre money and then handed us the receipt... rushed out to try and get our train.. missed it and then checked the receipt extra 10.5 euro..... not happy!!!! Not going to use them again thanks!!!

This Best Western right in the middle of a lovely area of Milan was perfect for the night. The staff was so courteous and helpful. sorry I didn't have time for breakfast, had to catch a flight. The room was so big compared to most other hotels in Europe. The snacks, refreshments and wine available nearnear lobby before dinner were all perfect. Wi-Fi worked really well. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again. Thanks especially to the front desk staff.

For a business trip I stayed in this hotel last week. What can I say, I had a great time! Clean room in perfect condition, complimentary bottle of water that never hurts ... Excellent service at the reception ... and they also offered me a welcome drink! The location is perfect because near the metro station and you can move quickly to the center.
