Very clean, staff very nice very patient,beds were unbelievably comfortable and full of pillows, free WiFi flat screen tvs, fridge and microwave in the room conveniently located around food and store fronts great hotel

Nice clean room. Loved the free hot breakfast which included things like eggs, sausage patties, freshly made waffles, and of course cereal, danish, fruit juices, etc.

The room smelled and the ac didn't work in the middle of summer. Didn't get any sleep. The bathroom faucet leaked. I could look over anything else if the ac worked.

Room was okay. Sliding door out to grass was nice since we had our dog with us. The door only worked about half the time and the other half it was off the track and wouldn't shut properly.

Alright place, felt like prices could have been cheeper strangles this hotel doesnt pack out like the rest of them saturday or sunday so you will get a spot.

This motel is in a decent in be able to get food with minimal traffic. The carpet in this motel is old and has a tacky feel if you walk barefoot on it. And the bedshave Horrible dips in them.

The hotel us convenient and very nicely decorated. The staff was professional and friendly. Great place to stay while traveling.

I chose this hotel after checking it would have the amenities I needed while travelling with small children. Upon arrival, I was informed that the did not offer cribs or rollaway beds that I could use for my baby & toddler, despite their website saying so. Flase advertisement. Then when I asked for extra blankets to makeshift them a bed, I was told no, as "there are none available". I find it hard to believe that there wasnt a single blanket to be had in this mostly empty hotel. The service here is garbage.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Grounds are beautiful. Pool area very nice. In general, the rooms were nice and roomy. Recommend highly.

Checked in and first thing I did was check the bed ended up finding a bug on the bed. Bed was stained really bad, found dirty socks in the Closet. Told front desk and they moved us room second room blankets were full of little hairs room smelled really bad.

I was a hotel guest for business/work for approximately 2 years. In October 2016 I had a slip and fall injury due to water left on walkway and signs were NOT posted correctly in walkway . Owner/manager avoid my calls until I contacted corporate office to report accident. The insurance claimed it was NOT liable for accident. I incurred thousands of dollars in medical bills and was NEVER compensated for any of the cost. Also had traumatic injuries; concussion, back injury and neck injury. Still dealing with injuries and no compensation of medical bills, which was all I was asking for.

I had a problem with my shower and sink in my room. The pluming was a nightmare. Call for repairs and had trusted to be taken care of. Left for the day and returned to find it still the same. Trust me I m was disappointed being a best western rewards member.

Place is very nice and reasonable price.
Rooms have fridge, microwave, coffee.
We had to leave before breakfast was available. Did not use pool, but looked very inviting and clean.

Super pool and breakfast. A.C. didnt work the first night we were moved to another room. Staff are super friendly and were great when we had to unexpectedly add another night cause the kids got sick. One disappointment was seeing the housekeepers but not getting service. I understood the second day when the kids were sick but really missed it the first day.

The rooms were clean but the outside by the vending machine and soda machine had no light.

The employee's are great! If you have any concerns they will take care of you here!

Second time we've stayed here in last 2 years. Very convenient to Goodyear Ballpark and Phoenix speedway. Nice pool area and good breakfast. Primary reason we chose to come back to same location was the onsite pub and restaurant. Was very disappointed to find out the pub/restaurant has now been closed for almost 2 yrs, but they still advertise the onsite restaurant on the website. Very misleading. When I mentioned this to front desk staff just got the brush off. Will probably not come back again. There's a nice Hampton down the road a few blocks.

This hotel MAY be one of the older hotels in the area, but Best Western has made sure it fits their requirements, making the guest comfortable and welcome!

Alicia at the front desk was so nice. I had no power at my house in 114 degrees in Arizona. Also had a small dog. No pet friendly rooms were available. Alicia talked to housekeeping. They were able to regroup and had a room ready in one hour. Clean and pet friendly. They went out of their way to meet my needs. Very good ambassadors for Best Western.

Ladies at the front desk were very nice. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool and spa where in the courtyard next to the lobby and vending machines. Very close to the freeway and easy to find

I blame the rating on covid19 mostly, so it's not their fault, but the room had a bad odor from mildew or not being used? It would have been nice to know the pool was closed, and there was no breakfast. Communication!!

Clean and friendly. What more can you ask for? The price is great and the grounds are more like a resort than a hotel.

The staff was friendly and very professional. The Hotel room, double queen, was clean with comfortable beds and nice enmities. We spend several nights in Phoenix each year and intend to visit this property again.

Dirty nasty sticky carpet, mold in bathroom, water went out, they said it would be back on in 1 hour, 4 hours later, it was still off. The front desk had NO manager, had desk clerk call manager, total doubletalk, no resolution. We packed up to leave. When checking out, we were told it WOULD be out until TOMORROW. Uh, yeah, sure. Never go here.

The hotel was a comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. For a small hotel, it was worth the stay for one night.

