This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My mom, sister and I had made reservations here back in July for January for the Super Bowl. We made this very far ahead of time because it is super bowl weekend. A couple of days before we left to go we called the hotel to confirm everything so that there would not be any issues. The woman "Melissa" on the phone was very rude and sounded like she was very busy. She also put us on hold and then answered the phone asking for another customer. We were on the phone with her for about 20 minutes trying to confirm our reservation. When we were done we collected a confirmation number and her name. The next day I decided to call again because Melissa seemed unsure. When I spoke to her the second day she found it right away and there were no problems. When we arrived at the hotel they had once again lost our reservation and said WE WERE LUCKY that someone cancelled their reservation because they were fully booked because of the Super Bowl. AHHHH IM PRETTY SURE THEY WERE LUCKY. Our room cost way to much for what it was and the hotel never compensated us anything. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN and this really put a bummer on our amazing trip.