Given its proximity to Phoenix, this is a good hotel for the price. The room I had was well furnished and the colors in keeping with the ambiance of the area. The outside of the buildings could have been better kept up. The side views clearly show an older design. But the service, especially, and the amenities were terrific. Highly recommended.

Refrigerator not working, running and not cooling. Bathroom door falling off the hinges. Air conditioning did now work well. Barely cooled the room at all. Staff that really did not take all the issues seriously enough to do much about it.

Poor maintenance, overall cleanleness needs to be improved. Extra towels bought to room amounted to rags and looked like they were used to clean floors. Staff then made comments to other staff at the reception desk about the towels. The breakfast lady was the highlight of this stay, other staff not so much.

Rooms could be in better condition and surrounding area. But over all good night stay

The room is comfortable, comes with a microwave and refrigerator. They have free wifi, is one of the best speeds I've seen in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding local restaurants. They do have truck parking but it is away from the main entrance in a gravel lot, if it has rained recently there will be a huge puddle in the middle.

We got here late, night clerk very accommodating. Clean room, great breakfast. Mid-range pricing, great value

I love this hotel. They know me by name and they are always so accommodating and ask me about how I am and what's new with my job. Sometimes traveling makes me depressed when I am away from my family, but coming here takes that away. I love the people here. The rooms have a home away from home feel. They aren't the most updated but the quality of service makes up for it. They are also very clean.

Ashley was very helpful, full of information. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. I really appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Very quiet and clean. Parking spaces are a little small, so the "parking challenged" such as those with large pick-ups, used 2 spaces. Nice layout.

We went to Goodyear to go to Spring Training. The Best Western Phoenix was old, the WIFI didn't always work and the TV had limited channels.
I thought the price was overpriced. The breakfast was great and the the check-in check-out process was good.

Nice room although the room on the second floor is not made for tall people. Ceiling is only 7 ft tall

Booked for 3 nights, the evening after i came to find my room wasnt cleaned even though i didnt have the do not disturb sign. I let it slide but the second day they didnt clean it as well. I was irritated because i left the room early so they can change my sheet bedding at least and take out trashes. I had to go ask for a different room since housekeeping was gone. Both rooms the water would take so long to drain including toilet. This place was very inconvenient. Not coming back.

The pool was closed half the time we were at the hotel and the AC unit didn't work properly either so we had to change rooms, and the new room also had the same problem, so we ended up completely moving hotels.

Excellent overall experience! The check-in process was smooth. Despite the weather conditions and power outage, still had enough access to lights in the room. Would recommend this location.

Early to get to, clean, nice pool, rooms had plenty of towels, and parking is right to your door!!

It is an older property and is very good condition.

Room service was dismal. One day they never showed up. We had to go get towels on 3 different occasions out of 6 nights. We had to go get cups, toilet paper, and lining for the ice bucket from the front desk. The lobby was okay. The breakfast room was well taken care of and always had food ready to go. There was garbage laying out by the ice machine all week as there was along the 2nd story deck. Bottle caps, cigarette butts, some old plastic card - nobody cleaned up!

This hotel has a very honest and professional set of staff who have always taken their customer's expectations very seriously. They have always been very patient and friendly with me whenever I am at this hotel.

The employees are great. The room was not. Air conditioner was broken the carpet really dirty dead bugs in the bathroom. Then went to office and requested different room. That room was better. Probably will not stay at this location again.

We had a very nice stay at the Best Western in Goodyear. The staff was curtious and very friendly. The room was very clean and cosy. I would recommend staying here if in tue Goodyear area.

Hands down the best hotel we have EVER stayed at. And we travel a lot! The staff is amazing! The breakfast is amazing! And it is SO clean.

Been staying at this Best Western for about five years now and I'm happy to report they are keeping things up well. It was 115 degrees the day I rolled in recently and the room was cool and everything was at hand. Linens, bathroom area and main room is clean and well-stocked, everything works and staff was helpful with having a "Grab and Go" breakfast ready for me the next morning when I left too early for the breakfast room to be open. I travel alone and have always felt safe at this location, close by to many restaurants and shopping areas.

Went there for a puzza delivery and the staff was helpful.

Quiet, nice pool, ample parking, neighborhood is good for a walk or run and shopping.

The hotel is older but it is kept up. The owners are trying to update things as they are able. The staff are really well-trained especially the young lady that checked me in that night. They have plenty of parking which is good for over the road truck drivers that need to rest shower and shave and have a good breakfast in the morning instead of fast food. I'd recommend this to anyone do you place the rest in your travels

Room was clean and comfortable, freeway close and met all my needs during my 3 day stay in Phoenix. Would stay here again if I found myself visiting the area again.

Oh my god, this place was horrible....stay away!!!! the hotel was old..the shower did not work..no pressure....the room smelled like smoke especially when the ac was on. The employees were rude...what else can i say about this dump. I can not believe the great reviews on this property. Do not even bother..you will regret it. Keep your $130.
